This is my first court date [on a Monday] after getting busted on Friday. Show cause is where I'm supposed to beg for bail to get out. But [in law alleast] it's also where the Crown must show cause for arresting me in the first place. There's a court order by the head shrink [Doctor Mark Levy] telling them that they cannot send me to a psych test, because they are using it as an excuse to not answer or proceed.
I've had dozens of psych test ordered on me by both Crown and Judges, and if I failed one they would be able to 'discount' [not take into account] absolutely anything that I ever said or ever will say in a court of law. As I wrote in my Appeal offile 157479-C The Crown is not my wardens and society is not a prison . Just because the viewsw of the Marijuana Party differ from the Crown's position does not make me a criminal and most definitely does not make me insane. |
The historial analogy to what they're doing can be found in the time of the IRON CURTAIN. When i was a kid they spread all kinds of propoganda that those communists were so bad that they did not send their political dicidents to jail, because they would send them to psych hospitals, on the grounds that they must be nuts for not liking this society.
