In order to show support for the efforts of our candidate,
Marc Boyer in Vancouver East and asking the question:
   Who is protecting your Charterights?

Our style of electioneering has nothing to do with getting elected.  
It's all about benefiting from Democracy, by running for Office.
- Frankly, it's impossible to get elected when I'm under such powerful MEDIA gag orders.
BUT - By running for Office, we get to legally spread a lot of dirt on federal issues that would get us into more trouble, if we were not running for Election

- Any candidate of an Officially recognized party, under the Elections Act,
has an Express Guarantee to FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION, which states:
The purpose of this guarantee is to permit free expression to the end of promoting truth, political or social participation, & self-fulfillment.  That purpose extends to the protection of minority beliefs, which the majority regards as wrong or false.

This legal ruling upholds a big cornerstone of our Constitution: the Truth.
As a federal political Party Officer, the judge cannot dismiss my truth by saying it's irrelevant because it's against the Official policy of by the people for the Economy of the majority in Parliament. [LIKE THEY DO TO EVERYONE ELSE]
"As a federal political Party [Association] we cannot be obstructed by those in power 'for attracting social & political activity by protecting our beliefs' that the majority in power considers wrong or false."  [it's a Sec-1 Charter guarantee]

This means that: under Constitutional Law, No judge or politician can't challenge the legality of my Marijuana Party Compassion Club's beliefs, unless they can prove it to be a big fat lie. or no logic is insane, thru my interpretation of my activity:
 
Authority has to prove that I'm wrong when I know for a fact that: Genesis 1:29 says: Seeking benefit from everything green is 'very good' and God gave us all wind pollinated herbs as a 'gift in thanksgiving' just after he created us. [also supported by Shiva & Buddha's story]
Cannabis is a seed bearing wind pollinated grain bearing plant, and
a Judge must denounce the Bible as a lie in Court, before calling my beliefs irrelevant.

Only a recognized political Party has a guarantee to protect beliefs;
(religions have lost special exceptions in our new multi-cultural society)
Cannabis as a Sacrament has repeatedly lost every Charter challenge
BUT under the Supremacy of Parliament, we are standing under Sec 1 & 3 Charter guarantees to protect our political rights to use this God-given plant for medicine & it's insane to say that politicians cannot protect any God-given rights in a multi cultural society, when even atheist expect them.

Safe medical access to cannabis is a Supreme Court of Canada recognized Charteright since 1998 [Hitzig /Parker] that is being denied by slapping one Order in Council on top of another. They are only valid for 3-years [therefore defined as lesser-law] not legislation - BUT the courts have repeatedly upheld that:they have the same affect as law on the people, under limitations set in Sec 1. AND Constitutionally, no ORDERS IN COUCIL can be enforced on our party because our Constitutional rule of law says so in line-1

THE RULE OF LAW: [Sec 133 of the BNA Act] A Fundamental principle of our Constitution, must mean at least two things.  1st, that the law is Supreme over officials of the government as well as private individuals, and thereby preclusive of the influence of arbitrary power.  2nd, the rule of law requires creation and maintenance of an actual order of positive laws, which preserves and embodies the more general principle of normative order.
Law and order are indispensable elements of civilized life.

The rule of law says 'private individuals' AND In criminal law:
- an 'individual' is defined, but a 'private individual" is not. AND
no individuals can challenge an ORDER IN COUNCIL - period
- even tho it's a big fat lie that destroys Democracy as it's defined for the last 3000 years, which really is the bigger issue at stake here.
- Any Officer of any opposing party must in good conscience oppose this FASCIST STATE because it's the only way in law to peacefully change anything under the Supremacy of Parliament.[under a Sec-1 common law necessity defense]

BUT the law does recognize 'private individual' under the Elections Act as an Official of an Officially recognized party,
therefore the use of ORDERS in COUNCIL or any other form of arbitrary power by a judge cannot be used against another political party, when we are protected by these SCC rulings [Supreme Court of Canada] because the law is Supreme.

IN LAW all lawyers are also 'private individuals' therefore the use of ORDERS in COUNCIL or any other form of arbitrary power by a Attorney General cannot be used against this private individual, because the law is Supreme.
AND to argue otherwise means you really are legally INSANE -Sec 16 CCC

Democracy works: Because 'Orders in Council' so directly effect the Charterights of those who vote for us, then under the rule of law, we have a Constitutional guarantee to protect our beliefs,

It's a Constitutional GUARANTEE to seek remedy by forming especially a political Association, in order to operate Compassion Clubs in our Party HEADquarters in order to benefit from a Free & Democratic society
as prescribed by law

In law we have a 'duty' in order to 'protect' our members,
by operating an alternate to the MMAR program that services the medical
needs our members, under what's called a Freedom of Contract guarantee,
in ORDER to protect this club's private individuals from ongoing trespass /abuse of our Charterights that are clearly protected by the SCC

We have a Constitutional guarantee to express the Truth that our society cannot be called a Democracy by upholding a fraudulent policy of "by the people for the ECONOMY"
Can anyone explain how we the people can protect ourselves from living in a criminal society, when there's no one in Authority to defend us from Authority being the criminals
IT deliberately WENT EXACTLY THE WRONG DIRECTION, [They did not sell-us out] That would be unconstitutional so they gave us away for nothing
"By the people for the ECONOMY" is FASCIST perversion of the law to destroy true Democracy & enslave us all.
Bankster ruling the world is such a violation of a Higher Order & totally unsustainable.

