A Detailed Outline of Isaiah 40 to Show That it's Being Fulfilled

Isaiah 40:2] Speak softly to Jerusalem and tell her that her hard service has been complete that her sin has been paid for. And that she should receive double for all her sins from the Lord's hand.

-This is a reference to my damage award being paid in Treasury Notes
-In Law, they are created by God, and by giving me all her worthless blood back money and debt, she is being paid double for all her sins.

If it's twice as much back, there's no problem the award is that big.

Isaiah 40:12] Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, or with the breadth of his hand marked off the heavens?  
- Who has held the dust of the earth in a basket, or weighed the mountains on the scales and the hills in a balance
“Who had reduced the value of the world to a basket of sand”

I have -my damage award as of June 2009 is over 1 octillion dollars [1 E24} and earth has 7E27 grains of sand in it
-that's 5,000 grains of sand for $1. And by the time,
I get to the U.N. it's may be a few hundred grains for $1.00

Isaiah 40:13] “Who can fathom the Spirit” I can, ever since I was swallowed by the Spirit Remembrance Day 2004 “or instruct the Lord” "no one can " not me

isaiah 40:14] Whom did the LORD consult to enlighten him, and who taught him the right way?        Who was it that taught him knowledge  or showed him the path of understanding? “
I was flooded with knowledge” and “it only reveals itself clearly at the right time.” I am amazed by the simplicity of the Message, [New Covenant] and the depth of it. - All done on a “high”school education.

Isaiah 40:17] “All nations really can be regarded as less than worthless”, because it's all based on a debt ridden monetary system: backed by the blood of it's own Citizens. -This is as demonic a plan that can happen. And
- if people don't seize this moment to get out, then you're doomed [period]

Isaiah 40:20] A man too poor to present such an offering selects wood that will not rot.
       He looks for a skilled craftsman to set up an idol that will not topple.
Under the order of things of in “God's Creation We Trust”, we can only make a profit by fixing this planet, increasing it's value or in other words “Make a monetary system that can never rot.

Isaiah 40:24]  No sooner are they planted, no sooner are they sown, no sooner do they take root in the ground, than he blows on them and they wither,& a whirlwind sweeps them away like chaff.
- No sooner than when the Luciferian Doctrine is about to make it's final thrust, than I am here to wipe out it's plan. [Roman 9:22] repent this notion

Isaiah 40:25] 25 "To whom will you compare me?  Or who is my equal?"
says the Holy One
“To whom?” The Creation itself. “The whole Creation is ours by simply accepting the burden to take care of it [Rom 8:16] by sharing in God’s burden of upholding Creation, we will share in His Glory as heirs.
And grow up to be sons of the Living God in Christ. Amen.

Isaiah 40:27]  Why do you say, O Jacob, and complain, O Israel,
"My way is hidden from the LORD; my cause is disregarded by my God"?
“Why complain?” “God's plan has been hidden till our self-destruction is at our doorstep So that God can have Mercy on us all [Rom 11:32]

40:31]  Those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.They will soar on wings like eagles
“All it takes is Hope to renew your strength.” And we will soar like an eagle. The Hope and Joy created by the appearance of Abraham’s Seed and the damage award that redeems us all, will create a miracle –Metanoia

Isaiah 41:1] "Be silent before me, you islands!
Let the nations renew their strength!    Let them come forward and speak;
  let us meet together at the place of judgment.
- by trading in all this blood stained money and absurd debt, and by taking these certificates. We can manifest destiny as to God’s Plan.“At the U.N.”

Isaiah41:2] Who has stirred up one from the east, calling him in righteousness to his service?   He hands nations over to him and subdues kings before him.
- From Vancouver, everything is East. I stir up the righteous service of the last True King of the Commonwealth and hand this fortune to it through the Act of Supremacy. By changing everyone oath and mindset my sword will redefine what wealth is and we inherit the Earth.

Isaiah 41:3] He pursues them and moves on unscathed, by a path his feet have not traveled before
“Upholding Creation” really is a path that has never been traveled and it really has been set up for us, since we were thrown out of the Garden I really have been pursuing the c and I have not been killed, then agitators have been killed for far less activism.

41:4]  Who has done this and carried it through calling forth the generations from the beginning? The Lord did it thru the Holy Spirit. I am just a slave to Love.
- It's your faith that's being challenged mine simply is not to shrink [Heb 10:38]

Isaiah 41:8] 8 "But you, O Israel, my servant, Jacob, whom I have chosen,
you descendants of Abraham my friend,
- Jacob [the courts] are being chosen to undertake the burden of casting The New Covenant as the New World Order. – You really would be “nailing down an idol that will never topple the economy is even edified by this Destiny

Isaiah 41:10]  So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed,
for I am your God.       I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Stop this childish fear do not be dismayed, God will strengthen you. God will uphold you, in this righteous path, just take his hand – seize the moment.

Isaiah 41:11]  "All who rage against you will surely be ashamed and disgraced;
       those who oppose you will be as nothing and perish.
Surely, all those who have acted against me will be ashamed and disgraced those who continue to oppose will most certainly perish by not repenting.

Isaiah 41:13] For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand
       and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you

Take the offer. Do not fear, God will help you, just follow some basic advice of your redeemer, I hold the Covenant to deliver it to you, I hold the Spirit for you. It's not mine to keep. Never was. I loose this Love if I say the word mine. “I'm just a nobody, somebody else is in command.”

Isaiah 41:16] You will winnow them, the wind will pick them up, and a gale will blow them away. But you will rejoice in the LORD and glory in the Holy One of Israel.
Rejoice in thy Lord, the Glory is Jacob's and Israel's not me.

Isaiah 41:18] " I will make rivers flow on barren heights, and springs within the valleys. I will turn the desert into pools of water, and the parched ground into springs"
The Creation itself will be liberated. A new Creation is there for the taking. “Come on down let's go together let's take the best right now”

Isaiah 41:21 "Present your case," says the LORD. "Set forth your arguments," says Jacob's King.
 22 "Bring in your idols to tell us what is going to happen. Tell us what the former things were,
       so that we may consider them and know their final outcome.Or declare to us the things to come,
 23 tell us what the future holds, so we may know that you are gods. Do something, whether good or bad, so that we will be dismayed and filled with fear. 
24 But you are less than nothing and your works are utterly worthless; he who chooses you is detestable.

This is my case at the U.N.: present you case, set forth your arguments.
Tell us your idols, what is going to, happen. Declare what you see happening. Tell us what our futures holds, so we may know your God’s intent.

41:24] See you are less than nothing, you can do nothing good. You are utterly detestable. God sends you One from the North.

Isaiah 41: 25 "I have stirred up one from the north, and he comes— one from the rising sun who calls on my name.  He treads on rulers as if they were mortar, as if he were a potter treading the clay.
 26 Who told of this from the beginning, so we could know, or beforehand, so we could say, 'He was right'?   No one told of this, no one foretold it, no one heard any words from you.

I give you a messenger of Good News. Your Gods are all false.
Do good, for I am God's Agent of Wrath if you do wrong [Rom 13:4 on]

27 I was the first to tell Zion, 'Look, here they are!'
I gave to Jerusalem a messenger of good tidings.
 28 I look but there is no one no one among them to give counsel,  no one to give answer when I ask them.
 29 See, they are all false! Their deeds amount to nothing; their images are but wind and confusion.
