The defence for upholding CREATION is Creationism, under the law of Nature,
Tyranny creates CHAOS

As defined "Creationism" refers to origin beliefs in general, 
1) In many religious traditions, creationism or creation theology is the origin belief that humans, life, the Earth, and/or the universe as a whole were created by a supreme being or by another deity's supernatural intervention.  
(a) In modern usage, - the term creationism has come to be specifically associated with the brand of conservative Christian fundamentalism which conflicts with various aspects of evolution, cosmology, and other natural sciences that address the origins of the natural world. (This is not the definition that I’m upholding)  
2) The intervention may be seen either as an act of creation from nothing  (ex nihilo) or the (re)-emergence of order from pre-existing chaos (demiurge).  

a )  Various forms of creationism are found principally in religions of the Abrahamic faiths, and in Hinduism, although such beliefs can in theory be found in many other religious traditions in which creation proceeded as a result of a divine intervention, rather than as a part of the unfolding of an eternal or recycled natural order.  

No 1 can serve 2 masters is a cornerstone of order,
which upholds this truism:  we all must serve some ONE

• We cannot serve Creation- it is some ’thing’.  The trust of this gift is to uphold Creation, which is Everything Ps: the Bar already upholds ‘substantive matter’:  Creation is by definition: Everything substantive

In Creationism, we serve God by upholding Creation,
(Ps  this belief is called a virtue by every religion)

- All our recorded history will irrefutably prove that as a society, we must separate Church and State,
- In order to uphold this belief, the state cannot uphold any 1-God in a multicultural society
- IN CREATION WE TRUST is our common ground, which upholds CREATION IS MY RIGHT

Creationism is an archetypal form, created out of CHAOS to restore ORDER to a Higher Order

I believe THAT: In the ORDER of ‘things’ 
Creationism was the archetypal form of the Garden of Eden Our recorded history begins with Pantheism, because scribes were a necessary element to uphold order  

I believe from the onset of Pantheism that scribes formed a society on the promise to uphold Prosperity   Ps:  The historical roots of the BAR pre-date the Mesopotamian Empire, (the trust was to return to Eden)

  Pantheism (in Greek: means "God is All - All is God". “The view according to which God and the world are one. Pantheism, it is belief in a God of conscious freedom, distinct from the physical world. Ps this ORDER upheld God       It evolved from CHAOS into Polytheism, which is belief in more than 1-god, Ps: chaos created Kingdoms    I believe THAT: our archetypal form, since the inception of a multi cultural society, has returned to Pantheism

  Monotheism was created, and to this day it is still the foundation of our archetypal form in our society it upholds   GOD AND MY RIGHT and this evolved into the principle of the Supremacy of God and IN GOD WE TRUST

  Manifest Destiny: The very idea of manifest destiny encouraged men & women to dream big dreams; it’s called an ‘idea’ that America had a special destiny to stretch across the continent to motivate people to migrate West   Its function was to implement a world wide Prosperity, through the BAR’s economic order, it succeeded   The form has reached its function, until it is replaced it is a Beast, feeding on what it’s supposed to serve
o   Herman Melville wrote:  "We Americans, are the peculiar, chosen people - the Israel of our time."
o        It is an archetypal form (tool) of the BAR with an intent to create CHAOS to uphold Prosperity
Manifest Destiny, Monotheism, Polytheism, Pantheism, and Creationism are described as being ‘general notions‘   

I believe THAT:  In a Higher Order of ‘things’ these ideas /notions are benchmarks, upheld by a greater ORDER  The BAR is ‘ground’ on upholding Monotheism, and since 1984 they are Officially upholding Pantheism  The abolishing of the Lord’s Day Act, at its Coeur, is a monumental event in this Higher Order  Ps: This Higher Order will always be there to uphold the return to Order, when tyranny rules  
Handing the people to serve ECONOMY is an aberration of the law of Nature 
This event created tyranny.  Tyranny creates CHAOS.  Creation is both a creative and destructive force 
In the Natural order of things, Pantheism is a sitting duck for CHAOS to return to Paradise on Earth

Frankly speaking, I’m letting a lion out of the bag: Court records will prove irrefutably that when I start upholding even small portions of my Creation ‘idea’, the courtroom falls into chaos.  My belief is that with the posting of these papers, that everyone can benefit in law from serving God and upholding Creation, because they are holding the BAR so high that the court simply cannot respond without falling into CHAOS.      
In case law, with these legal arguments, the courts cannot uphold the old order, under the will of the people

I believe that the BAR really has no option, but to uphold CREATION, This promise is to uphold Prosperity, by holding us all to be equal before and under the law, to serve God and uphold Creation to return Paradise on Earth Why it took us so long to get back to the beginning is beyond me, the need to move on is Destiny

The Defence for Creationism is Metanoia:  
as understood by the Greek definition of “change of mindset”
  ·        As outlined by Herman Dooyeweerd’s philosophy of Creation-Fall-Redemption,
  ·Metanoia is a promise from God that is reinforced with the promise from Jesus Christ of Redemption

