Well, at least to me, it's self evident that they don't want that summer of love...

By kindness shown, I mean: compared to other despots, they have not resorted to torture or obviously not killed me, yet. They wisely take Jesus' advice /warning of Luke 12 on this call

ON July 24th the Judge said that he refused to be served a Mandamus and said that nothing presented to him was of any relevance to this court and dismissed my motion, he even went as far as denying me a right to serve a Petition on the same file
As I clearly expressed in my Mandamus as my bottom line #5:
I was offering an opportunity to divide the house that Albert Pike built
& they turned down a perfectly legitimate offer to divide it.[Luke 11]
This pervert judge carefully chose his words: he insisted the court could not recognize anything this is like saying the gun did it, the Judge didn't. AND it's legal insanity to say he can't ...because the Office would be committing suicide.. when it must, to preserve the form

In reaction to prophecy outlined by Jesus in [Luke 11:17-18]

Now the coup de gras [or is it d'Etat] it has just been made aware to me, by my registrar that if the Sheriffs refuse to uphold the trust then the trust fall on the Coroner's Office.

- In this FINAL NOTICE I mention that I will send this mandamus to another coroner, and
That's exactly what I did on July 17th, by e-mailing Senator Larry Campbell, who was a Vancouver coroner and must know Mr Court, and he really does hold some responsibility for my present situation because Larry Campbell was my Mayor when all this liability started
- Frankly i can't order him to do his old job, but [Eccl 8] "a wise heart will know when to act"
The last Constitutional option [which is coming real soon] is me calling for a lawful rebellion

ON MY BC SENTENCING DAY:[July 14th] - I sent my registrar
[as my messenger] to my sentencing and the Crown and especially the Judge slipped out on him and at the Judge's orders to literally threw him out on the street, with physical violence, within less than 2 minutes into the proceedings.

THESE ARE THE ACTS OF PERVERTS OF THE LAW - AND as to prophecy they simply have no fear of God Almighty and are in total stupor

- The Crown prosecutor called me about a half hour later saying that the Judge asked her to call me before doing anything. We struck many points but it came down to I do and can deny consent to be governed and
In the event that she and the judge wanted to ISSUE a warrant for my arrest then a sheriff could commit a deliberate act of SLAVERY
- & they may face the wrath of God for that by putting me away [2Thes2]

- The Crown promised to call me in regard to the Judge's ruling and they refuse to tell me
- well she never called and when I call her she puts me on hold,

So I sent my registrar to go check the records, and
there is no warrant for my arrest. AND no next court date scheduled
He came up with some very interesting findings.

NOW COMES THE REST OF THE STORY
Immediately upon returning back from Alberta, on Sat July 25th,
- I was arrested by the same pervert of the law cop who busted me in the 1st place, and he charged me with a breach for failure to appear at my Sentencing Hearing on July 14th, and possession of 7 cookies

I was arrested at about 11 AM it was a beautiful cloudless sunny day and God delivered a CLEAR WARNING with one of the most spectacular thunder and lighting displays that hovered over Vancouver and targeted it
- It was red blood and orange skies with such ominous lightning array and it came out of nowhere, no meteorologist predicted it
- It impressed everyone that saw it from far and especially Vancouverites of the power of what i call a sign from God

I appeared before a JP around 12 PM on Sunday, on a SHOW CAUSE hearing and was given a bail release on a notice to appear before another JP @ 222 Main St the next morning at 9: PM and for the record she did uphold the trust
- At this next appearance, I had a pervert of the law JP called Justice Johnstone
who had no intention of upholding the trust and insisted that i appear before Judge Giardini, which means she is handing the trust back to a pervert judge, who the Crown prosecutor insists is really pissed off & desires to sentence me.
After all that the Crown asked and got a 2.1/2 hours of court time for what she now calls
'when the judge will hand down a decision" which is a lot different from a 1/2 to a sentencing

Throughout these proceedings: The Crown kept hammering that they want to keep me in custody indefinitely
- Then the Sheriffs refused to let me go to the Registry to file for a Bail Variance Application, which is so criminal it's pathetic...
- I complained to the Crown prosecutor and when she returned the call at the end of her day, when I laid down an ultimatum

I made it clear that they had refused an offer to take Isaiah 2 thru 4 -
9 months ago, and now we find ourselves in 2Thes:2, so let's play hardball, It's self evident that the Crown and Sheriffs all desire to serve evil and it self evident that they want to put me away. I have no problem with that. So I gave notice that I was going to insist on getting arrested
- If they insist that I have no rights, and that they can break the law at will is not my choice but they will definitely be making a choice.. [not me]
FOR THE RECORD 2Thes2 says: 6And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. 7For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but 'the one' who now holds it back [from rebelling] will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way.

So today, [July 28th] I will appear @ 222 Main St. and demand to file papers with the Registry. With this kind of bait of the immediate return of My Lord and Savior why would I want to shrink? [Heb 10]
What will happen?: I don't know.. Frankly not 1 angel knows...
As I see it: If no one rebels, they desire to be the lawless one
They either divide and the evil in man is destroyed or
they are all destroyed as evil men for refusing to love the truth...

Now on another front that appeared yesterday, I had 1 of my favorite Christ Cathedral Church spies come & wants to buy pot from me...I tell him to fuck off
- This pervert expressed that the Churches will never be the one to rebel.
he said I should have pity on them because there were huge battles in the church over what i was doing and I told him to read Mat 18's warning
As I said to him: I have never met a clergy who thinks they need to repent, and i have never met a oath taker that fears God Almighty, I asked him Heb 10:29's question: "How much greater will be the punishment for those who trample on the messenger?"
FOR THE RECORD Mat 18 says:"If he listens to you, you have won your brother over...
17If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector".[Ps: they are all referred to as one]
BEFORE LEAVING He asked if there was any way I would talk to them again, and I said YES
I would be available to any group of religious leaders in accordance with Luke 12:11's advice

My plan was to record a video before appearing at the courthouse, and I simply could not get to it on time, and I didn't line up a witness to appear with me , and it not my fault it didn't come together on a one day notice...
- So i called the Crown and advised them that i was accepting their offer to come on Wednesday July 29th so that they could be prepared for me.
IN THIS WAY it does not appear that I am not co-operative
Romans 11 says I need to walk tenderly because i really am pushing this human sentiment that natural branches may be cut off, by me rushing in & this not exactly being kind

It's not as if this is the last day - it's just to schedule a court day that might be the last day
F rankly if they tell me to go away I wil - l because all it means is the lawless one is continuing to hold back, until 'he' is taken out of the way.- as I see it this "he" is still undefined... until someone decides it's me that's taken out of the way. and that's not my choice.. Stay tuned...

FOR THE RECORD: I have 2 new BC court dates

1] For a breach of a no-go with a breach of possession of cookies
it's set to appear before a Justice on Aug 10th @ 222 Main St. room 305 @ 9:30 They say it might be just a date where i get particulars and find out if or on what the Crown will press charges
Or they can throw me in jail, because they can act on a breach

PLEASE NOTE: The only paper work I have on this is a 2x3 Inch note and a list of conditions that I have no intention of obeying. After all. I can and have denied consent to be governed, and I havent got the slightest problem with being taken out of the way... It's not easy being green

As I read 2Thes 2 and Romans 13: it's still open to go either way, and it's not my choice
