I hold the fundamental belief that everything that is written in this document, the Motion, and the attached appendixes to be the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the Truth
I seek remedy for a fundamentally flawed decision,
in my criminal court case #157479-C,

On the absolute solid ground that it's unconscionable to understand that this case was not summarily sent to Supreme Court, or dismissed, and that by continuing the criminal process they abandoned the entire principle of fundamental Justice in a Democratic society.

Let it be known to any and all that: from the onset of my legal troubles that I entrapped the police to bust me; because when 'police must be able to break laws', then by definition everyone suffers from their lawless society. By enforcing a fraudulent Part-9 of the Police Act, then we, the people, have no legal protection from police acting like criminals, and we can't stop them.

My activity is deliberate to show how perverted this lawless society can go when pushed.

I hold that: We are all victims of events from a butterfly effect of a flawed archetypal form. (I Chin)

Can anyone explain how we the people can 'protect ourselves' from living in a criminal society, where police must be able to commit crimes, when there's no one in Authority to defend us?

No one in any city provincial or federal legislature is doing anything about this police state. - No one in the courts: no judges, no prosecutors or not even one defense council
No one on any level of Authority is raising any objections to this police state - No press is printing anything on this status, to defend our rights from this illegal state,
In fact, I've been under a publication ban for years now for trying to inform the people

Democracy is a platform where it only takes one brave citizen, to stand up for us all
As a candidate of a recognized political party,
I'm standing to validate a claim of right, having to seek remedy during a federal election, while not holding a person is enabling.

These quotes are from Archibald Cox: from Direct Action, Civil Disobedience, and the Constitution, written in 1967. It’s one of the definitive legal papers on the subject matter that I’m undertaking.

One cost we pay for all civil disobedience is the heavy damage it does to the principle of government by consent of the governed - a principle which is the surest guarantee of individual liberty devised by man and also the source of the wildest opportunities men have ever enjoyed to remake society without repeated violence in contests for physical and economic power. - Possibly there are a few rare occasions on which the goal would be so important as to outweigh the price, which a challenge to the rule of law extracts from a community. The argument is probably strongest where one refuses to do what he believes is a direct moral wrong to others
Social protest and even 'civil disobedience' serve the law's need for growth. Short of the millennium sharp changes in the law depend partially on the stimulus of protest.

Sharp changes in Canadian law occurred, when the BAR changed the definition of a few words to precipitate the millennium, with a flawed archetypal form to force 1 of 2 radically opposing paths.

In a case where a man is willing to repair the damage to the process of constitutionalism, in order to guarantee liberty,
and a chance of repeated change without force, by imposing his views upon society, then this man must be either peculiarly self-confident or extremely shortsighted.

I believe that this genuine blue blood insider, in equity, had to warn society, when he wrote this paper. He is writing on one subject, and giving a warning, that someone like me, just might be the 'undoing' of what could be precipitated from the 'civil disobedience' of going off the 'age-old trust of the gold reserve',

Archie's legal paper is a warning that there are forces at play that are precipitating the millennium. I'm but a messenger with a message of Hope on how to get out of this mess, quickly and without force.
I uphold that if you believe in God, then you can accept that in the end our Hope would not let us down

Society suffers from despair, within a decade of abandoning our rule of law, our society is imploding, from a social experiment steered terribly wrong by a few who ruined it for all,
o Out of Faith, I simply refuse to accept that this civil disobedience went as to plan
I'm taking my best shot at fixing it, under Constitutional guarantees.

     With a unifying positive direction, we can achieve greatness through peace.    I hold as irrefutable that the PUBLIC TRUST of the whole commonwealth will always be:to return to the fundamental principle of civilized life of the Magna Carta.