There’s no known history of anyone upholding this belief throughout out the millennium, until Herman Dooyeweerd wrote an obscure a highly disputed book /philosophy called: creation fall redemption, it’s the Creatio ex nihilo to our metaphysical cosmic conscience It was Herman’s belief that the simple fact that the collective human conscience was absorbing this ‘creation from nothing’ that this manifestation was inevitable.   This ‘gift’ would affect Everything
     ·         I believe that since he was a legal scholar, before being a philosopher is a very strong indicator that metanoia would appeal here in the courts, first

Destiny is founded on God’s promise of metanoia.   It’s a prerequisite to returning to Paradise on Earth, for this event to appear in the courts in my belief, is the manifestation of a Higher Order to affect Peace on Earth. My criminal court case brings the meta virus of metanoia into case-law precedent. ‘It’ has infected the BAR.  

• My only line of defense, in the Commonwealth, is with the courts under the Order of the Garter

It’s my belief that: By placing the trust to uphold order into the new millennium under the Sceptre with the Dove, is the only way that is available to manifest destiny without a horrific bloodbath. 
‘Time’ is running out

The trust of the Millennium is to seize the moment:  Under colore officii (both definitions) the courts must act. Under absolute liability:  The consequences of upholding this age-old trust falls on this court case.

The simple Truth is THAT: ‘Serving God and upholding Creation” is a Pure thought that has no known history  This suppression of such a basic Pure idea is proof < in and of itself > that a Higher Order is at work The human Coeur resonates from a primeval honesty that is embodied in ‘IN CREATION WE TRUST' We have been in ‘Fall’ since our expulsion from Paradise.  Redemption occurs by recognizing metanoia

- The new Biblical interpretation for metanoia is repent.  Returning to Paradise is an expression of Will, and Faith.

• The ramifications to mankind of having been denied this ‘conscious belief’ for thousands of years is an expression of the degree of severity that the crime of vanity (upholding God) holds in this Higher Order.
  • All ‘our’ paths and experiences have been the consequences of a ‘crime unknown to man’
• Our recorded history began with our fall from grace that resulted from chaos created by upholding God
• Redemption occurs by accepting the fact that no’body’ can be blamed for the original sin
  • Nobody can be held accountable for the omission of not knowing the obvious 
  • Nobody can blame anyone for simply not being the first to become aware of the obvious

Abandoning the concept that we mortals can uphold God is the Essential Element to return to Paradise. It’s an evolutionary act that we have earned and for the love of God, we must seize the moment

In regard to a damages award, on my case files:

A strong argument could be made for made that my claim is ‘outlandish’ and they are correct.  That’s the point.. - History will prove time and again that ‘bankers’ have never invested a dime of real money in their ventures

One would almost say fraud if it wasn’t for the fact that they were invited in, as a necessary Element for Prosperity
  o The reality is that the judge, 2-years ago, at my arraignment hearing, asked me to submit a damages claim              This claim of right is what can be called < civilization > as defined in Black’s and in the DCL   
  o  My damages award was, nothing but, an offer to negotiate, and the Crown clearly acted in malfeasance,  
  o In law the opportunity to negotiate has been forfeited, and the liability falls across all 3 files

This damage award is growing exponentially and , it's still a default judgment - This means t hat the bill b y Jan 08 has a total with 22 zeros after that    (Ps: that’s a lot of money) In perspective: there’s (an equivalent of about) 7 to the power of 27-zeros grains of sand in planet Earth. - This means a small basket of this would be worth a dollars [Fulfilling Isaiah 40 prophecy]. - Now, I can ask my friends to throw into this pool all the worthless paper money they can muster up With this total, we divide it into this kilo of sand and the next day everything is adjusted to ‘normative’, where everything in the world is precious, and it now pays to fix this planet Ps: the whole concept of usurpation, factoring or coveting profit over creating benefit is gone Miraculously everything has become precious, all debt is forgiven, and this is called Jubilee if you think this would not change everything to a better world than we are going then you're nuts Get over it - we are entering into our golden age The power of an awakening metanoia is more awesome than a Passover, and we face a divide

• Or the judge can say no and explain in a written ruling why they don’t want to accept my damages award
  I want to know why we are deemed to be unworthy of benefiting from a God of love, why he does not exist (or) hear why the judge considers that <civil disobedience> to uphold the rule of law as Supreme is a crime
  As to the jurisdiction for this judgment, the Crown insisted on taking it straight to trial on Sept 28th.
  • Why would I grace a judge an opportunity to screw me from my day in court?  I hold no trust
  • On any matter, in law, any judge can do whatever he or she wants, and face zero impunity, and
  • With this IRON CLAD publication ban on the proceeding nobody will even notice… Really!

• Imagine you could uphold this < fictitious creation > that you now call ‘law’, and ‘it’ all becomes a fiction.   In this continuum you just didn’t exist, as if we were created from nothing.  After ‘all’ that’s what we want

Either way, we take it from the top and it starts all over again…   Time runs out, demiurge.
       There really can be no second chance at Redemption.  We either seized the moment or not
