UPHOLDING CREATION fulfills the prophecy of the new Covenant in Hebrews 10 and Jeremiah 31 AND this array of clues that it's this ANCIENT Truth I'm offering the message to righteousness
- the message delivers a METANOIA [a total about face of mindset]
[Heb 10:26]“ If we deliberately keep on sinning after receiving the knowledge of the truth, then you will face the continuous fear of final judgment by a raging fire [the white hornet] [27] Anyone who rejected the laws of Moses died without mercy, on the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses [NAMELY: Never make your own citizen's slaves]

Heb 10:16 Confirms a promise that Jeremiah made in 33:33
"This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time," declares the LORD. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, & they will be my people. 34 No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest," declares the LORD. "For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more."

My court challenge forces the courts to rule that 'to uphold Creation' is the new Covenant & rule on my 'identity issue' as proof that Jacob /Israel are tripping on 'the stumbling block' of Rom 11
For upholding that "no man is born Free"
This tribunal is responsible for recognizing a new Covenant or be destroyed. So be it. Frankly this is a dual edged sword: it could be a curse or a blessing because God punishes all those he chooses [Rom 11:33] It's a dreadful thing to fall in the hands of the living God Let it be known that I sympathize with you who are still prisoners [of Baal] & I joyfully accept the confiscation of my property.

According to Romans-7-on; To continue sinning [period] means each & every one of you are consumed by the spirit of death
- Oath holders desire to reject the message of righteousness & deny the power of the Spirit of Life contained in upholding Creation THEN you really are hell-bent on destroying it, & as to the 2nd Commandment: you hate God
[Rom 8:17] you deny that upholding Creation is sharing in the burden [11:27-28] you refuse to recognize the fact that upholding Creation is the answer to a new Covenant that turns godliness away from Jacob You refuse to believe that all sin will be forgotten thru a METANOIA

To refuse to recognize that by simply following the law [as opposed to de fact law]
you will enjoy an opportunity to manifest Destiny,
as opposed to being footstools by being utterly evil,
But frankly to believe that what is transpiring is not predicted in Hebrews and Romans and Isaiah as a moment where the destiny of Oath holders will be determined with just the faith of two or three witnesses is your fate.
It's not my choice on how many ways you prove to be faithless.
Look at the facts: You refuse to recognize that

I'm the messenger of the Spirit of righteousness, when I also hold: a case file that was predicted in Romans 9-on, that i really did set up Authority in 'the snare and trap' & you then ignore that: my abnormal identity issue does convert this snare and trap into 'the stumbling block' that is a rock [Rom 11] BECAUSE no one in Authority can accept that not even 1-man can be born Free
[3] My identity issue exposes the very nature of God's chosen people violating Moses' law, [upholding that no citizen is born Free]
- to believe that all of this can be discounted to being irrelevant
- as I was told by Elections Canada would seem absurd to anyone
- Especially when the Elections Act is so lost in perverting strawman rights

This is especially true, when everyone runs from my damages award that fulfills what can only be called
the best of all possible retributions that a disobedient & obstinate people could ever ask for
Furthermore: It's unconscionable to not embrace this opportunity when this messenger is not seeking personal gain, & it's being delivered solely to redeem Israel & 'paying her double for her hard service' [Isaiah 40] I can be held to the promise of Isaiah 3 of: "Never make me leader of people"

To believe this damages award is frivolous or vexatious, & does not show any hope to fulfill the promise contained in Isaiah 40-on is to be totally in denial of God Almighty, let alone His grace it means that Israel refuses to be redeemed from the burden of debt, which means everyone will need to be liberated from the sinful nature of God's chosen people thru a reconciliation with the rest of the world .
Rom 11 warns that oath holders must repent or he will be force to reconciling with the rest of the world
If you can't see the difference between being redeemed of all sin, and being footstools for failing to redeem everyone from the bondage of the creation's decay, then that's your call, [Heb 8] It is not my fault for pressing an answer, or in other words, for not shrinking from pursuing and presenting this ancient mythical Truth that sets us Free - and why it scares people has always amazed me

