It’s called EXTORTION when this Olympic-size security-bill will be well-over $ 1- BILLION dollars 
It’s nothing but highway robbery & this abuse of the public purse can be DENIED by the City not issuing permits, for them to land in the 1st place

The Olympic legacy is supposed to be for
our benefit by enjoying superior community assets that remain ours after the games…

This security bill is a hole where all OUR money goes! The IOC wants to bring in 3 ship loads of foreign NATO police, and dock them in our harbor, and send us the bill, after they leave
We’ll have a NATO security-network of cameras as its legacy, and an Olympic-size bill to maintain it

This ‘total police control mindset’ is the biggest liability of the games
   - IOC ‘insecurity’ is not our bill…
This security is for whose benefit?

 If IOC insists it’s our bill, then forfeit the games
 It’s got to be cheaper then being sucked
 into this bottomless pit of public debt...

By taking an Oath of allegiance all those foreign police forces MUST act under Canada’s rule of law as Supreme,
Especially under civil order in WAR-TIME
