This
recipe is for converting regular cannabis into
Delta 11-THC- carboxy [it's a
wholesome new experience]
as opposed to Delta 11-THC-nor-carboxy,
which is what you usually get in cannabis cuisine by following
conventional ways of processing leaf or bud into butter or any
other fat for that matter.
'Carboxyfication' of the plant happens when it's brought between
the temperature of 260-to-320 degrees Fahrenheit - Carboxy cannabis
happens when you take dry leaf /bud to this temperature and
nor-carboxy is when you take wet leaf of bud to this temperature
THERE IS NO STONE TO CANNABIS UNTIL IT'S HEATED [period]
Until the Cannabis resin reaches this 260 to 320 degree
range means you will not get any stone from eating the herb or
its resin at all - if the end product does not reach and stay
in this temperature range means you just get a very powerful antibiotic
with no stone
- This is totally different from delta11-hydroxy [which is what
we urinate after smoking cannabis]

Most people are aware and familiar with making cookies, and baked
goods, with cannabis butter but
- We can offer our cannabis blended into mayonnaise, now you can
make great sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres, Just be creative [for example]
use the mayo for tuna or potato salad or to make dips, and hors-d'oeuvres
- Our high fat yogurt is ideal for making fruit smoothies, and
truly delicious straight up, and in fact everything made with
Delta 11-THC-carboxy tastes better, [it adds a 'spice' that is
primeval] if you say cannabis tastes bad or anything but delicious
simply means you do not know this recipe.
- NB - You can make any thing made with our flour
stronger, by just using both our tub products as the wet ingredient
with our dry flour, in one recipe, and this can only make it stronger.

NOW:
THE BASIC RECIPE FOR MAKING
DELTA 11-THC-CARBOXY from cannabis
1st - You need to go to the store and buy plastic Oven Bags -
The ones you cook a turkey [or pork chop] in... [I know it's plastic
but they are food-safe and heat-safe grade plastic]
2nd - Really important: the cannabis
must be really dry -
[you really can't take all the moisture out]
-
But, being really crumbly dry is important, because you're
going to bake this cannabis at 280 degrees Fahrenheit while inside
this closed oven bag, [and that's well above the boiling point
of water], and there's no where for the water to go, once you
start the process,
- now this 'steam' can screw up the process of fully toasting
[carboxy] all of the cannabis' oily cell structure, because it's
wet [and all you need to do is repeat the possess until bone dry,
- if it's not dry the 1st time just repeat the process]
- [in layman terms: steam can /will affect the ability to 'toast'
the cannabis that's inside the bag]
Fully toasting will generate 95% conversion of the THC [and other
cannabinoids] into being fully carboxified cannabis, which is
fully digestible, [even for people with really bad digestive systems]
This concept is not new - Most teas are toasted [carboxified]
in order to extract more flavor and it's this toasting that makes
green matter digestible
All cannabinoids are flavonoids therefore all properties of releasing
the cannabinoids are enhanced by toasting [aka : carboxification
lets you extract the oils better]
FOOTNOTE - If there is too much moisture in the bag you
will have some of the leaf convert to delta 11carboxy - some will
be THC-nor-carboxy cannabis, which is also very digestive, and
the rest is ready to convert into delta 11 once it's heated
[it's just a blend of the 2, which is still far better than the
old way - where little is fully converted}
-
The old way of making green cannabis butter is by boiling
the mass of leaf in buttery water and draining off the residue
and chilling it, where you skim the butter that floats to the
top. - This process will not produce much delta 11-THC nor-carboxy
[not-toasted] cannabis, because the water boils at 212 degrees,
so it never really gets to be in a fully cooked cannabis state,
[until baked in a cookie]
- Using this butter results in very inconsistent results because
you probably can never get 100% conversion of the THC in the time
it takes to bake a cookie
The reason they vary in dose with the same amount of butter is
because the conversion to carboxyTHC can vary from 30% to 70%
conversion which means some cookies will be a lot weaker than
the others [aka - no consistency]
- Our process really is a superior because the herb is fully 100%
converted before we cook with it and you obviously get all of
what's in the cannabis because you're not throwing the mass of
wet leaf with my process All boiling cannabis processes
throw away the green mass
- This boiling and straining simply cannot get all the cannabinoids
that are in it.
