As I walked out of the Court of Appeals, I was arrested for an outstanding warrant generated by by the same file I just left from for
(quote) a FAILURE TO COMPLY. What I'm exercising is Denial of Consent to be Governed, and when properly done it's a very powerful tool.

See, nobody will hold my file. But the form keeps telling them to hold me.
The form is doing its job. It's those who administer it who are not

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT POINT: A sheriff was ordered by a Justice, to 'hold' me until I was delivered to a Justice, to hold me. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANT THEM TO DO; Every since my identity issue has been so violated, I've been trying to get anyone in authority to 'hold' me, because once one does he has to make probate, WHICH IS (a ruling without precedent). That's exactly what ruling on my identity issue will have to address. AND JUDGES HATE TO DELIVER THEM

By being a recognized 'natural person' means I have a choice when asked to sign in by the Duty Sergeant, to 'agree' to be 'held'
(in other words- agree to being a person that is being held).

I denied consent to be governed
This means I am not recognizing his jurisdiction, and he cannot force himself on me.
BECAUSE I can refuse to agree to be a 'person', and I can do this with my legal status; - so they held me in a 'pre-holding-cell" for 24 hours.

I had to appear before a Justice, in 24 hours, and before going to a court room. I told the Duty Council what my intentions were, and an hour later, I was released.

THIS IS ALSO IMPORTANT POINT:When I was told to leave, the Duty Sergeant asked me to sign out. I signed under duress, and explained why. 'I wanted to go see a judge' and if I did not get a Justice to hold my file I would come back and go back and have him deliver me.
His response was that he wanted to sign under duress too.

BECAUSE OF THE DOCUMENT FILED BELOW - As soon as I surrender to custom means it's this Sergeant's duty to deliver me to a Justice to hold me, and 'hold custody' of me

In law I (this free man on the land) am CONTRABAND, this Sheriff simply cannot hold me for more than 48 hours, without delivering me to someone to hold me.

What happens next? I'll tell you when I get out.
