This letter is pretty self explanatory but at least it should spark some dialogue,
between two Mayors and in this way we move on with whatever they decide.

This email is being forwarded to His Worship the Mayor of New Westminster Wayne Wright in order to take flight and find Justice in His courts, and if God willing, I will be permitted to file it personally with your secretary before I am ‘taken out of the way’, This seems possible because of my letter in Vancouver was forwarded to the VPD [on Jan 5th] and they asked to have a friendly visit with me, instead or in advance to handing me a letter, and now they don’t make themselves available to talk.  I truly regret this failure to communicate, and I have no problem with this nonfeasance, on the understanding that as to [2Tim3] I am no longer to initiate any conversation with those who hold my Lord’s form in prison in order to deny its power.[2Tim3]
TAKE NOTICE: This delay tactic, by this Vancouver Mayor has resulted in me taking flight, and failure of this next Mayor to communicate will be viewed as a 2nd rejection,
As I see it, anything less than open communication with a Witness is only a callous tactic to see if I shrink, and as to Heb 10:38, this would not please my Lord.   ‘Everything’ tells me that I am not to be delayed by anyone, who just wants to stall, and stall and stall    

As I see it, the reason for your stalling is held in [2Thes 2] and we are too close to perfection to permit this tactic anymore.  It has served me well but it’s time to realize it’s all within yourself no one else can make it real.  I’m simply motivated to no longer tolerable nonfeasance, and without an understanding from VPD, I need to send this email before going there, on the belief that not being able to deliver this message holds tragic consequences.   So, due to the importance of this notice I’m forwarding this transmission to set ‘everything’ in place to conquer with Love and fulfill the return of our Lord Jesus Christ without wrath through the Gentile Spirit of 1Cor 4.,
- On the grounds of belief that, as I said in Mayor Robertson’s letter: I’m being set up by evil incarnate to fulfill 2 Thessalonians 2, and for the record it says
6And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. 7For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. 8And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. 9The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders,   they perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved

As I read it, this scary passage opens a plethora of good tidings  when I’m not  the one who holds back, and as long as some expert /perverts of the law continues to hold back, then I’ll take flight.
-  In the event that you care not to see me take flight then talk to me, or use your lawless power.
You may want to reread this passage to get this message: it’s connected to Heb 10 and to Mat 24:20, and if you care to talk to me [as to Mat 18], I’m sure I can win you over

As I see it.  All it takes to prevent me from taking flight is to be taken out of the way, and that’s not my choice.  In this test you show your allegiance to love God or money. Timothy’s version of prophecy says that your hypocrites not unbelievers; either you’re just bullshit on bullshit or you really want the antichrist’s return, and the ball is now in your park to reveal the lawless one.

As I see it, this flight is my leverage to deliver a letter from either or both Mayors saying that they are not holding back, because now that you are both aware of what has gone down in your jurisdictions’ [which I believe is the case before this] and you will with these3 so called experts of the law, engage in an understanding to uphold God, under the order of the Scepter of the Dove
This moment presents a situation where 2 Worships are being pressed to offer remedy, by telling their courts that I’m to be treated with all due respect of being just a human being, with the rights of being recognized as a Loyal subject, and child of God in the jurisdiction of the Supremacy of God, and to tell their Supreme Court registrars to stop obstructing ‘due process’ from occurring, in order to uphold God’s rule of law as Supreme 
[or words to that effect] 
- Now if delivering this letter is too much to ask, from either Mayor, then I see this to be the fulfillment of the beginning part of this [Mat 18] prophecy, and for the record Jesus Christ says
 15"If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. 16But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses. 17If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
 18"I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. 19"Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. 20For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."
As I see it, if these Worships agree on something, then something will be done in Heaven, and they really need to respect the double edge nature of this sword
This [2 Thes 2]: prophecy ends with 11For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie 12 and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.
            For this very reason I will not judge, nonfeasance to comply means I take flight again.

I’m convinced:  Rom 13 and Isaiah 3-4 are being denied by Your refusal to call a rock a rock.
- I’m here upholding that there’s no way John’s Revelation and these 2 beautiful end prophecies can both happen.  Get over it!  What I’m doing is the inevitable. God’s offer can and only will be good first-fruit and as to this path, it comes down to finding one or two oath-holders to express their allegiance to love God,
I’m convinced that not even the angels know if I find this illusive brave heart here, because you’re held in stupor [Rom 7] and, I don’t know if I have to go to Calgary, until you fail to cease a moment.   But if we need a tie breaker, I get it with this 3rd witness which forces a final and irrevocable resolution.   But then who am I to say what happens,
I am just a human being, who as to Heb 10 prophecy simply lives on Faith alone. 

