Q-and-A format:  
to understand the need for a PUBLIC TRUST CHALLENGE

Before reading this stuff, get your head to think out of the box.  
You can't get it, without opening your mind to thoughts that the authorities don't want you to know.  You actually might have to accept that these authorities have been deceiving you, and
that THEY want this information withheld for reasons
that cannot be in the PUBLIC TRUST

What is the 1st thing to understand? 
' "What is not directly prohibited cannot be implied" 
is a cornerstones of democracy IN FACT it's the foundation of FREEDOM and of law and order, and it's something authority would like us to ignore (like they are). Imagine reading law books to see what's not there, and then look at case law and you can see that historical events /judgments occur on what was not there. A big truth, they want to us to skim over, is THAT:
We are here in a society that is ruled by consent of the governed. 

This concept is called the PUBLIC TRUST. 
That's right, we have exactly the politicians that we want, because we elect them
We deserve them because we don't object 'enough', and worse we keep voting them in.   Every authority rules by assumption that this is how you want to be treated.

The only reason there is so much abuse is because we consent to it

What is the PUBLIC TRUST? This is a very illusive question
because there's 'in practice' and the 'in law' definition. 
Nations like the USA and England say it's undefined [upheld by case law]

In Canada, Blackstone made us unique :The rule of law is clear definition
AND our politicians would love it if it were undefined because
the Art of War points out: "you cannot defend what is not clearly defined"
In Canada our PUBLIC TRUST is based on: God's rule of law

THE RULE OF LAW (Section-133 of the BNA Act) A Fundamental principle of our Constitution, must mean at least two things. First
that the law is supreme over officials of the government as well as private individuals, and thereby preclusive of the influence of arbitrary power.              Second, the rule of law requires the creation and maintenance ofan actual order of positive laws, which preserves and embodies the more general principle of normative order. Law and order are indispensable elements of civilized life.

It's a lot bigger than this, because of case law (challenges),
But it's all founded on this founding principle of our Constitution
But don't forget the big illusion: no one can challenge the public trust

- .  My contention is simple; God's rule of law thru unconstitutional case rulings has no meaning, anymore. AUTHORITY is not challenging the PUBLIC TRUST, they are flat out ignoring it, and since we don't object, it has become the status quo
-the status quo - does not equal - the rule of law
Sec-8 (3) CCC ignorance is no excuse in law, especially when it comes to politicians upholding Democracy, by not upholding it in practice,

The Art of War said it 3000 years ago
“you cannot defend what cannot be defined, and
It's betrayal ofthe PUBLIC TRUST, to 'ignore our Canadian rule of law'
It's the cause of DISCORD and CONFLICT of our society's Democratic structure. 

FOR EXAMPLE: A recent public surveys said that 2/3rds of Canadians have no trust in their government, and 1/3rd said they had no trust in the press, and the reason is in your face. There is no unifying definition of the PUBLIC TRUST,
in a common goal of bettering our lot to unite the PEOPLE

- So there's nothing to unite us on a 'common ground',
so BAD LAWS create conflict, so we can unite against some 'common enemy'. 
When they run out of enemies over there, they (authority) create them internally.  And -
THAT is exactly what's going on now, under the CDSA.

The war on drugs is good for the ECONOMY,
- it creates lots of good paying jobs, like no war ever could, and gives AUTHORITY more power to control, in order to support a protectionist police state solution
 
Sounds like a good plan if you're a psychopath. 
Ps: The legal definition of psychopath:  Void of love.

 - The war on drugs is in law AUTHORITY declaring
a CIVIL WAR on the people. This mess with no real law and order imposed solution was /is created by a new science pharmaceuticals, and they happen to be the biggest benefactors, of this mess.   This mess needs a medical solution in order to heal a nation

How do you challenge a violation of the rule of law? 

You do this by filing a CLAIM of RIGHT, and authority will tell you
that it's never been recognized in Canadian law, and that's a crock of shite:
- they don't want anything to change, because it's perfect. 
- You'll find lots of Canadian history on this matter.
     
    To my knowledge the first Canadian claim of right was a land territorial claim of right is Louis Riel, and they hung him for it. 
A hundred years later 'the system' is starting to be call a mistake, he was a hero.

Every other claim of right in Canada has been recognized by smoke and mirrors: 

It's not recognize it in Canada, but they respect that it was inherited from English common law, sec-8 (2) CCC, e.g.:    The Sikhs have a religious claim of right to carry a concealed deadly weapon in public, sec-39 CCC

Political /social participation organizations have also been recognized, like the Orangemen, The Knight of Columbus, The Free Masons etc.  And the big exception, after a lot of hard knocks UNIONS -
And, we can't forget Tommy Douglas,
who couldn't stop making claims of right for the PEOPLE.
We the people call Tommy Douglas the greatest Canadian ever.
the reality here is that if he had to ask a court for permission to promote his party's beliefs, non of his efforts would have happenned. We would have no Medical Plan
- no Pention Plan - no Employment Insurance. All of this was done by Claiming a Right.

