ON OUTLINING MY IDENTITY ISSUE FROM ANOTHER MINDSET
 BASIC
STATISTICS to support the claim to be a free man on the land,
and probably the last true child of God
1] I was born
in King George IV’s registry in December 1951, the last
true King of the Empire,
2] I was entered into the Ontario registry of King George in Jan
1952, and the King died In February 1952
3] All the forms changed with Queen Elizabeth’s registries’
and in fact not one form was cast off of my birth statement therefore
the Queen’s registry cannot claim to ‘hold me’
in any way. I am a ‘free man on the land’
a] All the markings [front and back] of my birth statement are
in black, not in red ink, therefore I cannot be landed in Q. Elizabeth’s
registry, which means my birth must be ‘floating’
somewhere out there, and
b] Until I ‘land’, I am still totally ‘landed’
in ‘the jurisdiction of the Sovereignty and Supremacy of
God.’
4] The proof of this status is: markings of # 37300 on
the face of my Birth Statement, where it once said that
I landed in the District of Nipissing, and again this # 37300
marking appears where my mother’s name is written.
As I see it: My seeking landed status reads exactly like my birth
statement in Romans 9, where it says: I will call my people who
are not my people, and call her my loved one who is not my loved
one
- These markings are placed on this ‘Statement of Birth’
because this document was not ‘landing’ in Canada.
- This document landed while living in Los Angeles County, California,
in 1989 & this # has to be from there.
a] These markings say that for the Crown cannot ignore my identity
issue, when I’m pressing the fact that Authority is in violation
of s. 340 CCC-FRAUD, by doing anything without 1st resolving jurisdiction
These markings make it lawfully impossible for the Crown to force
on me a ‘fictitious creation in law’.
 b]
My contention is that the only thing in the form that is ‘real’
is ‘this fictitious perversion of law’

After over a year of persevering no body will tell me what this
# means or in what registry this number lands, and
ever since everyone is denying it when it's a plain as white on
black
a] From my own research, it’s California law # 37300 passed
in 1965 [Right to title on water], and I ‘landed’
on water ‘in this fictitious creation of law’; in
de facto law, California is ‘really’ where I ‘landed’.
b] In law, I am now 19 years old and I can seek to swear allegiance
to the flag, in order to convert my ‘floating-status’
to being on solid ground; in law it’s impossible to call
this initiative frivolous or vexatious.
c] This is especially true, when I am filing this initiative under
duress, due to a crime against humanity.
- IN ORDER TO EXPRESS THAT CANADA IS GUILTY OF A CRIME
AGAINST HUMANITY
 PREAMBLE:
I am the first to admit that ‘free man on the land’
status does not allow me to be a criminal at large on the land,
but Canadian law has a very old law dating back to the Magna Carta,
called Sec 39 CCC Claim of Right to trespass on the Crown’s
domain, while in peaceful possession of articles of my belief
- I am the 1st to admit that being a ‘freeman’ does
not allow me to break any law that I find objectionable
- But equally so, the law clearly states that ‘all laws
rules and regulations only apply to a PERSON, and I've never had
one of these strawmen
- In law, the Crown cannot create a legal fiction called ‘PERSON’
until I get a BIRTH CERTFICATE, - If I was one of those freemen
saying ‘screw the law, it doesn’t apply to me’
then I’d send my ass to jail
- BUT THIS NOT THE CASE WITH ANY OF MY [fraudulently
created] CRIMINAL CASE FILES.

Now, in law the Crown cannot create a PERSON
[which is what they do when they charged me with a crime] This
is especially true when in order to defend my beliefs, I bought
a PERSON under the Canada Elections Act
I paid $1000. for a PERSON under the Marijuana Party of Canada,
and that means that in law, the B.C. Crown cannot ignore this
‘legal entity’ by simply ignoring the facts [s 19
CCC - ignorance is no excuse] - Now it’s undeniable that
this individual has distinct rights that are greater that a common
citizen
As I see it, if a ‘free man’ pays and
gets this PERSON means, in law, he is now a ‘private individual’.
- AND - This PERSON has real Constitutional rights that make all
‘my political activity’ legal, and they know it!
7] For over 3 years, the B.C. Provincial Crown refuses to recognize
my demands to be prosecuted under the only PERSON that I hold,
because that would mean sending my trial directly to the Supreme
Court of Canada, It’s the only court that ‘holds jurisdiction’
over my PERSON under the Canadian Elections Act [period]
The Crown chooses to call me a PERSON under the BC Elections Act,
because they can prosecute it. The fact is that’s FRAUD,
I simply have never run in the BC Marijuana Party, therefore hold
no such PERSON, and the Crown cannot just create a totally bogus
legal fiction, because [if not] they cannot prosecute [period]
This defiance of the law is called TYRANNY: No court can reject
Democracy and the Supremacy of God
On where this legal argument is going, the Bible is very clear.
It says don’t waste my breath trying to make a legal argument;
there is an excuse in law for doing anything. It’s impossible
to win on ‘right and wrong’

