ON THE TOPIC THAT CANNABIS IS
THE MOST EVIL DRUG IN THE WORLD.
                        For information overload on this message

PREAMBLE:
1] The Ledain Commission [40-years ago - back when it was just surfacing as an issue] concluded that
“The most dangerous thing about cannabis use was the criminality of the drug itself”. 
A] This position was called scandalous, because for at least 2 generation before that [and one after],
Authority simply will not stop promoting hate literature and flat out lies for supporting its criminality
            [The Nuremburg Trials said] “Repeat a lie often enough and the people will want to believe it”
B] Since then, in order to protect a multi cultural society, Canada has enacted really powerful hate laws
C] This protection is found in Sec 15 of the Charter, and it protects gay rights and abortion rights from a majority of people who hold solid religious beliefs that society simply cannot condone such activity.
D] Science, the Bible and the common cultural values of this new Canadian society simply cannot support the criminality of the medical use of a plant, when it’s understood by everybody that the abuse of any medicine is harmful, if not fatal.  Yet people are brainwashed by media saturation to believe a lie.
E] Its self evident on how harmful its criminality is, but it would be a ‘hate crime’ to express it
F] Because it would mean calling virtually everyone in authority a hypocrite and a liar, and be held
accountable for civil damages, and the economy simply cannot afford that, so the hypocrisy just festers
G] Common sense of complying with the will of the people would dictate that the law must change,
yet all we hear from our politicians is further entrenchment of its criminality, and this has nothing to
do with what’s right or wrong, it’s business, and there’s no way out of it.  The economy can never afford it…
CONCLUSION:  Now how can you not see that it’s “the most evil drug in the world”? –
THEREFORE:  Nothing less than Sec 15 of the Charter will right the wrong of healing from the hate campaign on ‘the most evil drug in the world’. 
This Charter Challenge is a direct assault on THE WAR ON TERROR,
- which justifies this pandering of terror and fear, in order to preserve tyrannical rule [not the rule of law]

2] Judge Pitfield’s ruling leaves him wide open to this Charter Challenge from someone like me, and thetiming for its implementation can be seen as an opportunity that just presented itself, as if by design or is it fate…
A] The reason I chose to defend my convictions through a federal Marijuana Party was because it offered what I see as the most affective way to change ‘everything’.  So I started a long term plan of directly acting in civil disobedience in order to constitutionally redress this wrong in a Peaceful way.
B] This war literally has no one to negotiate Peace with; it’s designed that way.  Its intent is forever
civil war on its poor disenfranchised ‘minorities’, and it’s the biggest money making racket of all time…
            C] It can only be forever war because its intent is to eliminate those who no longer are needed,
D] As far as this new global economy is concerned, too many people globally is the problem
Corporate eugenics is literally evil reincarnate, and will prevail, unless the impossible happens.

3] The only problem is that the economy [as it is] is not sustainable, and it’s created a major looming crisis
A] Now that computers and robots can make more robots means that we are on the verge of competing against industrial robot slaves, which really forces change in our present way of running our society.
B] This means the vast majority of ‘we the people’ are disposable as liabilities, in our present way of running ‘things’ or we ‘change’ to a Utopian society;  This culling of the weak is authority’s utopia
            Come to your senses, this NEW WORLD ORDER’s only real goal is to force what I’m offering.  
C] Every great philosopher predicted the demise of our present social experiment; in fact it’s its intent.
It’s supposed to implode when presented with a legal term called ‘perfection’ and it’s undeniable
[at least on a legal perspective] that recognizing my Act of Supremacy challenge manifests that
            D] And this is about as far as I can take this logical legal thread without going into a religious defense

. 4] Because the Bible in 1Cor 15: says that a man with an abnormal birth, will be like Adam and be the last child of God [who triggers a new creation] and be the 1st of a new creed and all I can do is offer this moment of truth.
A] In an ideal scenario, the new Covenant and trust is accepted by a tribunal, in a unanimous decision
- Then the Creation is complete, ready for my Lord, and this is exactly what is called Holy ‘firstfruit’,
            where death itself is swallowed up in victory [or] it’s all a resounding gong.   It’s not my choice.
B] 2 of 3, 1 of 3, are different tribulations, and nonfeasance is compliance to a resounding gong  
C] Who am I to say what or even when this will happen? The angels don’t even know.  Why should I?
1 Cor 15:34 “Come to your senses, as you ought to stop sinning, for there are some who are ignorant of God – I say this to your shame”   “Let’s eat drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die”

