July 10, 2007 - AFFIDAVIT: PRESENTING AN OPPORTUNITY TO MANIFEST DESTINY

At my last appearance, before Judge Kitchen, I used 4 attachments to present the fact that the legal fiction of Sir Salmond has reached its function.  In court I touched on lots of points and obviously it was enough to get what I wanted; but I’m using this paper to expand on several issues that I think need more detail...

 I used Archibald Cox, Sir John Salmond, David Butterfield’s papers with a document called the Budgets of the Independent Offices of the Legislative Assembly, which shows an order where The Legislative Assembly of BC [listed as a Corp. on the SEC] that holds itself above our real legislature, which are /is reporting to the BC Legislature. 

As Butterfield’s documentation points out ‘it’s not as if this is just so convoluted, as to be ridiculous, but totally unconstitutional, as to constitute systemic tyranny [legal insanity].   It’s undeniable the funk of fictitious persons has made the form so unaccountable that it’s lost in a theatre of the absurd.

I did this to show how ‘legally insane’ the system [legal fiction] has become from blindly following Sir Salmond’s ‘personality disorder’. 

It’s so totally dependent on the absurd to hold form that it’s unsustainable, [and] that these were only a couple of examples of what is a hoard of cases, past and future, where the only defense /solution that the Crown can offer is to say: 'we must obey the rule of law', which is nothing but a violation of the Act of Supremacy [1559], which clearly states that ‘we all must respect the rule of law’.
- The conversion to “must obey” from ‘must respect’ has created a form of world slavery /tyranny

John Locke defined it as tyranny, [around 1660] and wrote a thesis on it, in fact every great philosopher has predicted 'the system's' demise, because it's supposed to

My contention is that the Act is ripe for a challenge and in and of itself: the fact that it has not been done already is a strong indicator to my case being the blindsiding elephant.  My file can be seen as fulfilling the intent of the Act, which is to draw out the hopes and dreams of a very religious and very divided people, who believed in the prophecy of Romans, which is one of those mysteries /riddles of our Future Glory
- What is undeniable is that if anybody cares not to accept this elephant can - [it comes down to faith] [and] As I said in court,
- If faith has no substance therefore of no matter to the courts then I pity them.

The BAR [probably the oldest religious cult] upholds a belief that the message will be deliverd to them first, and their fate will be determined by repenting
-  Romans contains a whole set of clues of how we will fulfill Manifest Destiny /enter into our Golden Age
- This occurs when the court are first delivered the message of the Spirit of life and the new Covenant, and
- it will constitute a total about face METANOIA [or what Salmond called: ‘blindsided by an elephant’ - [and]

as outlined by A. Cox’ conclusion: “The hope of mankind is always that a new generation may begin to make the world over quickly”] - which is the same consistent expression and function of the flawed fiction /form.

- As outlined in Sir Salmond’s conclusion: The intent of this insanity is to be blindsided by an elephant
[- Legal fictions can afford to lose contact with facts - although we must keep an eye out for elephants!
Indeed, as we have seen, that is their very purpose - but they cannot afford to lose contact with purpose]
- The very function of blindly following this flawed form was to create an elephant. - [Manifest Destiny]
The flawed form must now literally address the function of the flawed form - [seize a moment in faith]
- [It is purpose which keeps the fiction honest, and the relationship between fiction and purpose is as important as that between hypothesis and fact.

     - When the goal is reached, or the purpose exhausted, - it is time to consider whether the fiction should be dismantled like the scaffolding of a completed building] - The purpose of the fiction is exhausted when it demands compliance to a form of world slavery
            -  As I read Romans 7-8: it is this slavery that is the very cause of the bondage of Creation’s decay
The goal of the form has reached its purpose, which is to draw out the new Covenant METANOIA
-  My case redresses the form by taking the best right now in order to enter in Paradise on Earth

‘To uphold Creation’ is so unique, and such a Pure notion, as to be self-evident to its nature in Truth

- This phrase [notion] fulfills both the promise of a new Covenant and delivers the message of the Spirit of life
- The impact of ‘upholding Creation’ can fulfill God’s promise of providing a total about face with just faith, by simply embracing this notion with just faith hope and love, and the promise of our Glory will manifest itself  
[Salmond] [In his collection of aphorisms published privately in 1920 appears the following:[39]