To refuse to recognize that the form would not find remedy under my Act of Supremacy Challenge is to deny this notion of a fundamental truth that can only be called METANOIA [this NOTION is a total about face with just 1-WORD]
MONOTHEISM is believing that God is everything Spiritual and he created everything of substance [there are 2 everythings]
1] BASIC PREMISE: Everyone who holds an oath to uphold God swears or affirms to uphold everything substantive
2] METANOIA: God is everything and he created everything substantive [undisputable] the Creation is everything substantive
TO UPHOLD CREATION is the order of 'things' in Paradise
3] This notion shows that the world has been lead down the wrong 'garden path' for 7000 years, [no one can be blamed]
IN FACT: It's the fulfillment of the Lord's Prayer
- where it's now the same on earth as it is in Heaven

This tribunal holds the promise contained in Heb 10:16 and Jeremiah where it says: When we recognize the new Covenant is when their sins & lawless acts, will simply be forgotten [This is thru a METANOIA]
- To obstruct with the triggers that start the fulfilling of Isaiah 40on,
and to believe that the promise of the truth setting us free contained in Romans 13 is not being pressed is to be in total denial to the obvious
[Sec 16 LEGAL INSANITY]
It's more than just a futile act to deny God's Grace it's BLASPHEMOUS to refuse God & it's unconscionable to mock God's grace, [Heb 10:39]
But it ends with this clear message of Hope where it says
- "But we are not those who shrink back & are destroyed, but those who believe & will be saved"- Jeremiah holds the same hole in:
19 After I strayed, I repented; after I came to understand, I beat my breast. I was ashamed & humiliated because I bore the disgrace of my youth.'

To continue sinning - [sinning means to continue with this slave planet plan]
IT SAYS [in Heb 10:28] THAT [in the end] it comes down to 2 or 3 witnesses literally confirming all of Israel [oath holders] to be the wicked & adulterous generation that simply refused to repent,
so they all perish:  
IMAGINE: Israel will in essence be converted to saving the world from the Supremacy of God Almighty. This is a pathetic battle, where the only benefit is' the trading of children for men in some great battle' .  You truly deserve this pathetic fate, by banking on a belief that God would not give his chosen people
the free choice to condemn themselves,
- My Lord will act with speed and finality

Now try to see this from my perspective:
It's not as if I am oblivious to the dangers that are in my face , - It's just that it's irrelevant compared to my dread of shrinking.   If you see this as a no win situation for you and me then you're right, but that is your choice.   
I openly admit that it's not my choice whether I want Luke's version of Jonah and or a Banquet to occur, or if, it's Matthew's Jonah, and a long drawn-out Wedding that occurs.  My obligation is to not shrink; To just persevere in revealing the message of the new Covenant, because it is just different way to start what God promises is with speed and finality AND He will show grace in his Judgment. 

As in Romans 9:6 - It's not as if God has failed [16] it does not depend on man's desires or [my] efforts, but on God's mercy.
This Rom 9 passage reads like my my Birth Statement
[25] I came to call them my people who are not my people, & I will call her my loved one who are not my loved one"
As my 'abnormal birth' Statement reads that's California BUT it really doesn't say it's there that I say this first.

When I went there to fix my BIRTH ISSUE - Homeland Security thru me in jail for 3-months at the border, with no charges and - all 3 levels of The American inJustice System confirmed beyond a shadow of a doubt that "no man is born Free, in the USA"

- I'm primarily pursuing the burden of testing the Order of the Garter, & as to my path in prophecy, & as to the first time I wrote this article - the Judge ruled stated back then that: "I was Free to go" & this same situation happened just again in my last Alberta ruling, There's this repeating message: I keep being told that
"I am free to go."
I've been pursuing what looked like the obvious choice
But now I must be prepared to include any other people who are not my people who hold the faith to be sons of the living God.
-   As I read the prophecy it's written so ambiguously that it really doesn't say that it's the first choice where I say this declaration: - I will never question my Lord, but I simply can't see why oath holders shrink from seizing a moment to surrender to perfection?