_________________________________
3rd
- Pre-heat a regular oven @ 275 degrees Fahrenheit. and throw
the bag of cannabis inside the center of the oven for about 30-40
minutes.
Now, I say about 30 minutes, because all you really need to do
is assure that the heat of the contents in the bag gets to about
270-280 *
, [and this toasting takes about a half hour for a 1/2 a pound
- less time for less mass like: 20 minutes for 2-4 ounces]
after that it's a matter of taste. - You literally can get light
medium and dark roast grade cannabis and each variation has very
similar flavor, but unique subtle differences in taste [just like
coffee or tea or nuts etc...],
FOOTNOTE:
- I prefer to use loose, lightly-crunched leaf in the bag, because
this texture allows for a good heat and air distribution inside
the bag. - In order for the leaf to toast [carboxify], From my
observation the leaf needs to be exposed to some dry air and that's
easier to do with loose leaf, than powdered leaf.

- Now on the alchemy of what happens inside the bag: the
cannabis goes above the smoldering point of cannabis [about 245
degrees] and yet is below the flash burning point of 325 degrees
[or so] [therefore you're sterilizing it every time you pre-bake
it.]:
- The herb wants to smoke but it can't because there is very little
air in the bag, so it activates the cannabinoids to be in a state
where it is 'as if smoked' but hasn't released any of its spirit.
- NOTE: Baking it too long, or baking it over
325 degrees makes it's usable. [or at least by my standards] it's
still edible and may still get you stoned but it's not palatable,
due to the presence of some burnt /charred green matter in the
end product.
4th - After a half hour [or so], take the bag out of the oven
with oven mitts, - Shake it up for a few seconds so that
all the cannabis has had a little treat of the little air there
is in the bag - [in order to assure toasting], and then cut the
bag open to let any rising moisture leave the bag THEN immediately
throw the bag in the freezer" and leave it there till it's
frozen, which takes about 4-5 hours - [this leaf is now turned
into carbon crystals].shake the leaf around a few times for the
first half hour then just let it freeze - The sides in the bag
will show if there is any more lingering moisture in the cannabis
that needs to be driven out AND if there is..
Do the whole process over [it usually takes me 2 times to get
the moisture out and get a full toasting affect to the leaf] -
In layman's term you're is freeze-drying the leaf to be
bone dry,
NOTE from
the moment you slit the bag you will be generating a lot of strong
pungent odor - I personally like the smell and if I don't, I know
there's a residual pesticide /fertilizer problem so I
throw it out before doing anything else with it. Thru smell -
pre-baking is a fail-safe method of knowing if
the cannabis is contaminated
This is probable the most important factor in guaranteeing quality
and poison free baking
It's a huge cost saving because you can toss the contaminated
stuff before you spend another dime on it, not to mention
the liability created by serving contaminated food
FOOTNOTE:
From experience. Don't take the cannabis
out of the bag, because the bag helps contain the super strong
odor of this baked cannabis. that is released the moment you start
crushing it - Start by beating it down from being loose leaf into
small particles by simply squashing it repeatedly, - Then rolling
pin it, into a finer powder, than take it out of the bag and sift
it, immediately.