Since all our beliefs as to the nature of the universe are probably mere illusions, there is much to be said in favour of accepting any creed that makes us happier than we should be without it]
- On this 1st point of everything in our nature is but an illusion that blocks a greater reality is all so true.[App-1] 

The 2nd part of Salmond’s conclusion

- It is a warning that when [not if] this blindsiding elephant appears,
it must be recognized for what it is ‘a gift from God’ especially when it holds so much promise of being our Destiny, as defined by Romans.  Especially when this case file offers as a defense that it is fulfilling what Archibald Cox called the wildest opportunity devised by man to remake society without the use force.

Furthermore, the very fact that my case file reveals the message of the new Covenant is pale compared to the alarming reality that my case is referred and fulfills Hebrews 10’s prophecy, where the messenger is also a victim of slavery and accuses the courts of violating of the Law of Moses.
-[28] Anyone who rejected the law of Moses died without mercy on the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses
-[and] If this isn’t enough, this victim claims to hold the new Covenant, and claims that the promise  /consequences will generate within us the return of the mindset [faith] of the ancients of Hebrews 11.

- ‘Now’ faith is being sure of what you hope for and certain of what ‘we’ do not see, this is what the ancients were commended for
- Once awakened this will no longer be a mystery
- “By faith we understand that the universe was created by God’s command so that what was seen was not made out of what was visible”
 
Now to further this compelling defense of this being the fulfilling of Manifest Destiny:
- My case file also holds a damage award that fulfills the prophecy of Romans 13 where God urges especially the courts to follow the law for the laws sake and all will be forgiven, [1thru5] it promises that the form will be preserved, [6-7] and then when all debt paid, except for the debt of love, which is what my damage award unleashes [8thru10] Love for the Day is near:  This means promise of a the truth setting us free, is fulfilled, and we enter into Paradise as One, in this new consciousness as outlined in Corinthians 13, where it says that without love ‘this elephant’ will all be a resounding gong, or clanging cymbals, and God’s promise is revealed, of when [not if] we accept this awakening we will ‘be’ in a reality that always was here.

When I was a child, I talked /thought /reasoned like a child.  When I became a man I put my childish ways behind me. Now ‘we’ see but a poor reflection as in a mirror, then we shall see face to face.  Now I know in part, then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.  And now these 3 remain faith hope and love and the greatest of these is love
- [to those with little faith: It’s a really big paradigm shift, into the mystic]
We are all to become man’ kind’
[and the promise here is that God will gladly trade children for men] 
- It's called 'the end of the age' when children turn into men, and we inherit the earth

If anyone still thinks that this is not delivering the elephant that has come to blindside us into Paradise

Then I need to tell them that it really doesn’t matter,
because we are so deep into it that nothing can stop it.

In regard to my damage award: I'm the 1st to admit that it's outlandish - It's a default judgment, and now hovering about $180 quadrillion [all world debt is about 1 quadrillion]
- last year [when I first could have done this] it was only 250 billion

I then pointed out that my case file contained liability that arguably could make these other case pale in comparison and that the big difference is that I was offering a solution, all be it, it's so far out there that:

Archibald Cox called ‘the wildest opportunity to remake society without the use of force’, which was stated as the goal of the American Justice System,

They willfully proceeded with a flawed form, by ‘permitting’ a form of slavery that could only lead to manifest Destiny, [which is the goal /purpose of Sir John Salmond's form]

- I then pointed out that it's been 9 months [less 1-week] [Sept 28th /06], since I filed my fraud contract with society documentation [of holding no person], where the ‘gounds’ should have just conformed to form and

- I pointed put that 'of course they know' they just don't want to hear it.  Nobody has ‘held’ my file in 9 months, and this means nobody has officially looked or read anything that I have filed, and that this omission can only be called legal insanity as defined in our [DCL]

Most of this biblical clarification was covered by my general statement that he simply could not dismiss as irrelevant that I was literally fulfilling hundreds upon hundreds of passages from Jesus, Isaiah, and Paul

 I deliberately will not dwell on any of John’s Revelation, regardless to how it looks inevitable, because I was sent to prevent this fate, and to not believe this is in and of itself fate, and it’s not my choice, never will be.

