Affidavit/Declaration of Substantive Facts
1] Proof that I do not hold a person.
A] All laws rules and regulations only apply to a person and beyond any shadow of a doubt I can prove to not hold any such identity. Under the Interpretations Act, it constitutes Fraud [Sec 340 CCC] to force incarceration on me: John Locke Defined it as tyranny.
B] I was born on Dec 20, 1957, in King George VI Registry. My parents refused to apply for a Birth Certificate on the belief/conviction that Queen Elizabeth was not a true sovereign, and told me to never to apply for one.
C] In 1966 I applied for a Social Security Card [while a minor] back when it was legislated that this # was never to be used as a “form” of identification as holding a person
D] In 1984, I left Canada before Brian Mulroney committed “Treachery” by legislating that everyone “in Canada” must sign for a new SIN #, which was used as collateral under the 1985 bank Act, where we were converted to “warehouse receipts”.
By being “outside Canada”, I broke no laws by not getting a SIN #. In Law –I have never sinned. [Religious/legal humour]

E] In 1988, I applied for a passport, while living in Los Angeles and on this application it asked if I wanted a Birth Certificate and I said “NO” –which directly prohibited “the Queen” from issuing me a “person” and on Jan 5th, 1989, I was issued a passport to prove that I am a citizen of Canada, and my Birth Statement landed, while in the USA therefore my statement was defaced twice with #37300 by Despina Georgas on Jan 5th, 1989. Under Sec 340 CCC – Fraud: the one who places markings or numbers on a statement is directly prohibited from using this statement against me without first redressing [fixing] this statement.
F] In California, there is a law #37300: “Title to Property while on water”. This means I am a Free Man on the Land” in both the USA and Canada until either registry cares to address the Liability created by these markings/numbers and both Canada and the USA refuse to do so. Therefore no body has a lawful right to hold any rule of law or regulation that is not directly prohibited by the 10 Commandments and or Deuteronomy –there is simply no law that says “Thou shalt not buy sell or possess cannabis, therefore I cannot be held liable for breaking/ignoring this stature and –under Sec 126 CCC I have a directly asserted right to peaceful trespass this law under Sec 39 CCC.
6] Furthermore: I have never applied for a Medicare #
-I have never applied or held a credit card
-I do not hold a drivers license – I exchanged my Florida Driver’s licence for a temporary 2-year BC License and I never applied for a real one since then.
-I have not filed an income tax since returning to Canada in 1999, and in 2005 Revenue Canada Dropped a 5 year audit, because I have never held a person.
H] Unless you can prove otherwise, you simply hold no authority to enslave/incarcerate me and you bear the onus to prove otherwise. And you cannot.
I] On Sept 18, 2009 at my mandamus hearing, the crown attorney [off the record] dismissed my claim to not hold a person on the assumption that it is impossible not too. And the Judge [who refused to seize my file] violated Sec 338 CCC –by using my statement as a certificate

