By subcribing to our party you are PRESCRIBED BY LAW
as being protected from prosecution for your beliefs.
Your membership is a legal PRESCRIPTION for your medicine

With this membership you then can get more protection by subscribing to any EDA that you want [Electoral District Association]
There are different ways of SUBSCRIBING to YOUR EDA'

With just these documents, we will accept you as a MEMBER, and you benefit from a very strong legal defence under Sec -39 DEFENCE WITH CLAIM OF RIGHT

PS: There are some Election Canada restrictions here: You must hold legal status to vote; as long as you can vote in Canada, and intend to express your Free will by voting

It does NOT matter if you have a criminal record, or even
if you're in prison, YOU CAN VOTE, and if you can vote,
YOU are empowered to benefit from this Party's rubric

You're Officially SUBSCRIBING to the PARTI MARJUANA PARTY,
you are affiliating yourself with a private club that is covered by the Party rubric, which extends to attracting social & political participation
under Freedom of Association and Freedom of Expression.

FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION [DCL]    Purpose of the guarantee is to permit free expression to the end of promoting truth, political or social participation, and self-fulfillment.  That purpose extends to the protection of minority beliefs which the majority regard as wrong or false.
           -Freedom means that, subject to such limitations as are necessary to protect public safety, order, health, or morals or the fundamental rights and freedoms of others,
no one is to be forced to act in a way contrary to the beliefs of his conscience
FREE SOCIETY:  A free society is one which aims at equality with respect to the enjoyment of fundamental Freedoms, and I say this without reliance upon s-15 of the Charter.
POLITICAL PARTY         1) an association, organization, or affiliation of voters- -whose prime purpose is to nominate and support of candidates at election time. 2) A group of persons comprised in a political organization by which  (I) Money or effort is expended: (ii) Money is solicited or received; for the purpose promoting, opposing, endorsing or supporting the platform of the group, of any recognized political party or  Candidate nominated at an election.

The primary rules of general club membership are

1) You need to behave responsibly, & abide by the rules of the club & to respect the rights of others, & defend the Peaceful possession of our medicine,
while trespassing on the Crown's domain

2) Never traffic your medicine to anyone, and use your medicine responsibly to benefit your condition

Once you're in the club, there is a whole bunch of activities you can involve yourself with, and you can participate to change anything you don't like about this platform,
through a DEMOCRATIC process
We also recognize that the vast majority of people don't want to be politically active, and that's exactly what democracy is about.

DEMOCRACY is a PLATFORM where politicians stand for your right,
so that you can enjoy benefit from a FREE society,

In regard to being a Club /EDA Member:

Nobody but nobody said Freedom was cheap, and
in a true Democracy, I believe politicians like me need to stick their necks out so that others can live in Peace.

None of my members are being hassled by police,
and that's because the Crown is simply not ready to take on the right to be protected from simple possession for medical need, under the Marijuana Party, or for that matter, from most legitimate compassion club providers.