By now, if they really don't want to face that 'upholding Creation' is the Spirit of Life
of Rom 8-17 and that ‘upholding Creation’ is the new Covenant [of Rom 11:26-27] that
really is a benevolent way that 'turns godliness away from Jacob', then I really need to go.

            I told them that I have pursued relentlessly, and
everyone behaved in outright fear of the offer and
- Every level of government rejected to take any initiative, but obstruct, to a blatantly obvious gift, and
- I accused them that "they just laughed at the ways of love" for obstructing every offer to just take

I then pointed out that I am not one of those ‘free men’ who desire to run away from society. 
I desire to participate as a free man under the protection of the Elections Act, because I perceived this can affect a solution that all be it is so way out there, but then that’s the purpose and nature of an elephant   

Then under sec 337 CCC, I demanded to return my person to a lawful society, which was well within this Judge’s jurisdiction. 
All he had to do was recognize that the Marijuana Party can buy possess and sell cannabis.  He just sat here, and would not recognize or comply with this demand. 
- I made it clear that his silence was not golden, and that
this ignorance was forcing me go to LA [the City of Angels], where my person landed 18 years ago, because they were held to ordinary rule on a citizenship issue, and by simply demanding to swear allegiance to the flag, they must give me a Passport an a full set of ID
           
He advised me that this would not be a wise decision, and I expressed that I was well aware that the entire texture and Essence of my reality would change, and that I was convinced that my destiny /purpose could only be found by ramming my identity issue, and since he refused to act and refused, even to forward it, means staying here was far more dangerous then going, because to stay means to shrink [Hebrews 10]

He told me he did not have authority to act and to go to the Supreme Court and file, [without telling where or directing me].  I then showed him a copy of my ‘GAG ORDER’ [issued and served under authority of Chief Justice Brenner, and Chief Constable Graham,
[ on May 5th 2005.]  
- I then pointed out that this document was FRAUD under sec-340 CCC, & ‘constituted’ criminal breach of trust - sec-336, by the Chief Justice of BC

He asked what my intentions were, and I explained that the matter before them, in this case file, was to ‘revoke all conditions /charges against my person’, which meant that the charge must be transferred to another entity. The ‘form’ demands that they can’t be just dropped; they must be transferred onto someone .

I pointed out that  the charges were pressed by Libby Davies’ Office, and she was refusing to act on my behalf, on my identity issue, which meant that she was being connected to file # 157479, which is where I was busted for operating my Marijuana Party Compassion Club next door to her Office

1. Her Office’s Affidavits openly admit to there being political motives in refusing to act on my identity issue, and that this charge could logically be transferred and redressed onto her Office, and
2. - I then pointed that a strong argument could be made that, due to the political nature of the charges, that ultimately the liable lay with the Chief Electoral Officer, and that the reason for filing /attaching this case file with this Elections Canada file # 1700-059-E06-10-L-5 to this case file was in order to transfer this liability on his Office, & it is this transfer of liability on this Office that manifests Destiny

At this point I expressed a belief that the Elections Act was a body of laws that in its nature understood that its purpose is to be used as an Instrument to take down tyranny without firing a single bullet, and that it was this path that I was pursuing.  It required an understanding that at its very nature this ruling demands to be compliant with the rule of law, or in other words follow the law for the law’s sake.
-     My undertaking could be recognized as Salmond’s elephant, but it’s been said that: ‘you may say that I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one, and the offer was: to join us all as one people, so the world could live as one. [as in Rom 13]
This is exactly what is being offered and you can deny it, but:
- You just can’t hide when you’re crippled inside

To start: This Elections Canada file was created when I filed my candidacy, for Vancouver Quadra

1. The Writ was dropped 3 days ‘before’ being handed my sentence, which addresses a liability that was created in case # 157479 – C, [which is the same political case that connects to this case file ]
2. This sentencing created a Constitutional liability when it said that ‘I was mistaken to believe that the Elections Act would give me immunity, and this conflicted directly with the fact that
   - I had in court challenged a police news release to the effect that I would learn that I didn’t have political immunity
   
   
3. This ruling was committed to totally spite my defense, I clearly address my defense, and clearly expressed that I was not seeking immunity, and that as a candidate I held a Constitutional guarantee to be protected by the Elections Act for defending the Supremacy of God’s rule of law, as Supreme.
   
