Our Canadian Military are in Afghanistan to teach these under privileged people 'the rule of law'
Did you know that 'the rule of law' holds many definitions?
- Just maybe we should be educated as to what the law defines as
'the rule of law' in different jurisdictions, in order to protect ourselves

Our soldiers are definitely not teaching Canada's rule of law
They uphold NATO's rule of law. So this raises a fundamental issue

- If our Canadian military can uphold NATO's rule of law- who else can?

The founding principle of Canada can be found in our Constitution
in the 1st line of our 1867 [BNA] British North American Act declares THAT:
Canada is founded on the principle of the Supremacy of God and the rule of law
THE GOOD: THE RULE OF LAW [GOD's LAW]
A fundamental cornerstone of our Canadian Constitution must mean two things: As defined in Sec 133 of the BNA Act
First, that the law is Supreme over officials of the government as well as private individuals, and thereby preclusive of the influence of arbitrary power. 
Second, the rule of law requires creation and maintenance of an actual order of positive laws, which preserves and embodies the more general principle of normative order. Law and order are indispensable elements of civilized life

THE BAD: RULE OF LAW [OF BANKS/COMMERCE]
1) A substantive legal principle <under rule of law known as respondeat superior, the employer is answerable for the wrongs committed by an employee in the course of the employment.>
2) The supremacy of regular as opposed to arbitrary power

This rule of law has nothing to do with freedom and equality
It's all about business and it has nothing to do with right & wrong

THE UGLY: RULE OF LAW [OF NAFTA]

1) A substantive legal instrument importing many things, melding respondeat superior with arbitrary power, where the banksters is not answerable for the wrongs committed by a politician or law enforcer in the course of the employment.
Due to de facto jurisdiction under a bad contract called NAFTA
2) The Supremacy of arbitrary use of power under contract