From the very beginning I was convinced that [as to Luke 11 BUT not Mat 12's version]
' the men of the Nineveh' is a Sec 11 tribunal. [BECAUSE] -
[when Nineveh was destroyed a few of the holders of dark secrets were spared]
That's why I went to the USA - I asked for safe passage to the United Nations in order to file my Isaiah Challenge after all Isaiah 2 is engraved in the mantle
BUT - Homeland Security simply would not make it happen

- I left Canada on short notice BECAUSE: after I filed a Petition against Elections Canada when I was denied thru FRAUD the right to proceed on fulfilling Daniel's 9 prophecy of pressing the new Covenant
- in the City that bears my Lord's name, which was New Westminster and
- as to Daniel's 70-sevens prophecy of "the middle of the sevens"
fell on my Calgary trial date AND COINCIDENTLY: 70+62= 132 weeks before Dec 21st 2012 also landed on my Calgary Court Date
- As I see it: we face a 2Thes2 scenario

AND - it seems to be a dual-edge sword of 2Thes2 where it says.
7For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back a will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. - Frankly I'm the protagonist in this situation,
BUT right now I'm holding back from surrendering / being taken into custody, AND as I read it.It's the secret forces of lawlessness that get taken out of the way when Authority puts me away, [if they don't believe it's their choice] OR

Authority again is taken out of the way if I follow Isaiah 53's advice of
Depart depart you with the Articles of my Lord, and the Lord of Israel will be my rear guard AND again the reason for me leaving is that the secret forces of lawlessness who held back from seizing the moment refuse to budge and who are taken out of the way.
BUT then I'm holding back from taking flight, - which opens another hornet's nest. - If I hold back from taking flight, - Ill be taken out of the way. and this God of Israel is all yours [He's a god of vengeance and reconciling with the rest of the world] . AND now you know why the Man of lawlessness has been holding back.
I'm here to save Jacob and Israel and I'm testing Israel by taking flight.
BUT, if /when I need to go - is up to what 2 or 3 witnesses choose to do..

I had no problem taking flight to the USA, 3-years ago [when I wrote this 1st draft,] BECAUSE I thought I was going to find a chance to say as to Rom 10 "you are not my people" in this way Americans would be the 1st sons of the Living God"
- BUT HOMELAND SECURUTY turned that offer down
- BUT this time it anywhere BUT the USA. I have a ban from going to the USA from HOMELAND SECURITY for another 7 years and the they can die mercilessly on that prohibition order
Those merciless mercenaries of money are conscience-less war mongers who as to Rom 3 will really never know Peace . They really deserve a merciless death. AND it's not my fault when [not if] those who live by the sword die mercilessly by the sword.
Thomas Jefferson really did fear for his people when he understood that God was bringing Justice to earth
[Luke 14] REPENT OF PERISH you perverts of the law

[NOTE next line of [2Thes 2]:8And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth & destroy by the splendor of his coming.

Now to even think that I'm the one the lawless one who is revealed by me being destroyed may be right - BUT Jesus warns:[ in Luke 12] . 5But I will show you whom you should fear: Fear him who, after the killing of the body, has power to throw you into hell. Yes, I tell you, fear him.
IN ALL FAIRNESS the 1-thing that keeps Authority from killing me is this passage. [It proves that they fear God. BUT it doesn't stop them from locking me up]
BUT THE OFFER IS TO SURRENDER TO THE FIRE of God's Grace

