To access cannabis, you need to qualify by meeting -(1) of the following medical requirements

You don't have to be nearly dead to qualify
- show a need - that's all

We make it easier to qualify.

Provide any one of the following requirements, and you now have legal right to buy, transport, and responsibly use your medicine.

1st AND FOREMOST: Subscribe to the PARTI MARIJUANA PARTY
THEN - Sign this Party PRESCRIPTION and carry this form in your wallet
[and or] Sign this more radical AFFIDAVIT to DECLARING your CLAIM OF RIGHT to be a Loyal Subject of Canada, [as opposed to be the property of Canada].
THEN:

1) Give us a copy of your WCB or ICBC or any documentation of lingering pain (accident report claim, (medical lingering pain /damages report).
2) Everyone on a disability or old age pension qualify - just by signing the Affidavit
3) Give us any documentation that says you have a medical need for pain or mental anguish medication.- For example: Go to any doctor and have him write you a prescription for any anti-depressant pills, sleeping pills, headache medication, or an anti-inflammatory, or pain medication, & you can get access to cannabis for this condition, by giving us the label of the bottle ,
This prescription is solid proof /documentation of a doctor understanding your needs.
4) We don't care if your doctor doesn't approve. Just go to your doctor and ask him to write on a doctor's note pad.- To whom it may concern this person has arthritis, or chronic headaches, or sleep disorder etc.." or ask your doctor for a prescription for these conditions and you have proof that you have a condition, or a need for medication or seeking treatment /therapy, to improve this condition. or alternate pain practitioner like a chiropractor, herbalist, acupuncturist,, holistic homeopathic practitioner etc, . As long as we accept that cannabis is recognized as being beneficial, to the symptoms of this condition, you qualify. This covers well over 500 medications, and 200 medical conditions
5) If you already have some current prescription labels, paste them on a piece of paper give it to me, and you qualify.
6) If you don't have this, we can refer you to our practitioners who will help you with the necessary paper to quality.
(As long as you show a need, (physical or emotional) you will qualify).
7) Anyone who is using cannabis to combat substance and prescription abuse /addiction qualifies.
8) Anyone with a need for stress management services may get access to cannabis by going to one of our professional counselors to show need, under preventative medical care, because nothing will kill you faster and more painfully than the multitude of diseases that are generated by stress. we'll offer you cannabis access and lots of ways /resources to handle stress effectively.
9) With this information, and a 1-on-1 interview, we will work with you to assess your maximum dose levels that we can live with, & as long as you stay under these limits, you qualify to get access up to this limit.

NB. The reason for limits is to have protocol to prevent abuse. The greatest abuse act is selling your medicine. In order to better service your needs, our rules let members buy a month's supply in one sale, but don't come every week to buy it, because we have to protect the club from abuse, & every member will suffer for ignoring this responsibility.
