His Worship the Mayor has the power of a Captain of this Ship called Vancouver which is 'not' on solid ground, therefore in Maritime Law jurisdiction,
- In this New Order of Colonial rule, the buck stops with the Mayor, and I am pressing for his Faith that he might want a Happy Planet, especailly when
Rom 11 says "The one who places his faith in the messenger will never be put to shame"

I gave fair notice when I filed this with the City, the Sheriffs, the Federal Crown that in the event that they want to talk to me they can use any resource available to communicate with me
I'm not hiding. But as to 2Tim 3's advice I will have nothing further to do with them.
I won't be calling them, but they could call me.
In response to this NOTICE @ 7:30 PM, [same day service] I did get a friendly call from the VPD saying that [in response to this letter] they want to talk and they'll call me on Monday to set a time and place to meet. So I guess I won't have to take flight this weekend,
But keep 'everything' moving, I plan on filing a very interesting next move on Monday
in a never ending battle to conquer with Love with the Gentle Spirit of [1Cor4]

After I sent this e-mail I got an automatic reply saying that it was received and to contact Dana Bertrand and as far as my telephone log says, I did so at 1:20 PM and had a 5 minute or so conversation with Dana, who told me that as far as he was concerned, the Mayor had no reason or authority to give such a letter, and that it was frivolous and vexatious to ask the Mayor for such a request, and that the Mayor, on his authority, was refusing to deliver any such letter on anything, on the understanding that it was irrelevant to the Mayor and irrelevant to his duties.

I advised Dana that I needed to bring my position before the Mayor and have the Mayor respond in writing and he refused to confirm that this would be done.   So I immediately placed a 2nd call, and as to my telephone log, this call was placed at 1:27 PM, and this time, left a detailed message on the Mayor’s personal answering message in order to express my position..
- As expected, no letter and no one responded to address the issue let alone write a letter.

IN RESPONSE TO THIS JURISDICTION’S MALFEASANCE:

Let it be made very clear: As I see it, failure to deliver this Notice will be the third count in less than a year of violating Heb 10:28 and failure to deliver this letter will force me in self defense to take flight, in order to seek remedy in some jurisdiction somewhere east of here, which would fulfill Isaiah 3:5 thru Isaiah 4 and I do so to trigger the manifestation of Mat 24:20 20
“Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. 21For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again. 22If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened”
Denying God’s grace is so utterly futile, and if you can’t see it I truly do pity you all
            But your willful ignorance to God simply cannot permit you to destroy God’s Creation

As I see it, my mission is to test you and after so many rejections, I really don’t care how many times you fail the test, I will simply keep searching for one heart of gold, until you kill me. 
- Who am I to say I will meet one, and maybe after 4000 years of abuse, my task to save you from yourself is suppose to fail, Otherwise I would have found a repenting soul.
-[As to Rom 8] it’s self evident that all past suffering must still seem insignificant to you,
-  I have been told by so many people that we must go thru John’s Revelation that you desire to go thru it. As Rom 7: You are possessed by the spirit of death – Wake -up
Frankly I believe I’ve met many oath-holders who believe, otherwise they would stop persecuting me for upholding God. They /You defiantly REJECT Your allegiance to love God.  
As I see it “Blessed are those who suffer in the defense of God’s Creation because their allegiance to love Him is proven by the reactions of despots who desire to destroy it.

As far as I see it:  My ability to win over even one person in this jurisdiction has been futile.
 I’m making a last plea to the living dead, on the grounds that as to prophecy everyone is following the advice of experts of the law of Luke 12:46 where Jesus replied,
"And you experts in the law, woe to you, because you load people down with burdens they can hardly carry, and you yourselves will not lift one finger to help them.

As I read this moment in fulfilling Heb 10:28: 
My concerns in this regard are that you may all be impaling yourself to a merciless death, and
- It’s by your silence that you become an enemy of Christ. By refusing to give me letter acknowledging that I am a human being in your jurisdiction, you deny everyone this right and you show your allegiance to Satan and the lawlessness of his Luciferian doctrine  
- I do not hold a legal entity called person and because of this somehow some expert of the law says I’m not permitted to get my day in any of this jurisdiction’s Courts,
- I am being denied basic rights that have never been denied to any other citizen, and
- Justice is being denied because I would fulfill the promise of the return of the Messiah

All I want, from this Mayor is my day in court, and the only way to achieve recognized status of being a child of God, in this jurisdiction is with this letter from the Mayor acknowledging that his courts must treat me with all due respect graced to being a true child of God, which would result in my case files being delivered to an appropriate jurisdiction that can offer remedy. 
My trust with God is not to judge, just not shrink, and ‘everything’ is telling me that by not taking flight I may be unleashing the fulfilling of 2 Thes.2:7 to the glory and satisfaction of all the Luciferian doctrinaires:  “By being ‘the one who held back’, because it’s undeniable that the power of lawlessness [tyranny] is already at work”.

It’s irrelevant whether you believe my claim to be ‘Abraham’s seed’ of Galatian 3’s prophecy.  By rejecting any ability to have my day in court to fulfill this test, then you are obeying experts of the law who never want me in their higher courts, and your silence shows your allegiance
            If the Mayor insists on refusing me Justice in his jurisdiction, then that’s the law
Ps: the law is Supreme in the USA and you insist that God is not Supreme in Vancouver
           
As I see it, everyone who holds an oath wants me to take flight or some oath-taker would come and help me in upholding God’s Creation.  The silence of the witnesses results in evil conquering
Evil wins with the slaughter of the lambs that reject the new Covenant, and failure to believe that God’s sentence will be final and irrevocable is self fulfilling.