2Thes:211For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie
It's the stumbling block that's taken down every great civilization
-Locke On tyranny said :It doth not matter where the power be, or whether it's done by one or by many. It transcend the laws of Nature when any BODY acts like Divine Monarchy who upholds that you can make your own Citizen's slaves. It's called an abomination [or is it OBAMAnation]

1Cor 4:20 - Upholding God's Creation is not about talk
It's about power. I don't unleash a force, BUT the Spirit within me does
the message destroys the evil in mankind, we become Spiritual flesh
Just open the door and let Him in.
Do you really want the Lord with the rod of discipline OR shall I come in love & with the Gentle Spirit. Either way it's a Loving God who is returning

12& so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. As I read this: The choice is clear: God's chosen must choose to either want to be HEROes or ZEROes
AND if you think this is about destruction of mankind
Then you can count me out... It's not my choice if you become footstools or shown every Glory imaginable - THE CHOSEN MUST CHOOSE

I recognize that: this remedy is in your domain   But recognize that to refuse metanoia means you accept the consequences for the entire body's belief that no one needs to be accountable to Moses' law.of never upholding that "no man is born Free especially to your own Citizens
Was it all done for Love or for Hate? [Eccl 8-9]
All oath holders [and those who should] bare the same fate

If Jacob and Israel refuses to recognize an offer to be redeemed, then you seal your own fate, and you must face the consequences of kneeling to Baal,
As to the 2nd Commandment: This God of Israel is a jealous God. AND We really are the sons of the 3rd and 4th generation since our Masonic founding fathers of Canada, & it appears inevitable that some will want to be destroyed

BUT clearly someone believes BECAUSE a 1000 generations of those who love him will rise, [at the appointed time] with the splendor of Jesus' return

BUT 1st [as to 1Cor15] we must face TRIBULATION good-firstfruit
Or it's all about alienization and destruction, THEN you can count you out
As to the riddle in Romans 8:38:
There simply is no future if you hold onto the past
Romans 10: But concerning Israel “all day long I have held my hands out to a disobedient and an obstinent people
[11]: I ask then...  Did God reject his people?  By no means;

He has saved 7000, who have not knelt to Baal & God gave them the spirit of stupor, until the very end, & He ends in Hope: [11:32] For God has bound all men to disobedience, so that he may have mercy on us all
"He who calls what I'm doing evil, is evil"
I'm pushing you to make the right choice or I wouldn't be doing it
AND Frankly IF I'm wrong? There will be no one to testify why 'the one' struck again.

With a PETITION to resolve my identity issue, you're being presented
with one more opportunity to Redemption [payment of all debt] where the Gentiles would be the greatest benefactors; where this rejoicing would cause the envy of all Israel.  If you can't imagine that all Abrahamic faiths & everyone & including all reincarnations would not find remedy & rejoice from this initiative, then you really are despots.
If you can't imagine that this thrust of positive energy
created by the Redemption of all debt, [let alone the Truth] would not be the cause of a huge paradigm shift that would generate from among us the appearance of the Conquerors of love, [Rom 8] THEN YOU REALLY ARE VOID OF LOVE
Then you simply don't want to come without a bloodbath & regrettably you may get your wish come true; it's not my choice. - If you can't imagine that the payment of all debt would be a better solution then heading down the same 'garden path', then that's your call.

But, you have to face the fact that, as I see it,
it's my shrinking that causes this horror to occur & If you cannot see that this fulfills the prophecy of literally being the one who is living on faith in Hebrews 10, then you really are blind to the wonder of walking through the valley of death with no fear of evil
For He will harden those He has chosen

I am being compelled to not bend a reed [Isaiah 43] I either choose to stay and this happens by getting my day in court - How I get there is totally not my choice BUT it's an important one AND if no BODY picks up the gauntlet

Jesus says THAT "no prophet will be recognized or respected in his own jurisdiction" - So leaving has always been a viable option.
- Prophecy here says I need to be compelled to go to somewhere.
As opposed to running from something [aka - shrinking]. [at this time]
