hereby EXPRESS my convictions to the fact THAT:
Cannabis is just a natural herb that
is not in the TERRITORY of the CDSA's rules and/or regulations
to CONTROL or PROHIBIT, under Sec 39 CCC,
- when used for medical benefit of any and all
members in good standing with our Party.
By SUBSCRIBING to the Vancouver East Marijuana Party EDA,
- [Electoral District Ass.] and following
this ASSOCIATION's PRESCRIBED PLATFORM and activity THAT:
a]- We are in fact and in law holding
a PRESCIPTION to legally possess cannabis, and
to purchase it from any EDA authorized Party outlet /member.
[b] By following the rules /regulations of our private
membership medical compassion club, we can stand-under
protection of:
Sec-39 CCC (1) - DEFENSE WITH CLAIM OF RIGHT
As a MEMBER who SUBSCRIBES with our Federal Marijuana
Party EDA, we can defend the peaceful possession
of articles of our beliefs (namely cannabis), while TRESPASSING
on the Crown's domain, as long as we show no greater
force than necessary to defend it.
- We consent to be governed under the laws of the land,
in the event that any of our members are not in peaceful
possession while on the Crown's DOMAIN, and we acknowledge
Sec-39 (2) CCC - THAT anyone without a CLAIM of
RIGHT has no such protection
I DECLARE to stand under the Supremacy of God, in a multi-cultural
civil society,
- in order to benefit from this political MEMBERSHIP under
FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION
- in the PRIVACY of his or her home, under our FREEDOM
OF EXPRESSION guarantee,
and as long as we are not in violation of peaceful possession
THAT: no authority can take possession of our articles
of belief, under full protection of sec-337 CCC. for aggrevated
offenses and Sec 39 CCC for civil remedy to recover
damages