- I personally don't recommend reducing it to powder thru electric
blade chopping devices because you want the stems and branches
[debree] removed, which can't be done by powdering it all at the
beginning
THE NEXT STEP IS TO SIFT THE CRUSHED CANNABIS to remove
what's not leaf
- the best sifters have 'the old jack in the box' type handle
- the new 'handle crank' ones with spinning parts inside are too
flimsy for the course and abrasive nature of the cannabis fiber
NOTE: This powdered cannabis will be a lot denser
than regular cannabis. An ounce of bud is about 3-4-fingers
in a plastic sandwich bag and this powder will be 1 finger, that's
because the cell wall of the cell has been shattered and all of
the cannabinoids that where once locked inside this cell are now
available, which makes this DELTA 11-THC-carboxy a lot more potent
- In fact the whole molecular structure of the cannabis has changed
Regular boiled-extracted butter processes simply cannot deliver
this consistent stone to the end product because they have no
control over how much cannabinoids they extract. THEN the baker
must convert the cannabinoids thru the final baking stage to carboxify
it [take it over 280degrees]- This lack of knowledge is why they
can't get the same result everytime
- anyone can get good and consistent baking results -
it's just not to be taken for granted
4th
- This sifting process is separating the cannabis and creates
2 grades NAMELY - What is too course and lumpy to go
thru the screen, and
- What falls thru the sifter, which is really fine enough to just
blend into any fat like butter, or peanut butter, or any vegetable
oil or shortening or any nut 'oil paste
TIP Just before you blend it into anything
is a good time to grind the cannabis into dust /powder From
experience: Don't use electric chopping /spinning
knife-tools to grind up the leaf; until the very end because they
chop it way to fine, and you lose too much THC and other cannabinoids
in vapor dust that is not retrievable.
- It's like comparing stone ground flour to conventional flour:
it's not the same
From experience, it's impossible to
avoid - This powder is very aromatic, and it's an indication that
it really is losing a lot of it's cannabinoids from the moment
you start crushing it. The sooner you get this powder into a fat
the better, because as soon as it is locked in the fat, it no
longer is losing THC to the air.
- From the moment you lock it into a fat. it is good for
as long as the fat you put it in is good for -
OR - In other words there is no loss of THC at all
after you lock it in any fat, but the fat has a shelf-life
- for example: if you lock the cannabis
in butter, the butter is good for 6-7 months [if frozen] - it's
irrelevant that the cannabis is good for years, it's the shelf
life of the butter that counts. or the coconut oil or the olive
oil or grape seed oil you put in it. .
-If you put this powdered cannabis in yogurt then the yogurt still
has a shelf life of one month
- if it's in cream then that shelf life 's 2 weeks - we add the
powder to the cream and add yogurt culture - by the time he culture
kicks in naturally is the same steeping time the cannabis needs
to blend into the cream
- For thousands of years the Orient has served bhang-lassie
at Shiva
Festivals and therefore yogurt a sacred
drink and indeed a proven great carrier for cannabis
5th
Consideration: ON DELIVERING Dose control:
From experience, you can make one of my strong cookies
by using 1.25 grams of sifted powder, This means you blend |for
example 1.25 X 50 cookies = you need to add 63 grams of powder
and blend this evenly in one pound of butter; This means now you
can bake 48-50 really good cookies with this doe
- Shortbread cookies can easily use this much butter; and sugar
cookie recipes also use lots of butter, You can also follow any
of the new low-fat cookie recipes BUT this means you need to make
100 good size cookies [and then eat 1 of them - rather then cut
one in 2 pieces]
Ps: - The butterfat in 1 pound of butter can easily absorb 2-3
ounces of powdered cannabis, BUT it's not actually all in the
butter - it's on the butter and this is why there's no standard
in dose control
- Because of the lower butterfat in yogurt, you need a lot more
volume of yogurt [FOR EXAMPLE because of the lower butter-fat
content of yogurt 96 oz tube of yogurt which can only absorb 1.25
grams of powder in 3-ozs of yogurt
So that means you can get 33 -3oz portions and that means you
add 33 X 1.25 gr = 42 grams of powder into it - then you'll get
the same affect from 3 ozs of yogurt as you would from adding
1.25 grams per cookie of the butter added to a cookie [but then
this larger volume is not a problem because it means the yogurt
is diluted to a point where there's all kinds of treats that need
3 ounce of yogurt - so that you get 1 serving or dish]
This yogurt is lumpy and has the consistency of wheat
bran in the yogurt and the yogurt is thick enough to evenly suspend
the now puffed up grains of cannabis powder.
- this yogurt make great crepes and it's ideal for baking
in any bake mix.
- These products with cream and yogurt have a very short shelf
life [less than a week]
We now can make the yogurt with our Holy anointing oils and get
a no-lump yogurt that has the same consistency as 3 ozs of this
lumpy yogurt and you now [for example] can make a powerful smoothie
in minutes by simply blending this yogurt in any fruit-juice combination
you want .
