It's said:          
“IF NO ONE PURSUES THE RIDICULOUS, WE'LL NEVER ACHIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE”

The Simon Wiesenthal Foundation [SWF] is reminding everyone in their latest exhibit that the Holocaust was a legal activity as far as the letter of the law [in stone] is concerned. In fact very few legislated laws were enacted  
-These sweeping changes were done by changing the definition of a few key-words and the intent of all laws change.  In law it’s called ‘robbery’ through lexicography, which is an addiction to pervert the law by changing the definition of just a few key-words.  It must be noted that ‘legal robbery’ is not a crime:

• It’s the usurping of jurisdictional power through the use of might, as opposed to right.   

- The SWF also says that the rule of law is nothing without an ethical foundation.  [and] it’s self evident that Canada is a victim of tyranny,
- which naturally occurs when we’re ruled by a de-facto government
-  Tyranny was triggered when Brian Mulroney, took office and put in motion a well-orchestrated legal fiction that can only be called:  the perversion of the law through lexicography and in so doing started the fulfilling of a prophecy line outlined in Timothy 1-2, where an unidentified city [society], in the latter days will be governed by hypocritical liars, who with itchy ears heard what they want to hear, and now this society holds the ethical foundation of the Supremacy of God [2-Tim 3] But ‘has turned into a form of godliness but denying its power.

This occurred as an excuse created to abandon England’s concept of God in a multicultural society, with Big M Drug mart 1985 & this event was predicted in

Romans7:16 ‘the commandment that was intended to liberate people will be used to deceive us’ by the spirit of death

By creating the [DCL Dictionary of Canadian Law] in 1985 he ‘converted’ the definition of all kinds of key words to totally subvert the Charter through robbery, by using exactly the same tactics as Hitler’s bankers had done.

FOR EXAMPLE; by defining a COPYRIGHT as: ‘Includes a birth certificate’, means the law now can define every ‘person’ in the 1985 Bank Act as
‘WAREHOUSE RECEIPTS’: humans are defined as bags of hydro carbon that  trade in hydrocarbon, with copyright rights secured to the banks as collateral


The result of following the letter of an unholy marriage created between the 1985 Bank Act and the Lord’s Day Act 1985 resulted where Canada fell as a victim of TREACHERY, which in law is the crime of collusion with the Treasury [with safeguards now held under UN ‘international law’.] and

We're supposed to believe that nothing can be done about it, because it’s just a legal fiction

These charges of TREACHURY fall on Brian Mulroney, who changed everything about our society, where the opposite makes sense just by ‘converting’ the foundation of all ethical standards, which is done simply by redefining key words

FOR EXAMPLE: 'the colour of Office': Which for 3000-years was the trust and the foundation of Democracy has meant: ‘by the people for the people’ & it now means:
‘by the people for the economy under economic duress’ -1985
 [and] this fulfills the prophecy in Romans 10:19 –
Where Moses says Israel will be envious of a people who are not a Nation [Canada is not a Nation, while a foreign Coat of Arms is hung in our courts], and

This was done by a foolish and jealous Nation who have no understanding [which is the USA], and their mercantile form is totally lost in the Economy which cannot exist except on the love of money = Idolatry

- [2-Tim 4] is where it says: The time will come when we will no longer put up with the [so-called] sound doctrine ‘created by itchy ears that wanted to be deceived;
Have nothing to do with such people’,

- [2-Tim 2] it says: We are to hear a message that must be heard /said in the presents of many witnesses, who are qualified to teach others.   - Then it says: ‘they will not go far as their folly, which will be clear to everyone.’

As Sir Salmond warned: the function of his legal fiction that the form is entrapped in, had the sole /soul function of drawing out a blindsiding elephant’ and you really are being challenged to ask why not


I'm the first to admit that if it wasn't that this notion of
' upholding Creation' in my Charter challenge of the1559  Act of Supremacy did not contain a solution to the mystery of the
' new Covenant' promised in [Rom 11:26-27 & Rom 8:16on]  
- that I would have told me to screw off a long time ago. 

