i could list a lot of these BILL 1's since 2005 BUT I single this one out because it's so obsene

- They call this is a brand new Legislative Assembly after an election, they call it the 5th session of the 38th parliament, when there never was a sitting of the 5th session
- it really can only be read in the 1st session of the 39th Parliament by a new AG
- This Bill 1 is beind pressed by Wally Oppal as Attorney General, who was not re-elected
- It's totally illegal for this bill to be read at all - it's a total fraud and Breach of fiduciary Trust.
