This document presents the truth without ill will frivolity or vexation,
under a necessity defense,
Whereas, I am genuinely being criminally
persecuted for my political beliefs /activism, &

1. Have sound reason to anticipate more personal assaults
   with deadly force by City police, (proven to be well founded)
   
2. On the grounds THAT I'm still a victim of what can be objectively called: on-going POLICE STATE sponsored terrorist activity from several authorities, and supported by the judiciary, who obstruct and oppress my lawful official political party platform, with an undefined colour of right, under a bogus colour of authority, under a protection of secrecy, to cover their acts.
   
   Whereas, I must persist in delivering this message of hope, on the grounds of belief THAT
3. My need to effect genuine socioeconomic change is greater than the perceived risks

I challenge any AUTHORITY to defend THAT the publication of my TRUST CHALLENGE (and or) My CHARTER CHALLENGE can be interpreted as contrary to the PUBLIC TRUST.

The present PUBLIC TRUST's definition
only understands upholding an undefined status quo

The need to file for political assylum is paramount,

First and foremost, it gives those who desire a better life a choice
from being an economic slaves can follow under a prescribed avenue
and I might get a foreign press to act on recognizing my right to raise public awareness, by lifting a publication ban, by doing this action

6. THAT the media including especially the CBC are coveting
   perverted excuses for refusing to report on my case,
   
   on grounds they cannot and /or refuse to explain to spite their mandate,
7. THAT by continuing my isolation, those powerful ENTITIES who are behind my oppression can perpetuate further abuse, of everyone who could benefit by following my EDA’s platform
8. 
   THAT by filing this application for political asylum with numerous Commonwealth countries, -Then advising the PRESS in your country of these matters before the consulate
   
   THAT I just might be able to find some decent reporter, to break this story
   On the solid ground THAT
   this suppression is, in and of itself, a huge threat to the PUBLIC TRUST,
   THAT by suppressing my enjoyment to have the Court of PUBLIC OPINION informed, - THAT this places me in imminent danger, that is greater than if the news was released.
   
   On the grounds of belief THAT I can only see malice as the motive from anyone who thinks that suppressing this story is serving the public’s interest or of upholding the PUBLIC TRUST, since

NOBODY can defend what cannot be defined,
and there is no 1-definition of the PUBLIC TRUST to unite us anymore, & this perversion is creating Helter Skelter,
of our democratic structure

I am presenting a SOLUTION with the INTENT
to CREATE a WHOLESOME NEW WORLD ORDER
THAT every tribe race religion culture in the world can agree on to CREATE a peaceful alternative

THAT is a strategic assault against a well-orchestrated
perversion of the PUBLIC TRUST

THAT is being perpetuated by following the beliefs of the SS of the Empire which proved

1. THAT When you control this new thing called media with the same message, and you continuously repeat a lie, THAT you can move a nation to believe it,   (Nuremberg Trials)
   
   
2. What I'm promoting is not so far fetched
   THAT promoting a united social conscience with politics actually promotes prosperity
   
   
3. THAT Democracy will be well served by having a conservative, liberal, and /or greener political approach to attract social and political participation to a singular COMMON PUBLIC TRUST that makes sense

10. In order to GENERATE a lawful means to my political goal, of challenging the PUBLIC TRUST, meant following a policy of stealth, and unorthodox planning,
    on the understanding THAT You just can’t walk up to a counter and ask for the form to file a TERRITORIAL CLAIM of RIGHT,
    
    
1. I’m the first one to do it in Canadian history, since hanging Louis Riel, and, the result of his failure is the ‘METIS’, which is a legacy of disgrace to our justice system

11. THAT AUTHORITIES will resort to grotesque abuse of the law, in order to covet the status quo, Which they erroneously define as the PUBLIC TRUST, which is nothing but an excuse for failure of an ENTITY to COMPLY to the OATH of OFFICE,

12. To GENERATE a Territorial Claim of Right,
    I needed to CREATE a clear violation of Sec-337
1. Which has never been judicially considered in Canada,
   
   
2. Yet, is on the books for the exact purpose of
   protecting a Territorial Claim of Right,
3. Which, I did through a political Claim of Right of an Officially Recognized Party’s EDA
4. Whereas, sec-8 (2) states clearly that if there is no Canadian case law that English case law prevails, and there is a ‘colourful’ history of claims of right, in England,
5. Which creates a huge catch-22 for social justice: the only way any judicial system can recognize a sec-337 DEMAND
   is with a remedy of FAIRNESS and COMPASSION

On the grounds that I have to show it, which means they must now show it, from then on,
       And, take my word for it, these words have never been ‘recognized’ in Canadian law,
            In order to legally govern, with arbitrary rule over the native population.

13. The reason sec-337 is so powerful, is because it’s the hammer THAT protects citizens from AUTHORITY

It was inherited in our law, to protect the people, from a social experiment enacted by England, over a century ago, which was ruled as a necessity in law and in order to protect abuse of the white people, with the same outrageous behavior.
Once, I PRESSED a 337-DEMAND on my Claim of Right,
and it’s recognized by the courts,

Then every native Claim of Right must be ruled with the standard of fairness
Australian recognized their aboriginal rights – why can’t we here in Canada?

My objective is to open this door, to the rule of law definition, and
the only way I could imagine it can be done is to take Thoreau’s advice:
 
THAT you can’t fix a sinking ship without first getting off the ship, or challenge the PUBLIC TRUST without

14. First entering into the court RECORD
    my Confirmation of Denial of Consent to be Governed
1. Which I did on the first court date after getting my particulars of my criminal case
2. PS. My chest plate was snapped with deadly force the very next day by badge #1331

15. Then I had to file a sec-337 Demand against the Crown attorney
1. Which in law placed this court case in total estoppel, whereas now with this liability,

I then filed for CIVILIZATION of my criminal charges in BC Supreme Court, (it's a legal term taking a criminal matter to civil court)
where the Courts simply want to treat a 337 DEMAND like it’s a request form (which is totally illegal – but they can?)

1. Judges and Registrars tell me THAT I need to file these proceedings on their forms, which is total estoppel, because since it’s never been done there is no such thing, and

1. If I file on their forms THAT in law and in fact lets them take due process of half a century to act, or arbitrarily call it frivolous and vexatious
2. CATCH – 22
   THIS is exactly the sort of behavior that sec-337 protects the people from

17. Which is exactly the tool of most impact that I’m pressing, which is to open the door of our rule of law definition, insert a few words like
    FAIRNESS and CREATION, to effect genuine socioeconomic change,

17. Which can’t happen without involving the court of PUBLIC OPINION,
    and eventually an Act of Parliament, or an order in council to do away with me (death or vanquishment)
    On the grounds THAT politics is a dirty business,
    (they do what they do in back rooms)
    
    I got here by dirty tricks of a politician, and they can settle it with more dirt, or deal with it. - Take my word for it: until this story breaks, I’m better off dead than alive to the status quo

18. Once it breaks, AUTHORITY has to deal with it, whether I’m dead or alive.
    On the grounds  THAT just maybe someone else will want to debate my idea to change the world with 1-word