‘If’ it weren’t for the fact that it’s just another Element of a long string of coincidences: like realizing this legal quagmire is attached to a liability claim /award, which is still a default judgment.  With just common sense these events can only be called Biblical in nature, because the end result is a notion called JUBILEE, which is a common lore of all races/religions where the redemption [payment] of all debt is offered, with a message which ushers us into being in Paradise/Nirvana

The similarities to what’s manifesting here can be found in the prophecy of Isaiah, in especially Comfort for all God’s children in Isaiah 40 and in Romans 13, and it literally came about by following the advise and teaching of Jesus, it’s delivering the promise of a trust which God has promised to offer
- And all those in Authority need to do is follow the Spirit of the law, as opposed to the letter in stone

And I stand firmly under the fact that the messenger in Isaiah 3: 7 says that “you are not to make the messenger the leader of the people, which is the foundation of the old saying: ‘don’t kill the messenger’

If this notion of Upholding Creation did not constitute the delivering of the answer to a big mystery contained across the Bible that will edify all congregations, then I would agree that the damage award would be frivolous and vexatious.  
Equally so, I’m convinced that authority knows that converting the oath under an Act of Supremacy Challenge fulfills the promise /mystery of how we inherit the Earth, as in Isaiah and Romans 8on

- I’m the first to admit that it’s unnerving to witness Biblical prophecy of our end times as history in the making,

as opposed to being in some time after your gone, but it’s hard to ignore the fact that my case file(s) are fulfilling literally dozens upon dozens of prophecies that all have good tiding, and this can only be first achieved by following the Spirit of life, which upholding Creation creates, where a ticket to Paradise is offered to those who hold oaths ‘Israel’, who must recognize that they must seize a moment in faith and accept this metanoia that triggers Manifest Destiny.  


Re-reading an old book after knowing the mystery of the new Covenant strengthens everyone’s faith in Hope of a better world, where Paradise on Earth is here, where the Son of the living God dwells with us, not just as a promise after death.
  

It’s not a hard sell to show that the society outlined in Timothy
[if the hypocrisy were to be known] is a realistic description our present dark times foretold in especially 1Tim 4: where you find this prophecy of the end times:

Where hypocritical liars will forbid people to marry [keep their oath] and order people to abstain from certain food which God created to be received in thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. 
-  I’m convinced that this certain food is cannabis, which is given in thanksgiving in found in Gen 1:29  

This is easy to show:  I’m pointing out that God keeps repeating “this is good” except for when he creates men and women [1:26-27] ‘then’ only after given us certain food, like wind pollinated seed bearing plants and everything green; ‘then’, in thanksgiving God calls it now “very good”,    

I’ve been hammering the courts [or what the Bible calls Jacob] for over 3-years now under what can be called an iron clad gag order. This anonymity has allowed me to pursue an ‘unusual and creative defense’ to create a legal pit of hornet’s nests on seemingly boring Constitutional guarantees, and in so doing expose the real possibility of the fulfilling of prophecy that God will send a messenger with a metanoia before we self destruct.  

The possibilities created by my Act of Supremacy Challenge are so big and are such a strategic assault to effect everything so benevolently that it can only be called a blindsiding elephant [or gift from God]

• which was the very function for creating Sir Salmond’s legal fiction in the first place

The implications /magnitude and the benevolent nature of this Biblical mystery being revealed with this damage award is [without a doubt] an event that would change everything as we know it in society, and it should be a joyous event.  But it’s not; it’s being quashed by authority, who is acting in disbelief,

-  But frankly it was predicted that this is what would happen, but/and this folly cannot go on indefinitely.

Authority is being challenged to recognize that my case files expose crimes that are so bad as to be monstrous [& they are], but the scale of this hypocrisy is exactly what was needed to fulfill Roman’s prophecy line of creating a snare and a trap, which becomes a stumbling block, and admit that

It’s not irrelevant that all this liability is being delivered by the same messenger of the new Covenant.      

The Bible and basic common sense, says that: You really have to ask why not when the consequences of following the total about face of this metanoia is Paradise on Earth.  I’m presenting a simple premise here that your right-mind set is enhanced by holding a commonality with God simply by holding hope in our soul that is created by just believing in and acting on upholding Creation and I guarantee you’ll find a life with meaning     

-    The impact of an Act of Supremacy Challenge is that everything as we now know it now would change.

Imagine every lawyer and every politician by simply changing their oath to uphold Creation instead of God, become caretakers of the Universe, and weapons turn into plowshares, where we inherit the earth.  

Upholding Creation holds such a commonality to all faiths that it’s self-evident and true and by itself self-fulfilling

By simply embracing the need to understand that everyone’s belief of God is in a image of himself, and by holding a common hope in Creation, we create a comfort zone with the means to hold a life with meaning, which is in and of itself a personal Paradise, and this empowerment is a virtue to all who believe in one God

A belief that does not attack any religion, in fact every religion is edified by upholding Creation.