J] On the weight of the substantive facts, of page 1 and 2. There is no lawful excuse to incarcerate me, and you must set me free, especially when you, warden Dicastri, are my warden and I am your ward. You personally are directly responsible for everything that happens to me, while I am your ward. You must act on my behalf. [As my other half]
K] This means you must act to fix the malfeasance that occurred on Sept 18, 2009, @ my Mandamus Hearing, because you, personally, are responsible to make sure that I have not been denied my fundamental principles of justice to deny consent to be governed, by Judge Giardini, who unlawfully denied me the protection of Sec 133 of the BNA Act, by violating my right to stand under the rule of law and the supremacy of law by upholding a satanic for as supreme.
L] No judge can refuse to seize a mandamus [period] especially when it was served by standing under Blackstone’s form to protect society at large from tyranny and slavery.
M] As to the paperwork filed to get this mandamus, I had served the judge a mandamus, who denied my rights, I then served the sheriffs, then the coroner, and finally 2 justices of the peace who did act by sending me to a judge.
N] It constitutes as legal insanity [Sec 15 CCC] for this judge to refuse to seize this mandamus and you simply cannot reject this trust without violating your oath to God to uphold The Covenant with God of the Order of the Garter.
O] I am sent, by God, to fix the form, and if you refuse to do your duty then as to Heb. 10:28: you all may die a merciless death, and ask yourself: how much greater is the punishment on those who trample on the messenger by refusing God’s Grace? Amen.
A Synopsis of My Mandamus(s) and a Warning
Of Being Liable To A Merciless Death as To Heb 10:28
1] The Bible makes it clear that the Order of the Garter will be tested and as to [2 Cor 13:5] “Do you realize that Christ Jesus is in you, unless, of course, ‘if’ you fail the test.”
2] The Bible also makes it clear that you will be in stupor till the last day and that all oath takers will fear the messenger and the one that places its faith on the message [especially] will never be out to shame [Rom 9] [Rom 11]
3] It also says that if you act on works and the letter of these perverted laws, you will be destroyed and if you act on faith, you will be blessed with nothing less than a life to the dead, and all you sins will be forgotten. Rom 11
4] It’s impossible to refute that I am the stumbling block, the rock that makes you fall [and] how can you not know? “did you not hear? Of course you did...[Heb 10-11].
5] “Have you not heard: The greater of the ends of the world will deliver us form evil [itself] and frankly, you cannot be forgiven unless you repent [aka-change your way of thinking] and [1 Cor 15:51] says it will happen in the blink of an eye.
6] [1 Cor 4:20] the kingdom of God is being offered and it’s all about power. Do you really want the Lord with the Rod of Discipline or do you want God to come in Love and with the Gentle Spirit?
7] As to [Exodus 1:11] Slave masters have been used by Brian Mulroney and like Moses, Jesus and me, we are all only chosen children/Sons of God.
-To reject that my abnormal birth does not fulfil hundreds of prophesies is proof that you are held by a powerful delusion sent by God for refusing to Love the truth. [And] I guarantee you you will be destroyed. Repent or perish [Luke 13] and I pray that you do so before I must take flight this winter to Calgary [Mat 24]
On Testing God’s Grace with 2 or 3 Witnesses [Heb 10:28]
1] On the Federal Front: Due to liability created by Elections Canada on file #157479-2-C.E.O. JP Kingly , Minister of justice resigned on Dec 21, 2006 and Libby Davis faces a Sec 336 CCC Violation, for rejecting the Supremacy of God.
3] The province of B.C., Alberta, and Ontario reject God as Supreme by refusing to fix my abnormal birth
4] Washington D.C., Washington State, and California reject the Supremacy of God, last Sept thru Dec by refusing to act to protect the bill of rights by trampling on a Freeman on the Land
5] The mayors of Vancouver, New Westminster and Calgary for not using the power of the Sceptor and the Orb to reverse a perversion of the form created when in March 2007, Harper gave all Maritime Jurisdiction form sea to sea to sea to NATO.
6] Sol Gen John Les; over my confirmation hearing where Judge Romfel declared “Who cares if we reject the Supremacy of God? Resigned rather than impeach this judge.
-So Gen Van Dongen resigned the week after I demanded Judge Giardini to deliver my case files to a higher court.
-And now ask yourself: will you interceded to prevent Sol Gen Heed from obeying the perversion of law created by their pervert pagan called Wally Oppel?
7] [Ephesians 6:12] the struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against rulers, authority and the power of dark forces.

A personal message of hope.
We are about to discover the Loving God, who will dwell among us. It cannot happen without a Metanoia: A total about face in how with think.
Mat. 18 says that if you talk to me, I will win you over. We are so close to our utter destruction and if you refuse this offer, you will be treated as pagans and worthless perverted tax collectors Rom 1:29: God gave us all over to a sinful nature in our hearts by omitting from our minds 1-word since then, we exchanged the truth about God for a really big lie by worshipping [working] and serving created things [The Creation] [the other everything] Rather than the Creator.
By upholding God’s creation, we inherit the Earth as sons of the living God. All past suffering is insignificant compared tot eh Glory that is about to be revealed. [Roman 8]
The Tree of Knowledge is being grafted to the Tree of Life and you cannot imagine the importance of good First Fruit.