OBVIOUSLY: No one in any legislature is doing anything about this police state, they created it; No one in the courts (no judges, no prosecutors or not even one defense council) is raising any objections to this police state because they would have to expose that they perverted their oath to the BAR in 1993 - the law society voted and agreed to be submissive to a well thought out plan in 1993.
From 1559 to 1993 lawyers had to be respectful to the Crown.
Since 1993 any Attorney General can tell a lawyer that he must find his client guilty because of the Official government policy of By the people for the ECONOMY cannot be challenged & the lawyer must say "yes Sir" or get disbarred.[because of the perversion of their oath]
It's impossible to get a fair trial on any cannabis issue, when the judge must uphold that the ECONOMY of the pharma cartel cannot be harmed by this ruling
IN FACT after 20-years of bad case law - it's impossible to uphold the people's interests

The BAR can blame politicians for the unconstitutional nature of this FASCIST STATE - BUT the main reason the Courts are getting away with all this criminal activity is because politicians are mostly lawyers.
None of this FASCIST STATE would exist if the BAR did not pervert their oath to the BAR in 1993 & the only way we can ever fix this perversion of FASCISM is for the BAR to go back to the old oath.
- The only other solution was expressed by Shakespeare"Kill all lawyers & politicians"

All of this perversion of law happened because the BAR of Upper Canada Law Society
screwed Canada in 1993 by trashing this OATH OF ALLEGIANCE: 
Do you sincerely promise & swear that you will diligently, faithfully & to the best of your ability execute the offices of Barrister & Solicitor, that you will not promote suits upon frivolous pretences, that you will not pervert the law to favour or prejudice anyone, but in all things conduct yourself truly and with integrity, that you will uphold the Sovereign's interest & that of your fellow citizens according to the laws of Canada and this Province?

The new BARRISTERS' AND SOLICITORS' OATH reads as follows:
[it's not called an oath of allegiance because it's an oath to TREASON]
Do you sincerely promise & swear  that you will diligently, faithfully & to the best of your ability execute the offices of Barrister & Solicitor, that you will not promote suits upon frivolous pretences, that you will not pervert the law to favour or prejudice anyone, but in all things conduct yourself truly & with integrity; & that you will uphold the rule of law & the rights & freedoms of all persons according to the laws of Canada, & of this Province?

AND - This was done to uphold a totally fraudulent Official policy
[aka: colour of Office] of BY THE PEOPLE FOR THE ECONOMY under NAFTA de facto courts [Sec 15 CCC] IN LAW since NAFTA, we are being treated like we lost a war, & being occupied by a foreign government that has no citizens. The NEW WORLD ORDER is in law banksters ruling the world
- It's a total OBAMAnation of the law of nature, it violates a Higher Order

It's TREASON to Canada by every politician, lawyer, judge, cop or jailer to remove 'upholding the Sovereign's interest' because this phrase is a lot more than this concept than serving the superficial entity called the Queen;
it's removing a cornerstone of a lawful society. 
No lawyer on either side of the bench, has to uphold Canada's best interest, it nullifies the last vestige of by the people for the people.

Before continuing, I need to point out that nothing had to change, with the new definition.  The crime of the millennium is apparent with the draconian changes that have been enacted by this new oath. 
The implications of changing 'citizens' to 'persons' is pure perversion,
no one with a conscience can justify the change of this word in any oath.

It literally opens the door to the slavery of the citizens & no lawyer can do anything about it because it's now rule by law - under de facto law a lawyer MUST be submissive to the Crown in order to be respectful to the occupying forces of NAFTA.
Let's face the facts: Everyone who works in the judicial system is on the BAR; 90% of all politicians,& most mid-size businesses are run by lawyers & all CORPORATIONS are run by lawyers & politicians from the Bar: AND they all agree to be governed as if under an occupation force called the ECONOMY

The BAR did not sell us out  - that's unconstitutional - SO - They gave us & our country to NAFTA for security & power of their NATO armies
- The press prints what their lawyers edit, & they swear to submit to the ECONOMY - In law these pervert lawyers must control the news
The NEW WORLD ORDER is nothing but Reaganomics on steroids

As I said from the start: My electioneering has nothing to do with getting elected.   It's all about benefiting from Democracy, by running for Office.& getting my message out. Election Time is the only time we can really say the truth AND

I'm doing everything I can to protect our Nation thru Democratic & Peaceful means [albeit radical in nature] in order to press a radical solution on perverts who want us to become Americans, for their own personal profit, by doing my level best to expose a corrupt society of governance, for the love of my Canada. 
I'm in court & in the polls to get my message out. AND OBVIOUSLY I got this far without lawyers, & I could never had done it with their help.

The one thing my activism did is it got me this iron-clad MEDIA publication ban /gag order, which is still in full force and I truly can't think of one good reason other than treason for me still being under one. 
- I need support. - I'm defending the fundamental freedom to be a free Canadian, and getting my message out is exactly why I run for politics -

DEMOCRACY is a platform where brave people can lawfully stand-up to Authority
My analogy is that it allows me to hide directly in front of the spot-light
We have every right to expose the revolting behavior of authority.IN FACT it's our duty, especially when my solution to change everything is so urgent
My political beliefs are so far left that they are right
The 1-thing I know is that my message will change everything as we know it