   
4. To I addressed this liability, in the form of a caveat that I attached to my new candidacy, and it asked a very simple question, which was relevant to my appeal on this case file. 
   - I demanded an answer under Sec 336 /337 CCC “to define in writing, which rule of law was Supreme in his jurisdiction”.
5. 
   They dragged their feet till the last hour, but finally took my $1000. deposit, with the caveat attached, and everyone was aware that they were now held to a contract to comply with the Act and respond 

I, then wasted no time in filing papers with our new Governor General Michael Jean to inform Her that one of Her Judge’s had violated Her trust, while the writ was dropped, and that I was offering an opportunity to manifest Destiny, by acting under Her vested power, in order to recognize the trust of the Commonwealth, and after an incredible chase of ‘no-accountability’,
- no body and no one even bothered to replied.

1.  After, my Sept 28th court date, I presented irrefutable proof to being the victim of a ‘form in slavery’ and it’s impossible to deny that I am a [flat out] victim of ‘theft of identity’ under s-322, by 'the Queen'
   
1. - and it now appears that ‘the Queen’ is a copyright of the no account Rothschild banksters

[DELIVERING AN OFFER TO REDEEM ALLDEBT IN ORDER TO ENTER INTO PARADISE]

 To begin with, I am the first to admit that
"If I was not holding the message of the New Covenant"- that

I would tell me to go get a life - and
[that’s exactly what I intend to do, regardless of what the courts decide]

- As outlined in Luke 12: 27- The Sign of Jonah

LUKE   12.27 - The Sign of Jonah  29 Jesus said, "This is a wicked generation. It asks for a miraculous sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah. 30 For as Jonah was a sign to the Ninevites, so also will the Son of Man be to this generation. 31The Queen of the South will rise at the judgment with the men of this generation and condemn them; for she came from the ends of the earth to listen to Solomon's wisdom, and now one[i] greater than Solomon is here. 32The men of Nineveh will stand up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and now one greater than Jonah is here.[this last one is most definately after me] As to my interpretation: On [29] the messenger /prophet cannot do miracles. [30] As Jonah came before Nineveh's destruction, it will happen again when 'some' don't repent. [31] The queen of the south is the USA, who adopted the teachings of John Solomond [who 100 years ago, creating the legal fiction that a corporation was a person. [in theory a great way to make wealth. But corporate persons are by definition eugenicists, and it created facism] - For the courts to refuse to accept that they don't need to repent for this is by definition insane [Ps: - Eugenics is what Hitler was promoting and his banker was George Bush's grand-daddy] [32] The Men of the Nineveh [here] is a Sec 11d Charter challenge. A tribunal can redress order, and this body really has the power to effect /implement a metanoia, [total about face] On Hope: They will repent for these teachings, and only then will the Messiah return

There’s a strong argument for the BAR to believe that Sit John Salmond was, named in Jonah’s prophecy, as the man who attracted the USA with she came from the ends of the world to listen to Solomon’s wisdom

- Now we face where they must repent at the teachings of Jonah, &[for] now one greater than Jonah is here [by every biblical account, just a prophet]
I hold as irrefutable that this personality dis’order’ is the 'spirit of stupor' that blinds them to the very last day [in Romans prophecy]. My case files is nothing but malfeasance piled on top of malfeasance, compounded by malfeasance.

- I am here to present an opportunity to address a real live ‘what if’ question in Rom 9-24
“ What if, he did this to make the riches of his glory the objects of his mercy,
*whom he prepared in advance for glory?”

-      [*this Destiny is all inclusive for all kinds of prefixes, such as in, with whom, on whom, through whom, all apply]
- We’re being called to express the love that’s lost in between the lines of illusion never speaking truth [Sgt Pepper]
- I’m saying that this ‘what if’ is what needs to be embraced; as I read it, we will witness Rom 13 soon [big paradym shift] [and]

- Up to now, I’ve been Heaven bent on fulfilling Luke’s version & the form is hell bent on fulfilling Matthew’s version of Jonah, which is what happens when they are caught in a death wish.

