This one was totally fraudulent because there was no such thing as the 5th session of the Legislature so how could there be a 5th session of the 38th Parliament in Ottawa or anywhere else other than some fictitious creation of law called a shadow governement which is so unconstitutional as to constitute TREASON by everyone in the BC Legislature
Aside from that: there's a new BILL 1 read 'before' [not when] they begin every legislature and
- There never is a second reading let alone 3rd reading of this DECREE. Instead they read a new BILL 1 before every legislature session since 2005, when Wally Oppal fucked the form>
- This was done to create a new POLICE STATE as outlined in this 2003 document, back when Wally Oppal was a Supreme Court judge with a criminal agenda to subvert the Constitution

BILL 1 — 2009 - AN ACT TO ENSURE THE SUPREMACY OF PARLIAMENT

This Act to Ensure the Supremacy of Parliament is an important part of our democratic process. The purpose of this Bill, and its introduction prior to consideration of the Throne Speech, is to perpetuate the established right of Parliament, through its elected representatives, to sit and act without leave from the Crown.

This Bill simply asserts the right of the Legislative Assembly to give precedence to matters other than those expressed by the Sovereign.

Introducing it at this point in the opening proceedings of this Legislative Assembly is a tradition that dates back to the reign of Elizabeth I when, on March 22, 1603, Parliament first recorded this assertion of independence from the Crown for purposes of legislation.
