Officially the rule of law of NATO is at best undefined
but there are literally hundreds of Judges in Canada that are quoting
"We all must obey the rule of law' in their decisions.
Now if any Judge in the USA said this phrase in their
courts would be just cause to lawful right to bare arms,

But that's the only solution left under the American Mercantile Constitution

But, We in Canada hold a British Parliamentary form of Democracy
and our rule of law permits arbitrary use of power BUT offers all kinds of
built in Prohibition Orders to "preclude the arbitrary abuse of power"

This 'in form' is called "the fundamental principles of Justice" and
the political guarantee of a Party to oppose when Authority gets caught violating it, the remedy is to fix the form thru Sec 11 of the Charter

Take my word for it, it's just not Canadian to be revolting, It's not in our nature

Canadians are compacent because our Constitution holds so many powerful tools to protect us from when [not if] any judge says
'We all must obey the rule of law'
In a Democratic society impossible to get away with it.
Democracy is based on respecting the rule of law not obedience to totally fraudulent terms for de facto law in the 1st place.

Now, for those pessimists who believe there is no Peaceful solution
I'm saying it's the only way it can happen in our Constitution
because in our system the remedy is enforced by the Sheriffs and
Nobody but no body says no to a Sheriff, anywhere in the Commonwealth

Our Constitution's Peaceful solution is to abolish
'arbitrary power' and it's the Sheriffs who enforce this,
- there's a very simple and direct solution on how to do this:
[at that time] I was 1 court date away from unleashing the Sheriffs to seize every ORDER IN COUNCIL [period] Ps: there's thousands of them
[INSTEAD they get 3 Sol Generals to resign for not redressing the problem]

- We need return to "We are all equal before and under the law"
- IN 1991- a Charter ruling on Sec 15 the SCC ruled that the term individual does not apply to corporations - [in law corporations are not our equals before or under the law they are above the people and the law]
-[If anyone thinks this is a bad thing by definition is abusing a good thing: it's what we all hold as true]-
- [no ifs ands or buts] Because the form MUST seize "the wildest opportunity devised by man to remake society without the use of physical or economic force" A Cox 1967

Now here's what is important: It's a cornerstone of law and order
the rule of law can only be maintained with the consent of the governed
In law, under Sec 15 CCC Defense under de facto law everyone before the seizure of these ORDERS gets a spanking
[this is a little tap on the wrist] and we the people must accept this
BUT: This means "ignorance is no excuse" Sec 8 (3) applies, and any violation of the new oath is an automatic 10 to14-yr summary conviction
It's the only way for the form to not implode & the form must be preserve

Now here's what is really important:
If we, the people, agree to continue to be 'ordered around', then nothing of what is being offered here
will mean anything.and authority and we all fall into a trap of failing to seize a moment

That's the very nature of Freedom of choice and voluntary compliance to manifest Destiny