5] But I do know one thing:  For me to file my motions without dividing the House would be a resounding gong.
A] I’m not here to burry Jacob, and I simply can’t win without 1st dividing the House of Satan [Luke 11]
B] As I see it, this position is consistent with God’s advice of “have nothing to do with those people”,
There’s apparently 7000 of you who haven’t knelt to Baal, and if fate says I can’t find one, then
That’s beyond my control, and this is all about Freedom which is the furthest thing from control
            C] Do you really want to escape the fear of the one in authority, then follow the law for the law’s sake.
If you really want satanic rule then it’s your choice, then follow satanic law, or uphold God’s law D] If you think this offer is simply not genuine then kill me, it’s really the only way to know if I’m the one who is also the Jonah of Matthew’s version of events, [it seems apparent they may be the same man]
                        But what you really have to wonder is why are you fighting me… when the offer is Paradise?
E] is it insanity to make the offer, or is it insane to refuse it?  Time loves a hero and only time will tell if he’s real and a legend from heaven, or is he a mouthpiece from hell

6] Lets look at this notion from a negative perspective:  If you refuse to uphold Creation, then you insist on being able to destroy it. Since Genesis 3, the Creation has truly been bounded to decay, not self-destruction            A] to believe otherwise is to deny the very existence of Love being the reason for order in the Universe
B] To deny this is such a Colossal mistake 2:2 “See to it that you do not become captive through hollow and deceptive philosophies, which depend on human tradition and the elemental forces of this world”
            C] As I keep asking: “if you can’t let go of the past, who am I to say that there is simply no future          

7] Let’s look at upholding Creation from the perspective of the cosmic conscience: Most people, who know the truth about the hypocrisy of it all, are in their own way, trying to better their world in any way they can, and do so by following a path outlined by Thoreau, by creating your own golden pond and getting off a sinking ship.
A] When expressing this, you’re [instinctively] upholding Creation and you simply are not aware of it,  
 Now if you just continued to do what you’re doing with a mindset of upholding Creation, you will create a focus on an ‘oneness’ that aligns you in the cosmic conscience.  Love is all you need…
B] Love is a force that is scattered in every direction, and this mindset offers a commonality to unite us.  And frankly the intertwining of this force is all that’s ever held and all that’s needed to hold the Creation.
If you have experienced the comfort in ‘sharing in the burden’ by taking on personal responsible for fixing this mess than you’ve adopted the philosophy of upholding Creation, and don’t know it
          C] Connecting with this cosmic conscience really is the easiest and surest way to find a meaningful life
See to it that you are open to new philosophies, which depend on a Spiritual foundation of Faith Hope and Love, as elemental forces of the world  [It’s just a positive way of expressing Col 2:2]
D] Upholding Creation creates a mindset of empowerment because it takes this scattered force and focuses Love in a common direction; this has everything to do with triggering the cosmic conscience
                      Upholding Creation is so incredibly simple, and so deep as to contain the Essence of Godliness

8] Now if you think this expression of Love will be believed by the world then you may be open to participate in a social upheaval movement that’s outlined in Timothy’s prophecy and called “the Church of the Living God”
            We actually want to fix this mess with Love, on the understanding that Love conquers all, in the end…
           A] Jesus said in Luke 12: everyone can disagree with anything I say, just believe in the basic message.
            B] As I see this: there is simply not one religion that can argue the righteousness of upholding Creation
C] The offer to every religion that upholds monotheism [1-God] is: be free to attract participation to the good tidings of the appearance of the one referred to as the messenger in all kinds of lore and the bible - depend on your Spiritual foundation of Faith Hope and Love, as elemental forces to better your world.
Every path is good that unites in understanding that we can all trust each other despite our differences and because of our differences we are all Essential Elements of a whole new creed   
Every congregation will benefit immensely from saying every ’body’ followed a wrong path, since Gen 3
D] Prophecy says that for this to be the real thing that the new Covenant will edify every congregation.

The primary reason cannabis is the most evil drug in the world is that we are in our end times of 1stTimothy
It says there that Jesus will come and save even the worst of us, and for centuries, those who follow the Lucifarian doctrine have banked on this prophecy to justify them being the worst, as the only way that they could possibly achieve Paradise        It says that to achieve this goal they need to persecute those who partake in a food given by God in Thanksgiving, and done by those who know the truth
- As to this prophecy, the messenger of the new Covenant did appear from this persecution