Case law in Canada will defend vigorously
that all political or social movement that was generated in Canada have all been treated with the same abuse of power
Canada has a tradition of totally abandonment of the rule of law, and it's always done in the interest of public safety and security

AND the reality is: We have a PRESS that says we don't object, and that they have a history of praising them for being brutes.
- Today they call us terrorists " and we are all routinely bashed
when AUTHORITYbelieves that they are making more noise
than they are supposed to make, for our numbers.

The reason we get the treatment we get is because we agree
to be governed this way, and nothing is going to change - until we read
what is not written in the law about who can make a CLAIM of RIGHT.

Who can make a CLAIM of RIGHT? 
In Canadian law, it's not defined. because
they actually say there has never been a claim of right made
while the RCMP is claiming one under PART- 9 of the 1998 POLICE ACT

- How can they recognize a Claim of Right when they are so wrong?
  In practice:  Claims of right are always being exercised, in court
it's covered by sec-39 CCC it's definitely the oldest law in the land and probably the most applied law in the land
(until the CDSA came along, it's now 70% of all crime in Canada),
   Now think out of the box

Under Sec 126 CCC - We can willfully break a law that is in a Statute
AND the Parti Marijuana Party is simply not mistaken in believing that
ORDERS IN COUNCIL on any marijuana provisions can be applied to us
Because: Sec 33 of the Charter simply cannot be used against a political party

The reason NO 'ONE' can challenge the public trust;
is because it takes more than one to challenge it? 

The Union movement made a claim of right, to unite the people to protect the workers, and this movement affected the laws of the world to show that the PUBLIC TRUST can be successfully challenged, in order to re-establish the consent of the governed, in spite of AUTHORITY's objection,
because it was too politically dangerous for 'them' to object.

Can anyONE make a political CLAIM of RIGHT?....... Yes.
By definition, any CEO /candidate of an officially recognized party can,
- I can claim that I represent a significant number of people, in my community, and since the Supreme Court of Canada upheld, under the Longley decision, THAT
we have distinct rights over the rest of us, or an un-recognized political party, and

The fact that the Election Act actually encourages any official party to uphold the rights of the PEOPLE to benefit from society,
under our guarantee of FREEDOM of ASSOCIATION,
then I most definitely can CLAIM the RIGHT to protect the abused
Supreme Court upheld CHARTERIGHTS of those people we represent

How do you make a POLITICAL CLAIM of RIGHT? 

That's easy; you take it.
Politicians definitely don't ask permission, especially
if you want to get busted, in order to make a TRUST challenge,
because you cant make one, until THEY take away a right
of a politician that is exercising a claim of right. 

BUT: The first time I filed my CLAIM OF RIGHT was Nov 5th 2004-
The very next day; my chest plate was snapped in two, by badge #1331,  
- I tried to presented irrefutable proof of the event, [x-rays] and no authority did anything about it. When I brought up all of this at the next court date, the judge did send me for a full forensic psychiatric exam though, and chose to ignore everything until it was done.

- I passed, for the 2nd time in 9 months a 4-hour psych test, and AUTHORITY doesn't know what to do.  And then, after all of this, I must present a better PUBLIC TRUST to challenge AUTHORITY or face a gauntlet of consequences 
Ps: There's no way AUTHORITY thinks, what I'm doing as frivolous

I filed the most noble trust challenge that anyone can imagine  

In light of what it took to get here, I really need to get this message of HOPE for the love of CREATION out, I need you to help, NOW

UPTIL NOW, I HAD TO DO EVERYTHING BY MYSELF IN STEALTH
TO MAKE IT HAPPEN, and FROM NOW on, I CAN'T DO ANYTHING effectively WITHOUT HELP FROM EVERYBODY

I clearly have a method to my madness,
I have given this a lot of thought, AND it's impossible to deny THAT
My Act of Supremacy Challenge changes the world as we know it. 

This is so powerful a concept and so fundamentally basic that
it awes me as to how something so Pure could be so illusive. 

But I know one thing,
THIS CHARISMATIC POLITCAL MOVEMENT CAN UNITE THE WORLD

I'm presently under a publication ban, ( I can't figureout why),
It's imposed by either numerous people acting independently,
or by a conspiracy, and frankly I don't care. 

At one time, I was well served by not being public. 
But, who ever is obstructing the dissemination of this story is perpetuating
a solution to the mess were in from being presented. . 

If you can't see that we're in the last days of this civilization,
THAT we need to make a choice, then you're insane. 

History has shown repeatedly that as a society,
We can CREATE greatness with a singularity to a common cause  
I'm convinced that Biblical prophecy of Armageddon is but one option,
we are not at the end of civilization,
we face a great divide: of a MILLENNIUM of our Golden Age or
Helter Skelter, that we are being called to reach out, on the grounds

THAT nothing is given to us but our first breath.
I'm presenting a choice for peace.  We must embrace it to earn it.

In the event that you accept that FAITH can move mountains,
Then help in making it happen. 
        
This peace movement needs everyone's participation to make it happen,
If you're the press print it, if everyone on the net sent it to everybody,
this message of Hope will become contagious.   

It's a message in a bottle that can cause only a ripple
that needs to be told, and discussed and
All by itself; it will create a tsunami of LOVE that gives Peace a chance.

Take this message in your heart and simply talk about it,
and this message will take on 'the Spirit of life' all by its own.
The hunger in humanity for a better life will make it happen
