was filed in the city that bares my Lord's name [New Westminster]
It' triggerred Daniel's prophecy of the 70 sevens and frankly
any time now we could witness the glorious return of Jesus Christ
because of this. By filing it in Ottawa, it may fulfill
the prophecy of being the elect of Mat 24;15 - this fall
OR it will fulfil Luke 21:20 which is good tribulation
& a Banquet as opposed to a wedding

A] To support my contention for it being undeniable THAT:
The total abuse of power in Orders in Council has destroyed the
very Essence of Democracy.
1]
Orders in Council are the cause for the total abandonment of the
principles of fundamental Justice.
2] Due to this perversion in law, Canada is considered by UN international
courts as being i“n Maritime jurisdiction, on a Hospital
ship that is in quarantine”.
If you feel like our court system is all screwed up, then
you’re part of the over 2-to-1 ratio of Canadians who think
this way, and it really is not a secret.
3] Necessity is the mother of invention and literally for the
love of God,
I am compelled to take great risks in acting on a path that can
realistically be called a coup d’Etat, and I do so to perfect
the form
Perfecting the form is the promise of the return of 'civilized
life and normative order'. It's the promise of 1
Cor 15, It's the promise in Isaiah 3-4 and 40-41, and the promise
of Jubilee, and Romans 13 which includes every promise from Nirvana
to Happy Hunting Ground, to the glory of all God's children, and
we'll not see Jesus until we finish a path outlined in Matthew
24 [or Luke 21]
Welcome to tribulation good or tribulation bad, and it's Jacob's
ladder to rise or to fall. So be it.

awaits them, is it love or hate, All share a common
destiny.

I welcome the meek to a witnessing, of everyone last
one who holds an oath.

The path I am following was challenged by Jean Pierre Kingsley
[the last CEO of Elections Canada] - This occurred, in Nov 7th.
2006, when this CEO declared in an Official final ultimatum that:
“Failure to comply with the Act would trigger consequences
that were irrevocable in the Act”
- My response was THAT: I was compliant with the Act and he was
not, and I ended by stating THAT:
“I wait in patient anticipation for the irrevocable
consequences that are triggering in the Act”
- Due to my response to this bluff, this CEO and the Chief
Justice of Canada resigned 21 days later, on Dec 21, 2006, and
at that time, I declared that we had just witnessed the flight
of the Elect, [Mat 24:20]
- The matter before this Judge is to demand the new CEO of Elections
Canada to seize my file from the last election, and have this
new CEO return my deposit & answer the question attached in
the caveat. - I openly admit that I have deliberately delayed
to file any kind of court remedy prior to the writ being dropped,
on the grounds that: I would just be a victim of another Order
in Council.

This Petition to the courts is being undertaken, while the writ
is dropped in order to seek civil remedy from the last
CEO’s flight of Office, and this ruling must be handed without
Orders in Council being in affect
- Recognizing the importance and significance of this case precedent,
all comes down to a Judge saying 'a yes' or 'no' to forwarding
this Petition to the appropriate jurisdiction to rule on ex-parte,
or seize the file and rule on the matter before him, and if this
Judge fails to act, my only concerns are [1st:] “May God
have mercy on their soul, for I can offer no such luxury”
and as to Mat 24-20 [2nd] “Pray that the Elect does not
have to take flight in the middle of winter”, which is exactly
what I'm setting-up to trigger, on the understanding that the
2nd time is a charm, or a resounding gong
By refusing to uphold Creation, you are choosing to destroy it.
Be careful of what you wish for

My basic contention is that the Achilles heel to Orders in Council
is the solution /remedy to returning to 'normative order' itself,
and that this can be done by attacking the validity of
upholding Orders in Council [that are upheld by Parliament].
My contention is fundamental: that as soon as Parliament is dissolved,
[which occurs by dropping the writ], that in law, not one Order
in Council can be in affect,
Especially, when this court Petition calls for the civilization
of The Act, itself.
These judges must under Sec 337 CCC return my person to a lawful
society under the Supremacy of the law - My contention
is that Justice itself is being denied by Orders in Council, when
Parliament is in affect, and it's totally irrelevant that it's
unconstitutional, because there's other Orders in Council that
says that they can order even a judge to break their oaths, by
rigging the outcome of the trial, and in so doing fulfill 1 Tim
4's prophecy of being hypocritical liars who force those who marry
to abandon their oaths.

Take NOTICE: [2Tim 4] We're in a time when people will
no longer put up with this sound doctrine that can only go from
bad to worse, and what is being offered is a chance to seize an
a moment in 2 Tim 3
They will not get very far, because in the case of those men,
their folly will be clear to everyone.
[AND] Frankly, if it wasn't for the fact that I really am
delivering the new Covenant and Jubilee that I'd tell me to go
get a life.
Is it wrong to pursue God's Destiny or is it unconscionable
to reject it?
As I see it, I'm attacking this total abuse of Justice
from every which way, but loose.