It’s undeniable that we are “the wicked generation”
outlined in Matt 23, and that your present behavior is fulfilling
Timothy’s prophecy of our end times, and it’s my direct-
action that is fulfilling /exposing this prophecy.
- I am not the Messiah, but it’s hard to refute that I am
the prophet who Jesus called Jonah. [and] - It’s harder
to refute that my path is outlined in 1 Tim 2, because beyond
all question, my function is to deliver the mystery from which
true godliness is great, by showing a path to rapture [Luke
17 – Mat. 24]
In the best of all scenarios, I’m believed by the world
and ascend to Heaven like Jesus and Mohamed - It’s hard
to refute that I’m delivering Jubilee, like a thief in the
night, and doing so by fulfilling Isaiah 2-3 - I’m ‘”the
‘nobody’ against the honored” who cries ‘take
this cloak, do not make me leader of people’ and “Tell
the righteous that they will enjoy the fruit of their deeds, woe
to the wicked disaster is upon them” [and] by handing this
cloak to a tribunal, we trigger Isaiah 40-41, where the conquerors
of love appear

My goal is to deliver Jacob to ‘a yes’ or ‘no’
answer, to my Act of Supremacy challenge of 1559, because
it’s undeniably the ‘Achilles heal’ to trigger
the wildest opportunity devised by man to return Paradise on earth
- My goal is to show how every community is edified by upholding
the new Covenant, in this way live as one.
My function has been to deliver what is written by being the stumbling
block, the rock that makes them fall and he who believes in him
will never be put to shame [Romans 9:33]
My goal is to deliver Gabriel’s promise to Mary
that
“Jesus will reign over the house of Jacob
forever”

I have no idea why Jacob and Israel resists other than Romans
ties in all prophets to show that the BAR/ Order of the Garter
holds the spirit of stupor, eyes that cannot see and ears that
cannot hear, until the last day. - It’s undeniable that
the only solution is to repent, which is the last day of stupor,
and it also means If they don’t repent it’s their
last day, and clearly the story goes on because as Jesus said
everything in Mat 24 must happen before you see him, and we’re
not even half way yet, but frankly as said in Mat:23 and Luke:13
“I
tell you, you will not see Jesus again until you say, blessed
is he who comes in the name of the Lord”
From the moment a tribunal is called is the last day of stupor,
because this hornet’s nest of liabilities surfaces. - Frankly
without the damage award, the BAR is not close to surrendering
to love, and with it, it’s Jubilee
[Cor 15:24] the end will come, [27] because the other everything
[Creation] is in place to hand to God - This is when death itself
is conquered. Romans 13’s promise of METANOIA creates a
total about face.
- God’s promise is life to the dead and meaning to life,
and it’s ‘a blink of an eye’ away by seizing
a moment
NOW,
LET’S GO BACK TO THE HERE AND NOW: OPENING PREMISE:
As I brought up with lawyers, if it wasn’t for the fact
that you want to believe
that I’m ‘the one’ of Luke 12:5, then I would
have been killed a long time ago,
and the same doubt is with the clergy who refuse my offer to interview
me,
because I might be in Luke 12:11 the one who the Holy Spirit speaks
thru.
As I see it, this is pathetic…
Especially when it says no one will put you to shame for believing
in him.
 In
regard to matters in Alberta:
I firmly believe that my bust in Alberta is Heaven sent, and a
truth litmus test of the Order of the Garter. The Queen’s
Bench is still Supreme, and there is no debt on the books, so
they have no excuse
The right to search luggage by dogs at bus stations was directly
denied by the Supreme Court of Ca. EVEN WITHOUT my identity issue
- They have no grounds to proceed and they have no jurisdiction
to continue in provincial court
If they care not to follow the law for the law’s sake; they
can, and can continue to be defiant of the law AND I can do no
‘thing’ to stop them from denying the jurisdiction
of the Supremacy of God and Democracy. The facts show no ground
to proceed, and every one is terrified when they deal with me
No body in Authority will talk to me, or seize the file,
and they go frantic on me,
they fear what will happen - [Isaiah says fear is the
only thing that will work]
- [What they should fear is being rewarded by Satan for a job
well done]
Their inability to act is proof that both still hold Hope, yet
gripped with fear, which fulfills the prophecy “Near the
end they will be incapable of doing Good.” Alberta shows
that they really ‘desire’ to continue. There is a
world of difference between the multiple choices of ‘a yes’
or ‘no’ decision. The chosen must choose
