I’m presenting an opportunity
to abolish Colonial rule
- once and for all 

1st and foremost this means returning to our Constitutional rule of law, which NAFTA
is robbing us of, under de facto Marshall Law 
 
The mechanisms to abolish Colonial rule cannot be removed from law.

But how to do it has been very well covered by politicians [authority]
This is done to make sure this reform is not enacted, in order to preserve their control of power through arbitrary use of Authority, by orchestrating this structure of immaculate hypocrisy  
I can’t do anything about it without being elected to City Council

The keys to abolishing Colonial rule can be found in City Hall. 

I found my key in Sec-140 of the Vancouver Charter; under 0aths of Office it says that: a person taking Office on Council can take an Oath of allegiance, [and then by researching
-  I found that]           No one has ever done so!   humm…

THIS IS BECAUSE In law, City Charters have always been run under Maritime jurisdiction and
since nobody has ever signed this Oath of allegiance means the Mayor and Council is upholding an express claim of right to uphold Colonial rule.  Under Colonial rule, the Mayor and Council are left with ‘local political autonomy’, which means cities are governed like a ship and the Mayor is captain and without this oath, all cities are in law and in fact above the rule of law

If the Mayor took this oath it would be better. So go ask your mayoral candidates why he won’t take an oath of allegiance. But, as I read the law, if anyone on Council ever did get elected by the people on a promise to swear this Oath, it would mean the beginning of the end of ‘Colonial Rule’ & its high time this happens.
      
Now in my research I found that the only time anyone took any Oath of allegiance, in City archives is when Chief Constable MacKay, in 1941, during World War II, formally swore this Oath of allegiance.            :  
“to serve our Sovereign Lord the King, cause the peace to be kept and preserved, prevent all offences against the persons and properties of His Majesty’s Subjects and others, according to Law”         .  

Ps: This Chief Constable took this Oath during the war as a Constitutional necessity, in order:- To limit the arbitrary use of power that is inherent during wartime, and
– Primarily it was done to prevent using built-in Colonial rule inequities, which in law permit him to wage war on the people.
 
Why was it not done when we entered this World War? 
Can you say treason?
I did last election and they told me back then that we were not really at war, [BULLSHIT]

Ps- We’re still at war,  and the new Chief refuses to sign it.   

As Councilor, by signing this Oath, I could demand the Chief to do it.
I’m not greedy: All I need is 1 of your 10 votes for Council seats to do it.

Did you know that: Transit Police is a Maritime Authority and City administration also fall under Maritime jurisdiction?

Since Wreck Beach is on the sea coast means:
It's only natural for this Authority would assume that this includes issuing these new beach patrols with rules and regulation from this NEW Authority in order to 'express authority' where it held no jurisdiction
Now, some might think THAT: that's just the way it is,

This unconstitutional POWER grab is held under <<CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT>>
-[which is Part-9 of The 1998 Police Act]-

“The 1st fundamental Principle” of
 CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT states that: [opening statement]-  

 “There is an inextricable link between Democracy,
 the rule of law and police accountability.”
1] “Police must be authorized to do things that would be illegal for ordinary citizens,”-[like tazering to collect $2 fares]
2] Police MUST not be unduly fettered in the exercise of those powers

Changing ‘can’ to ‘must’ is ‘VESTING a CLAIM of RIGHT’ to totally subvert Sec–8 CCC. S-8 (3) is where all the territorial rights of commoners are protected from Authority- It wipes out all common law defenses [period]

They openly admit to be the 1st Transit Police in Canada
LET'S MAKE IT THE 1st & LAST POLICE AUTHORITY
to rule in Canada under de facto foreign jurisdiction

Our Sovereignty is worth defending, this means returning to full lawful protection of:  ‘by the people, for the people’. 

• NAFTA’s New World Order is:  by the people for the Economy
• The Economy has always been a weapon to control foreign influence
  

The reason this Oath of allegiance, by our police Chief(s), was not automatically enacted during this World War on Terror is because this war forces every government to turn against its own people, by serving the economy before the people.  Ps: Who is ECONOMY?

  It has a real objective of forcing every provincial and City police force in the world to enter into a de-facto civil war on its own minorities, for their Economy.

Our soldiers are in Afghanistan to teach these people 'the rule of law'

Did you know that 'the rule of law' holds many definitions?
Just maybe we should be educated too: the ‘rule of law' holds totally different meanings from one jurisdictions to the other

-  By definition our soldiers are not       teaching Canada's rule of law

THE GOOD: the rule of law [Sec 133 of the BNA Act]

THE BAD: RULE OF LAW [of NAFTA & business]
1) A substantive legal principle <under rule of law known as respondeat superior, the employer is answerable for the wrongs committed by an employee in the course of the employment.> 
2) The supremacy of regular as opposed to arbitrary power

- This Rule of law of NAFTA is enforced by NATO under
CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT

• In law, this is called quasi-legal & it’s possible because the 1998 Police Act ‘permits’ the RCMP and provincial and City police to act like NATO police.
• Any Officer who does not display a name or badge # is a traitor
  They are complying to violate their oath, under NATO’s immunity
  Without a badge they cannot be held accountable under Sec 15 CCC
  .                              [DEFENSE under de facto jurisdiction]
  BY DEFINITION: When [not if] the ECONOMY [aka NAFTA] CAN over-ride our Constitution(s) under de facto rule, means it's the enemy of 'we the people" [period]
  
  This cannot happen, without the courts permission.
  This consent came secretly in 1993, when the Canadian BAR Association abandoned their Oath of allegiance of 1559, for this new Barrister’s and Solicitor’s Oath,

• which upholds NAFTA /NATO’s rule of law
  TYRANNY is a state of affairs, not an individual act.

Democracy is a platform where it only takes 1-citizen to take a stand
[AND]
Colonial rule is a platform that can be abandoned by electing 1 Official who holds the key to do what’s right.