- What I'm doing is so dangerous because they really are lost in stupor and if they kill me, I'm just dead, and that conviction is true to the prophecy line of the one greater than Solomon
-  and we can take the best right now, without going through all the curses of John and all the other prophets of doom, who outline in great detail the horrors of the failure of 2 or 3 witnesses to seize a moment
-           But one thing must be understood, we are all returning to Paradise, and it’s really insane to resist
 
Before continuing, it must be noted that anyone who does not like the end means of using the flawed form to achieve the function can, but they have to defend and present a better alternative then self delusion. I'm the one who is lawful, in a sea of corruption.

This pursuit of an identity drove me to resort to civil disobedience with rude behavior, against Libby Davies’ staff; they told me to go away, after, flat out & rudely, refused to anything on my behalf, in spite of sending written notices and documentation as to the liability of not upholding her duty. As outlined in court proceedings, she is facing 'criminal breach of trust charges on or before my November Confirmation Hearing date

As I said in court, my rude behavior does not constitute a offense other than self defense by literally forcing me to create a scene to attract attention, when this really was a last resort

1. It’s especially true, when John Locke starts his ‘Two Treaties’ by stating flat out that anyone can kill any official, let alone my MP for refusing to act on my slavery issue
   
1. 
   I was forcing a Judge to hold my ‘issue’, in order to press a charge under Sec 336 CCC for a clear violation of criminal breach of fiduciary trust against my Member of Parliament

Now, between the times, where I committed this ‘offensive behavior’ and my arraignment on the charges

1. I appeared before the Court of Appeals, on case file # 157479-C, where I addressed the fact that Judge Bruce’s ruling was not just an error, where I must beg the court to reconsider as flawed ruling
   Her ruling was an omission to respect that the rule of law, which is defined an legal insanity, because all Essential Elements of the rule of law were violated, when Judge Bruce quoted “We all must obey the rule of law”, which constitutes criminal breach of trust, under Sec 336 CCC.
1. They refused to recognize this argument, because what I was delivering was not an appeal, and they dismissed it, without seizing the file, and refused to seize it, when called to do so.
2. By not seizing the file, they can say they don’t have to rule on my identity issue, and when pressed on handing a reason for this nonfeasance, I was told that they held no Authority to rule on my ID,
   
   and advised me that the ‘lowest court’ where I could seek remedy to my identity issue was with the Chief Justice, and then they dismissed the Appeals,
   after refusing to deliver the file to the old Chief Justice.
   Now, this nonfeasance was done, in order to deny me due process to an opportunity to face the same Chief Justice, who has been avoiding me, since he holds the liability of delivering or defining, which rule of law is Supreme in His jurisdiction’, in my Elections Canada file,  [but then]
   - They knew that I would be arrested as I walked out the door of this courtroom for the Libby Davies’ charges, and they had no idea that this file would be used so effectively to further the liability legal insanity, by attaching this file to my Elections Canada case file,
   
   
1. My Bail Undertaking is dragging the new Chief Justice before me, excerpt the liability is even worse now, because he holds a default judgment that starts a Domino effect that is Destiny The cornerstone to any elephant decision is that you really have to ask why not?

Now, I got out of jail quickly, ‘with restrictions, under duress of enslavement’, until my next appearance
I then received a NOTICE from Elections Canada, that nonfeasance to comply with signing off on this Election’s contract would trigger consequences in the Act that were unavoidable, and

1. I promptly responded by providing lots of documentation to support the fact that I was challenging his Office in order to manifest the Destiny of the Order of the Garter, and I called Jean Pierre Kingsley to respect a contract, and address the trust of his Office and notified them that I waited patiently in anticipation for triggering consequences in the Act.    
   - It’s undeniable that the Office of the CEO & the Office of the Chief Justice /Attorney General were vacated about 21 days later, [on Dec 21st] and my perception, [and until told otherwise]
   
2. I believe that this must have been one of the consequences that were triggered in the Act and as I read my Bible [Mat 24], we witnessed the flight of the elect in the dead of winter.

