101- EXTREMELY QUICK HISTORY OF MARC BOYER'S EXPLOITS [for the new comer]

1] It all started when I got busted on Sept 28th 2004 for [quote]
"That the commercial premise known as the Van East EDA of the Marijuana Party of Canada @ 40 Kingsway, did actively sell marijuana"
NB: what must be noted I filed back then a hyper-inflation indexed damage award, and it now pays all debt in the world in a default judgment

2] This resulted in 'a slap on the wrist' conviction on Dec 5th 2005, and because of this, I charged the Judge and in a seperate action I charged the Chief Electoral Officer of Elections Canada [within a month of each other]

3] My charge on the Judge took till March 11th 2007 to be heard before a Panel in the Appeals Court of BC, where they handed me proof that my trial of Dec 5th 2005 was rigged and it was not a crime done by the Judge but by the Solicitor Gen of BC and the Attorney Gen of Canada
- This is undisputable because The Panel handed me a Reasons for Sentencing dated 23 days before I went to trial [Nov 18th 2005]

4] On the 2nd front: I also had this charge against the CEO of Elections Canada, which resulted in him and the Attorney General of Canada resigning their Office on Dec 21st, 2006 and frankly I couldn't file legal papers until they called another Federal elections in Sept of 2008

5] Right after the Election Writ dropped I file in New Westminster Supreme Court a PETITION against the new CEO of Elections Canada
The Courts totally blocked my lawful filing through total criminal acts

6] [Then on Oct 11th] I did a bone head gut reaction. I went to the American Border and asked for 'Safe Passage to the United Nations' which I have every right to do. AND had I got there I would have triggered Isaiah 2 thu 4 BUT they didn't exactly like my plans

7] This ended up with me being detained for 10 weeks [til Dec 19th] in NORTH WEST DETENTION CENTER TACOMA [Guantanemo North] without any paperwork at all - except a manditory 3-day Notice to Appear before a Judge, [which they refused to honor]

8] NOW were getting into this years 2 major events /activity
a] My Charges in BC, where I'm DEMANDING under Sec 337 CCC to drag some public Officials up on TREASON charges [for rigging my trials] before they can do anything about new charges for the same old thing

b] On my charges in Alberta I'll say flat out "if it wasn't for all the past baggage in BC these charges would never have been pressed.
HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN is being offered in grace an offer to alianate herself from REGINA who is tring to drag her into the same pit.

I'm sorry it's not well presented, one day I'll re-organize it from being loose entries entered in a spot that is more logically outlied BUT it's all there to prove a prophecy that God will send a messenger that will not stop or shrink from pursing what seems only apparent to me.
