 The
Defence for Creationism is Metanoia:
as
understood by the Greek definition of “change of mindset”

outlined by Herman
Dooyeweerd's philosophy of Creation-Fall-Redemption,
·Metanoia
is a promise from God that is reinforced with the promise from
Jesus Christ of Redemption
 There's
no known history of anyone upholding this belief throughout out
the millennium, until
Dooyeweerd wrote an obscure a highly disputed book
/philosophy called: creation fall redemption, it's the Creatio
ex nihilo to our metaphysical cosmic
conscience It was
Herman's belief that the simple fact that the collective human
conscience [which is not a new idea] was absorbing this 'creation
from nothing' that this manifestation was inevitable.
This gift would affect Everything
I believe that since he was a legal scholar, before being a philosopher
is a very strong indicator that metanoia would appeal here in
the courts, first.
- I frankly can't see why he didn't express the impact of the
simple notion of 'upholding Creation has', and being a legal scholar
that this notion would be so powerful when applied to the oaths
of Office
I
frankly can't see how he could imagine the abstract philosophy
without the punch line, other then it wasn't formed in the cosmic
conscience yet.
After all the light bulb was 'invented' in about 5 spots on the
planet at the same time. The revealing of this mystery [to everyone]
is in the Creation itself and it groans with anticipation to be
revealed. I'm trying to trigger an event
So it will be with upholding Creation it won't matter where it
started.
Jesus' prophecy in Luke 11 is that a 'lot of people' repent for
the teachings of Solomon and there is no mention of the messenger.
and to back this belief Jesus does say in Luke 14 that the return
of Paradise will be an event where the living God is in our midst,
and not as a distinct person per-say.
- What I'm saying that may seem incongruent to this Cosmic conscienceness
message But it is through the love of Jesus Christ where the Essence
of our embodiment into this cosmic conscience is found and the
sooner you realize this the sooner you participate in this oneness
 Destiny
is founded on God's promise of metanoia. A
total about face in how we thing which changes everything [it's
not total destruction of everything] The message of the new Covenant
is a prerequisite to returning to Paradise on Earth, for this
event to appear in the courts is as to prophect and is the manifestation
of a Higher Order to affect Peace on Earth. My
criminal court case brings the meta virus of metanoia
into case-law precedent. It has infected the BAR.
My
only line of defense, in the Commonwealth, is with the courts
under the
Order of the Garter
 It's
Destiny that: The trust to uphold order into the
new millennium falls on Israel [those who take the oath] under
the Sceptre with the Dove, is the way it should be in order to
fulfill Biblical prophecy that the Peaceful means to manifest
destiny without a horrific bloodbath will occur before any bloodbath.
The prophecy says that once this new Covenant is recognized
"that the Lord will act with speed and finality"
and only a guilty mind of an unbeliever would find any
horror in thinking that upholding Creation is bad
'Time' is running out. all be it not known to the general public
The matter of acting on the trust has been before you for a long
time
- Reason alone should tell you that God will keep his promise
and
this promise is all sin will be forgiven. The
trust of the Millennium
is to seize the moment: Jacob must act in Faith Under
absolute liability:
The consequences of upholding this age-old trust to recognize
the moment when the new Covenant is delivered falls when the court
is delivered a case, It really has no choice in denying that it
can or cannot be admissible by dodging the bullet.
The Constitutional solution is in place for exactly this purpose,
and it's a SCC tribunal that holds the jurisdiction and power
to act.
 The
simple Truth is THAT:
Serving God and upholding Creation is a Pure thought that has
no known history other than in Genesis 2 where it said our
function was to be caretakers of Paradise [before our fall from
Paradise].
- A big prerequisite of knowing it's the right message
is that it must edify every congregation that believes in God
[so says Hebrews] and
- there really can't be a Church that can say it's a bad idea
to uphold Creation, and it's something that they can all built
on in order to edify their congregation
- The next prerequisite to knowing it could be the new
Covenant is that it's got to be an original idea. and
surprisingly so this phrase /notion has been totally suppressed,
in spite of the fact that a whole bunch of people are doing a
great job of upholding Creation already.
All I'm pointing out here is that upholding
Creation is more than just a catchy phase or slogan
It makes sense on even a shallow sense, and the notion is so intellectually
and spiritually deep as to be laughable that it's not a widely
accept notion when it tugs on so many heart strings as being obvious
yet an unknown notion in the cosmic conscience
All I'm pointing out is THAT: The suppression
of such a basic Pure idea /notion is proof < in and of
itself > that a Higher Order is at work
The human Coeur resonates from a primeval honesty that is
embodied in
IN CREATION WE TRUSTit
sure sounds like a good idea
- The
ramifications to mankind of having been denied this conscious
belief for thousands of years is an expression of the degree
of severity that the crime of vanity (upholding God) holds
in this Higher Order.
- All
our paths and experiences have been the consequences of
a crime unknown to man
 Our
recorded history began with our fall from grace that resulted
from chaos created by upholding God - Redemption
occurs by accepting the fact that no’body’ can be
blamed for the original sin
- Nobody
can be held accountable for the omission of not knowing
the obvious
- Nobody
can blame anyone for simply not being the first to become
aware of the obvious and you can't Lord
over anyone just because you got the message first
 Abandoning
the concept that we mortals can uphold God is the Essential Element
to return to Paradise. It's
an evolutionary act that we have earned and for the love of God,
we must seize the moment
In
regard to a damages award, on my case files:
A strong argument could be
made for made that my claim is outlandish and they are correct.
That's the point.. - History will prove time and again that
bankers have never invested a dime of real money in their ventures
 One
would almost say fraud if it wasn't for the fact that they were
invited in, as a necessary Element for Prosperity
o The reality
is that the judge, at my original arraignment hearing, asked me
to submit a damages claim This
claim of right is what can be called < civilization > as
defined in Black's and in the DCL
o My damages
award was, nothing but, an offer to negotiate, and the Crown clearly
acted in malfeasance,
o In law the opportunity to negotiate
has been forfeited, and the liability falls across all files
This damage award is growing exponentially and ,
it's still a default judgment

This means t hat the bill b y Jan 08 has a total with 22
zeros after that (Ps: that's a lot
of money)
In perspective: there's (an equivalent of about) 7 to the
power of 27-zeros grains of sand in planet Earth.

This means a small basket of this would be worth a dollars [Fulfilling Isaiah 40 prophecy].
- Now, I can ask my friends to throw into this pool all
the worthless paper money they can muster up With this total,
we divide it into this kilo of sand and the next day everything
is adjusted to normative, where everything in the world
is precious, and it now pays to fix this planet
Ps: the whole concept of usurpation, factoring or coveting profit over creating benefit is gone
Miraculously everything has become precious, all debt is forgiven, and this is called Jubilee
if you think this would not change everything to a better world than we are going then you're nuts
Get over it - we are entering into our golden age
