Presenting an opportunity to abolish Colonial rule.
Let's 1st define what I mean by Colonial rule.
By this, I'm referring to George Bush' version of Colonial rule
- We Canadians need not feel picked on, the USA - ECONOMY demands compliance from the whole world

My Contention is fundamental: That since the end of WWII, we've been a colony of the USA, under what started as the [martial] Marshall Plan
- Which was not much better than being a company asset of the Hudson's Bay Company
But, then that's one of the reasons we 'formed' a Constitution in 1867. Since then, uptil Queen Elizabeth II, we were Loyal Subjects of the One King of the Empire

I hold as irrefutable that, we, the people, have been 'converted' to be a company liability (not an asset - because of debts) of NAFTA, who enforce this New World Order, under a police state called: CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT, which is the exact opposite of the citizens 'overseeing' the police
WELCOME TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER under The Dicey Doctrine
We once were Loyal Subjects with equal protection of published laws under the Supremacy of God and a Constitutional rule of law AND
W ith NAFTA we are disloyal subjects [like the Irish in 1900] where we are handed equal treatment by unpublished rules and laws with an uncodified Constitution

With a stoke of an unconstitutional pen everything cast since 1559 under Queen Elizabeth
was abolished. This is when England enshrined the Act of Supremacy which caste into law a revolutionary idea THAT: all laws rules and regulations apply to the Monarch as well with the Monarch protecting Loyal Subjects under the rule of law. [As opposed to the King being above the law & ruling his Subjects by his laws]
This Covenant was enforced by the courts, when the Stuart clan were deposed & the Westminster Archetypal form became the order of the Commonwealth, which is exactly how Canada was administered for the fist 122 years.
it's absolutely the Greatest grand father clause of them all. AND
Our enlightened Politician trashed it in 1989 in order to make us a colony under NAFTA

Throughout history, there's been so many people who have expressed the need to abandon Colonial rule that it fills libraries.
BUT This PERVERT Brian Mulroney did not free us from Colonial Rule.
- He converted us to a slave colony of what the Pentagon war machine now calls the CORPORATION & it's bigger than their allegiance to the flag; it's called the ECONOMY stupid
NAFTA is now the ruling governing body that is over the USA, Canada & Mexico, AND - NAFTA does not have any citizens - it's a consortium of Banksters, who actually rule like Kings under provisions of the 1931 Colonial Act

IN LAW it's impossible to take the mechanisms for abolishing Colonial Rule out.
BUT in law, they don't have to tell the people how...
All of this Corporate take-over & all this unconstitutional bullshit is supposed to stop in an orderly manner by applying any of the mechanisms for abolishing Colonial Rule AND the easiest way to do that is at City Hall, by following due process as prescribed by law as to Sec-1 of the Charter
The Keys to Abolishing Colonial Rule are with the people by electing a Mayor or any Council member who will take an oath of allegiance to uphold the Constitution

Ever since the 1931 Colonial Act, no one who is elected has to take an oath of allegiance to the King of the Empire in order to give more regional autonomy to the Colony. In Canada, they said our Age of Conquest was over..
As I found under 0aths of Office under Sec 159 of the City Charter
- it says that: a person taking Office on Council can take an Oath of allegiance AND NO CITY ELECTED OFFICIAL EVER HAS

In law, when no one on Council signs this Oath, means this Council is upholding 'an express colour' to uphold Colonial rule. And that now means protecting this fascist State
On the grounds that: the 'trust' of whether to continue to uphold England's values was left to 'local political autonomy'- which is fine until 1982, when we brought our Constitution home from England' 
BUT: After 1982, by having no one sign an oath of allegiance means this ELECTED BODY is NOT legally responsible for upholding the now Canadian Constitution, under Maritime jurisdiction

If anyone elected to Council ever signed an oath of allegiance, it would send such shock waves to the City that for all intents & purposes this Councilor would be more powerful than the Mayor. [Sec 158 says it's only valid while he's alive]
AND if a Mayor signed an oath of allegiance to the Constitution, means he could take that Scepter and smash the table [platform] that it sits on, because Colonial Rule would be abolished. It really is not a hard concept to convince the people that everything would be better for them. It would create civilized life & normative order. [which is close to what's called restorative justice]
All Public Officials would give us 'equal protection under the rule of law' instead of equal treatment by bad laws imposed in order to service a fraudulent public debt

NOW here's a Peaceful form of protest anyone can do
I invite anyone in any community at any public meeting to ask your Mayor: "why he will not swear an oath of allegiance to the Constitution ?"  & watch him squirm... and - Then ask him:
Why his Chief Constable doesn't take an oath during a time of war?

NOW THIS NEXT SET OF FACTS ARE REALLY IMPORTANT & a hornet's nest

The Vancouver Archives will show that: the only time in Vancouver's history, when an Oath of allegiance was taken, was in 1941, during World War II, when ALL POLICE OFFICERS SWORE THIS OATH:
"to serve our Sovereign Lord the King, cause the peace to be kept & preserved, prevent all offences against the persons & properties of His Majesty's Subjects & others, according to Law"  
- They took this Oath 'during' the war, because the King declared it as a Constitutional necessity: In order to limit the overt use of power that is inherent during wartime AND to prevent using built-in Colonial rule inequities during war-time to wage war on the King's Loyal Subjects and others
Why was an oath of allegiance not done when we entered this War?
BUT by taking this oath all this AUTHORITY under CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT

I'VE BEEN PRESSING THIS ISSUE FOR THE LAST 2 ELECTION BACK THEN I CALLED IT: TREASON but it's actually under
LEGAL INSANITY [Sec 16 CCC] which is defined in law as omitting the obvious and failing to see the harm created by omitting the obvious

THE BIGGER ISSUE IS THAT THE POLICE FILED A CLAIM OF RIGHT TO DO THE EXACT OPPOSITE - in 1998 in The Federal Police Act & then in the BC Police Act, which included an experimental PART-9, which became a criminal act once Canada declared WAR in Afghanistan in 2001

The path I'm following in law is called CIVILIZATION
which is taking a criminal case through civil court - it's a new legal word definition introduced in 1985 when they started this mess and in law it must be a peaceful democratic process.
Democracy is a platform where it only takes one citizen to stand for our beliefs through a political guarantee
of freedom of expression, and beg for your support.

Simply by exercising your political right, in the privacy of a voting booth, will literally make all the difference in the world
War Acts: like relinquishing citizens like Marc Emery; taking real estate from landlords with grow-ops, American Police on patrol in our country, etc, just stop because it violates the citizen's war-time rights

I can save the world, [and any one else can]
if we only knew what to do. So I leave it up to you.
