I filed for a Short Leave, on April 20 2005 which means it goes to a court appearance within a few days. IT was over after 3 sessions in 1 weeks.
- I had Chief Justice Brenner presiding and he deliberately errored in order to send this case to the BC Appeals Court,
But I turned down the offer
- I hit him with my IDENTITY ISSUE & my bullet proof
tax loophole defense

This resulted in me getting a ban from filing in BC Supreme Court without a lawyer, and then he refused to rule on anything which is a crime, because in law no Supreme Court can pass the buck by refusing to rule on my IDENTITY ISSUE and he also imposed an IRON CLAD gag order from any mainstream media publishing anything about my case [which is in affect to this day.]
