Delivered to:                        THE OFFICE OF HIS WORSHIP THE MAYOR SAM SULLIVAN and
                                                PAUL HANCOCK THE DIRECTOR OF THE CITY OF VANCOUVER

  1. In order to Petition THAT:            These individuals face personal and criminal liability under Sec 337 CCC and I hereby demand the return my person to a lawful society, by delivering my case file(s) to the Supreme Court Registry of Vancouver, so that a Judge can deliver these case file(s) to a tribunal of an appropriate jurisdiction ex parte.  
      1. [For the record] In Australian, Canadian, U.K., and U.S. legal doctrines,
        ex parte means a legal proceeding brought by one person in the absence of and without representation or notification of other parties.

Let it be clearly understood THAT: these men hold Oaths to Office, in The City of Vancouver, and
also hold this new Barristers /Solicitors oath [1993] to submit to de facto Marshall Law under NAFTA,

  1. Both of these men are being pressed to declare “who do you love?” Your oath to carry-on with this perversion of the law, or to initiate the return of normative order and civilized life.  
    1. On the solid ground that The BAR [Order of the Garter] is being pressed to face the fact that this entity is breaching this maxim of law: [NAMELY] - No 1 can serve 2 Masters.
    2. In so doing, I am pressing that on the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses, [Heb 10] those who hold oaths must confirm the question asked by King Solomon himself in Ecclesiastes 9:
        1. “Was it all done for hate or for love?  They all bare the same destiny”
    1. For I am blessed to bare the burden to uphold the name of the Lord in the form [Mat 23]

 

TAKE NOTICE: This Petition has everything to do with my abnormal birth, and is being pressed to recognize that this abnormal birth is referred to in 1 Cor.15, and like Adam, I am just a human being who is pre-destined to bring life to the dead, by delivering the Creation itself to my Lord’s form.

      1. By sharing in the burden, you will share in the glory of being sons of the Living God, and the Creation itself will be liberated from the bondage to decay, to the glory of all God’s children [Romans 8] or as an entity, you fail to act on Faith,
      2. By recognizing the new Covenant, all glory will be bestowed onto you,  through the Gentle Spirit or, by rejecting this offer; God will act with speed and finality,
      3. By denying God’s grace, God will reconciliate with the rest of the world [Rom 11] thru a destroying angel  in a shaking like the world has never seen, [Mat 24:20]
      4. For God longs to gather his children, and no thing can stop Him [period] and
        1. To deny that I carry this sword for nothing is self fulfilling.[Romans 13] 
      5. The chosen must choose. To reject the new Covenant is unconscionable
  1. This Sec 11 Charter remedy is being pressed to protect society from tyranny, by petitioning for a default judgment that the form is in violation of FAILURE OF AN ENTITY TO COMPLY
  1. Let it be clearly understood THAT: “He who calls what I am doing evil is evil”

May God have mercy on us all, for until now we are all bonded  to sin