From experience: Low dose baked goods
are far more popular and promotible than those killer kick your
ass dose cookies, which really only attract the young and restless,.
The young and restless simply need to eat 2 or 3 cookies and they
will be baked for the day & get a FIRST PASS EFFECT
from an overdose of cannabis.
WARNING:
Eating too much baked goods can /will give you experiences that
are comparable to LSD or mushrooms even DMT and deliver a psychedelic
experiences that most people find too intense... You're not really
stoned on the pot you're ripped on the powerful hallucinogens
that your brain stem produced from the reaction of your liver
being bombarded by too much pot too fast.
- This is called FIRST PASS EFFECT,
and it's not the cannabis per say that is wiping you out; - it's
your own body producing powerful hallucinogens that were sent
to 'attack' the overdose of cannabis that your liver was being
subjected to. The experience is unique because it's your body
responding to attack and it's never fatal,
- If this happens, and you're not ready for it. Just go to bed,
close your eyes and dream, - and you'll sleep a really deep sleep
with pleasant dreams for at least 12 hours
FIRST
PASS EFFECT is actually incredibly healthy event
for your liver. - Medicine proves that your liver functions 'differently'
for at least 6 months after this event
- For hepatitis C victims this is like giving your liver a re-birth
jolt of powerful healing medicine - Everyone who eats low dose
intake on a regular basis has better test every time. All kinds
of medical reports say it radically changes a lot of your metabolism,
and - None of them say it changes anything negatively,
- Because, in fact, this 'first pass effect' really does change
your immune system.
- The affect of this event is to jolt your body's immune system
to be more responsive to what your body needs after that
Science has known about this effect for [what my research can
find] about 40 years, and it really is the smoking gun to prove
that cannabis is medicine, because by definition anything that
produces a 'first pass effect' is recognized in medicine as being
powerful medicine [period].

IN RESPONSE
TO SEVERAL E-MAILS I'M ADDING THE RECIPE FOR TINCTURE AND OIL
Tincture
is really easy to make... .
Just follow the directions of making delta-11-carboxy cannabis.
Delta 11 carboxy is water soluble so it really dissolves almost
instantly into alcohol.
Alcohol has a maximum saturation point; so putting too much cannabis
does not make it stronger after a certain point..
To get really strong tincture you need really pure alcohol.
On what's available at the local liqueur store
you can put from 1 to 1.5 ozs of delta 11 good delta 11 converted
bud /shake per 40 oz of alcohol.
The transfer of thc in normal green bud/shake will take at least
one month to transfer across to the alcohol. [professional herbalist
tinctures usually let herbs steep for 3-4 months].and if this
green extracted tincture never was subject to being heated to
between 360 to 325 degrees means there is no stone from this tincture
[it's just a very powerful antibiotic and the fact that there
is no stone attached is an asset for people who need large doses
of THC to attack cancer for example]
With this delta 11 carboxy - for all intents and purposes
- the transfers of the cannabinoids is almost immediately. [in
theory] But letting it steep for a week is recommended;
- .then it's just a matter of filtering it thru a finer and finer
screens to take the lumps out.
I have a friend who uses Jagermeister as the base alcohol and
he calls it Heinz 57 because jager has 56 spices in it.
My preference is vodka; it will turn a beautiful amber colour
and you can get a drift of how strong it gets because it gets
darker the stronger it gets.
- Vodka tincture can be used like any tincture and it will work
but it makes the best tasting 'bloody mary' or 'ceasar' you've
ever tasted and one or two oz will give a very strong stone.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
For coconut oil
[ note this information is written before adding /using concentrated
honey oil ]
Anyone can make what is very close to Moses' Holy Anointing Oil
by following this old recipe
All oil can hold lots of THC,. Any oil can handle 1.5 ozs of delta
11 bud/shake per pound of oil
= .|As to my research this is 50% more than what moses prescribed
- again the transfer is a lot faster and better than doing it
with green bud and I deliberately want some THC left in the pulp
[as you will read shortly]
TO MAKE OIL: take an electric deep fryer and
set the temp to 290 Fahrenheit degrees and just let the oil and
cannabis steep at that temperature for 6-8 hrs. and deep fry 8
pounds of coconut oil with 12 ozs of powder and you will have
something close to Moses' original recipe [maybe a little stronger]
.
