June 1, 2009 - WRIT OF MANDAMUS [under Sec 336 CCC and Sec 337 CCC]

1] With the serving of this mandamus, I respectively demand Steven Price to undertake the burden of upholding His duty to deliver my PERSON to a lawful society.

2] As to my understanding of the law: this can be done by ruling that I MUST appear on my case file on SHORT LEAVE that is before Judge Giglianni in Vancouver registry, on the understanding that under Sec 11-C of the Charter, she must rule in a timely manner.

A] This is being offered as a solution in order that she can deliver an unbiased ruling on my case, without the obstruction of Justice that may occur by having an Attorney General of BC, or a Cabinet standing in Office, in order that she may deliver a Just ruling with a clean conscience, without the interference of arbitrary use of power contained in Orders in Council, or from any elected Official

B] OR, You can under a Sec 337 CCC demand to deliver my case files to a tribunal, with the appropriate jurisdiction to rule on my abnormal birth and its affect on my case file, in order to determine my claim of delivering God’s new Covenant.

C] OR, You can act in any way you call appropriate, it’s not my choice.

3] In regard to forcing this Decree or issue: I do so in order to trigger glorious firstfruit by having 3 out of 3 witnesses stand for righteousness, or witness a resounding gong.

A] TAKE NOTICE: Regardless of your decision, I will file for Short Leave on my case, on the understanding that if the Sheriffs refuse to obey the law, it’s a unanimous decision to reject the Order of the Garter’s trust to uphold God.
