FOR THE RECORD- I arrived at the New Westminster Registry and was told by 3 Sheriffs that I was not going to be allowed to file thIs mandamus, AND ordered me to leave the building.
- I asked if this meant they were arresting me for a breach of condition, and they said NO
- They told me they would not arrest me for refusing to obey a court order, and that they were under orders to [quote] "beat the crap out of me and throw me out on the street, if I did not leave voluntarily.
- I asked " Is this how you now treat people n a Civil Court in your civil society?" He smiled & said yes
- The head Staff Sargeant openly laughed at me when I advised them that they were impaling themselves with a merciless death [Heb 10:28] and he replied that I would get there before him.
- I accept the challenge:

- There's this unmistakeble look of stupor across oathtakers eyes that truly impressed me.
[Romans]: They are possessed by the sprit of death, and will remain that way till the last day
We're in so deep that it really is irrellevant what is done... From now on "it's in God's hands"
- OTHER THAN - I must not shrink: for if I do God will not be pleased with me [Heb 10]

2009-06-11 - WRIT OF MANDAMUS

Served on this date to the administrators and Sheriffs of the New Westminster Registry
In order to deliver me to a judge, or a Justice on Short Leave in order to determine the appropriate action to take in regard to how to deal with the PRIVATE INFORMATION delivered to the Sheriffs and the Crown yesterday.

My contention is that due the accusations made in this INFORMATION THAT:
It throws such an ugly shadow over my CASE FILE # S 115218 with this registry THAT I have a legitimate right to press these charges here, on the solid ground THAT:

It’s impossible to deny that the very nature of this CASE FILE was political, and our Constitution and Charter directly prohibits the use of “Orders in Council” and or “The Not Withstanding Clause” from being applied to political activity
- The Charter directly prohibits the use of ‘those powers’ on Sec 3 and 4 and it’s impossible to deny that this total abuse of power occurred in this case file.
- AND could only have occurred thru Criminal Breach of Fiduciary Trust by those Officials that are behind these Treacherous activities.
- Let it be clearly understood that TREACHERY is an international crime, and it’s defined under the Commonwealth as collusion with the Treasury to subvert the Constitution of any Commonwealth body.

The nature and scope of this mandamus is great and I do so without frivolous or vexatious intent,
AND frankly I do so with little to no personal gain, when compared to the risks, and
I do so for the greater good, because the needs of the many far outweigh any personal risk that we face in acting righteously now, in order to not just preserve the form, but edify it.