Now, on I appeared before the Libby Davies’ offense [on Dec 5th] to be arraigned on charges, [and] This is before, the default date, where I can attach the liability of Elections Canada onto this file

1. At this arraignment hearing, I filed legal insanity charges against the Crown and Libby Davies, and
1.  The Crown did not know how to respond, the Judge had no idea either, and I could not proceed because the time had not elapsed on the Elections Canada deadlineSo I offered and they agreed to have the whole issue reviewed at a Jan 7th court date, and also it’s important to note that he removed all conditions and restrictions against my person,
2. In law, that makes me the respondeat superior at the next court date and they are terrified to appear because they have to rule on recognizing Manifest Destiny, and what are they to do?
2. Now, on Dec 20th, I call Jean Pierre Kingsley’s Office, on the grounds that I believe this to be past the D-day where he must answer or trigger consequences, and I am told that he is ‘outside Canada”,
1. This term really pissed me off, because it’s just a legal bullshit answer for someone who was in his Office, but his Office isn’t in the jurisdiction of Canada, so I vented charges of TreasonThis term ‘outside Canada’ really is the answer I need to address the liability in my ruling where ‘I was mistaken to believe that the Elections Act would offer me immunity’ [not protection]
2. I make it clear that this term ‘outside Canada’ is exactly what is Constitutional called tyranny  
3. Now, I’m feeling like I’m being nonfeasanced again, and since I’ve been told that I must address this with the Chief Justice, means I must go raise some civil disobedience with Her Office, so I go there
1. Where I’m obstructed from seeing Her by contract agents who confirmed under Affidavit that they held orders to preclude me from seeing her for the last 2-yrs [this is so unconstitutional],
1. After being obstructed /rudely treated by a contract agent called Bill Smith, I advised him that as far as John Locke was concern I could kill him right here and now, and,
2. He would be dead and I would be free in a few weeks, with my case addressed.
2. Bill Smith was so terrified as to swing at me and miss.  I then said I’m sorry and offered not to avoid being hit this time, and held my cheek out to be hit. For some reason this unnerved him
3. [and] for this I got charged with assault and uttering threats, and thrown in prison for 2 weeks
4. Now we get to the heart of the matter of appearing before Pervert Ferbe “the court’s slave Master”

What’s so incredible here is this leap into criminality was so bad that it can only be called stupor

1. Instead of lawfully creating a new file to press charges against me, for this Bill Smith event, they address these charges as a violation of a bail undertaking on this Libby Davies fileThis means, in order to do this, they totally omitted my last court date of Dec 15th on this file
1. It simply vanished which means this entire case file is lost in legal insanity
2. In other words: Judge Ferbe seized a bogus file, and used it to impose incarceration on a freeman, who was unlawfully being held under duress of enslavement, for trying to seek remedy to my identity theft, with the Authority, who holds the liability for my enslavement
3. To believe that this new personality disorder of the form is not a ‘form in slavery’ is insane
1. Now this Pervert ruled that this bail undertaking breach was so terribly offensive, as to throw me in jail for 2 week, until my case went to trial, on what I openly chastised as a kangaroo court

- It’s just a coincidence but Stanley Park was ripped limb from limb the night before my real file date

1. Now, when I appear at this trial, I cop a plea, and get time-served, and sign out under duress of enslavement, and this entire case file and process has been done without one consent signature, no mug shots, no finger prints,- absolutely every Element of upholding the law and ‘the  fundamental principles of Justice’ were totally perverted, by perverts of the law [period]
2. [and] I am still bonded to appear, on a case file, where I’m guilty of one breach, and held to a bail undertaking on a file that is just a hornet’s nest of criminal liability, by the Justice system

1. I started by referring to Rom 13 ‘follow the law for the laws sake’ is what this Bail Undertaking must recognize as an Essential Element, because a BAILEE cannot subject me to arbitrary power.
1. The reason for attaching my Elections Canada file to this case file is due to the fact that this entity holds all the liability of all my court files, and in order to force this issueI can create a huge liability, simply by creating a Quadra EDA, which means my old entity must be vacated, especially if I demand it, under Sec 337 CCC, which has never been used
1. -yet is there in law [& in lore] for the day when a slave demands it to manifest Destiny  
2. Since I’m abandoning this private individual, before this entity got an answer to: ‘what rule of law is supreme in his jurisdiction”, means I can call for a default judgment, against the Office of Elections Canada, and the Judge must rule ‘yes’ or ‘no’ or sent this decision to a tribunal.Now this BAILEE really does not hold the Authority to make a ‘yes’ ruling on this ‘conversion’