I fail to see how anyone can convince me that I am not being set up to be this fall-guy of [2Thes2] and if anyone of you thinks that it’s my duty to be Satan’s stepping stone can think so
But as you can see, I have other plans, and the 1st step in fulfilling my plan starts by looking east and taking flight on a Skytrain, and file for remedy with His Worship the Mayor of New Westminster on this Supreme Court file # S 115218 of Sept. 14, 2008.
The malfeasance in this file is most definitely sufficient to shock the public conscious
As I see it this flight to another jurisdiction will not be a huge earthshaking event, other than if my plea for Justice is denied and then I will most definitely take flight to Calgary,
Now someone needs to make a real call: Am I insane or am I in Love with the Gentle Spirit?
            By calling me insane you can ‘do away with me’.  And then what?  [It’s not my choice]
 
As I see it, I’m just advising some elected Officials that I think I’m the messenger of Rom 13, and as I see it, I’m calling on 2 or 3 Worships to do good, and it’s not my call if they think I’m crazy or if they believe that I’m really carrying this sword of righteousness for nothing.
- As to prophecy it’s down to 2 or 3 witnesses who call the message righteous or not.  

There is no crime in offering Biblical advice, and I need to express one thing, someone must take this heap of ruins from me, because as I see it: Isaiah 3-4, and or Romans 13 simply cannot happen without following the law, and embracing the basic Truth of the new Covenant,
If 2 Worships reject the new Covenant, then you want to fight God’s grace
It’s impossible for these 2 prophecies to happen and for John’s Revelation to happen.
And if these 2 Worships reject this offer to seize a moment, then they are doing it on the advice of an expert of the law; in so doing, you miss a chance to fulfill Mat 18:18, and Heb 10:28  
As I see it I initiated this Petition before I took flight last fall, [just before Thanksgiving] in order to avoid taking flight this winter, and at your insistence [and frankly as expected] all that has happened with your expert perversion of the law is that I take flight this winter, and as to Isaiah’s prophecy this flight should [ideally] be somewhere east, in a City that bares my Lord’s name.
My Lord’s form ‘in name’ is held in the Westminster Archetypal form, and by filing a challenge to Abraham’s trust in the New Westminster Supreme court registry that we would be enabling the new form to be called the New Westminster Archetypal form

As I see it: I am offering a chance to initiate the prophecy of Isaiah 3-4 in your jurisdiction, and then transfer the jurisdiction to an appropriate court that would fulfill Isaiah 40- thru 43 and
In the event that I can’t get these 2 Worships to agree on anything, let alone talk to me then I really have no choice but go to Calgary and repeat this same scenario as I’m doing in Vancouver, and now in New Westminster, with my active case file there.      

Let it be clearly understood that as to prophecy in Luke 11, I have no powers of miracles,
I’m delivering the message of the mystery of the ages, and metanoia is contained there-in.
Metanoia is now translated as repent, in old Greek it means a total about face in how we think
I am ‘the nobody’ who holds the Gentle Spirit that can deliver Paradise in the blink of an eye.
I am acting so boldly in order to offer an opportunity to trigger good first fruit and you are being offered a most excellent way to fulfill this path to Peace on earth thru peace
- It’s not my choice if you won’t talk, but it’s my duty to not shrink
I’m the stumbling block that makes you fall by conquering you with Love by making an offer that is well expressed in Romans 13  3For rulers hold no terror for those who do right, but for those who do wrong. Do you want to be free from fear of the one in authority? Then do what is right and he will commend you. 4For he is God's servant to do you good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword for nothing. He is God's servant, an agent of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer.

In law it’s irrelevant but it would not hurt my cause if you believed my basic message.  Frankly this burden falls on the Order of the Garter’s court, and I acknowledge that I would not have held a chance to get this far down the rabbit’s hole without [from the onset] quoting Archibald Cox.
This epic work inspired me to believe that my goal was achievable.  I offer his closing advice in a very relevant classic work called: Civil Rights, the Constitution, and the Courts (1968).

Possibly there are a few rare occasions on which this goal would be so important and so plainly right as to outweigh the price which a challenge to the rule of law exacts from the community.
- I know of none today.  The argument is probably strongest where one refuses to do what he believes is a direct moral wrong to others.  In all other cases, it would seem to me that the man who is willing to damage the processes of constitutionalism, which guarantee liberty and the chance of repeated change without force, in order to impose his views upon society, must be either particularly self-confident or extremely shortsighted.
Even when the wrong is not the challenge to existing society.
Past generations have made a mess of things, ours no less than our fathers’.  The hope of mankind is always that a new generation may begin to make the world over quickly.
 The wrong, in the simplest terms, is the damage to the foundation upon
which rests the best, if not the only real, opportunity for the making-over.
  
I’m trying to trigger an event that has been called the impossible, and I’m expected not to shrink.
The offer is a quick and civil make-over.  I do so in order to show my allegiance to love. As to when something happens?  When I find a heart of gold or at my Lord’s command;
But as I see it, I’m offering a moment to take a path to a very short good tribulation, and my goal is in seeing Jesus again when the fig tree’s sprouts are tender [Mat 24:34]