- Then it's just a matter of filtering the lumps out.. Making
the oil too hot will give a bad burnt smell and taste, and this
happens when the oil gets over 325 degrees.
The best press for squashing [removing all] the oil from the leaf
is a potato press.
[it looks like a really big garlic press, and they will handle
about 1/2 an oz per pressing]
- Filtering coconut oil especially needs to be done with some
heat, because the oil simply doesn't want to go thru the screens,
especially the finer ones. The only benefit from removing the
green matter is for the cosmetic affect of removing green streaks
from the residue staying on the skin - rather than being all absorbed
under the skin
NOTE: By not wrenching all the oil from the green mass
means you have another powerful medicine from the left-over pulp
mass - This is a very fibrous pulp that makes great poultices.
Poultices applied to anything will accelerate rapid healing to
that area and it really is an option for advanced cancer FOR EXAMPLE:
putting poultices on breasts that have cancer tumors cannot hurt
These poultices have been known to restore nerve connections and
radically improve sensation and blood circulation in the legs
of even advanced diabetes sufferers Poultices are a radical treatment
People have put away their walkers because it works. Poultices
have a dual effect:
Frankly people rubbing the oil get the same affect BUT hot poultices
are just a great way to apply super large dose . the oil
is drawn into the skin and the pulp draws out poisons and especially
skin cancer or any cancer that is close to the skin
ALSO this pulp is by definition a super fiber supplement that
can be capsulated and eaten.
You can cook anything with this coconut oil and it's great,
and it has been used to add straight into feeder tubes on hospice
care wards. One hospice provider got quiet approval to relieve
drewling because a side affect of eating cannabis is [cotton-mouth
] a dry mouth syndrome
- They all died but they had significantly better sleep and a
better final end. and technically there is no crime in delivering
comfort experimental drugs like cannabis on the nearly dead if
the nurse and doctor agree that they see improvement to the patient.
But the best use for coconut oils is as a body rub oil.
- The sensation of a total body rub down with coconut oil is truly
exuberating
- by a country mile it's the best sex lubricant on the planet
with genuine aphrodisiac properties for especially women.
Delta 9 and 11THC cannabis are also a powerful antibiotic and
anti fungicide.
By isolating the delta 9 from the delta 11 you get no stone at
all from eating it.
- A friend of mine after one application on a necrotic dead flesh
spider bite made a 4 month old festering wound heel in 1 week,
This oil offers INSTANT relief for ARTHRITIS.
a good friend uses it on his arthritic knee caps and swears by
it. it just attacks the pain and swelling better than
any rub on earth
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++\
NOW
A NEW SECTION ON MY HONEY OIL INFUSED COCONUT OIL
As soon as
I came out with my New Holy Anointing Oil-7 resulted in a lot
of providers of medical cannabis telling me that they had this
idea too and they tell me they plan on making their own coconut
oil from their raw material and I encouraged everyone of these
would-be compeditors.
I am certain that they can make a very good product and they are
good people so I would like to point out the differences between
what people can expect from different processes. All of them have
pros and cons and i'll try to address them
FIRST: High quality super concentrated oil [90-99% pure] can be
had thru 2 totally different processes being - cold extraction
and with heat extraction -
All extraction processes extract the oil from the bud with a solvent
and some fabricators go to great lengths to make sure their oil
never goes above room temperature This oil has hardly no if any
carboxification of the THCA or any of this cannabinoids for that
matter and they do this intentionally
- This usually produces a whitish cream/paste when done with butane
[and regardless of what propellant used] - once this cold extracted
oil hits a flash heat [not open flame] it gives off an incredibly
amount of concentrated smoke and a very powerful stone with very
little oil.
In theory as well as to my experience, well processed cold fusion
THC cannot get you stoned when eaten or done as suppositories
because there is no carboxy converted THC in it - which means
you can do very large doses of THC without getting stoned and
this may be an asset when attacking cancer because it may be that
the THC not the stone that delivers the medicine
- our heat-infused oil will get most people very stoned on very
little when you eat it and frankly this getting stoned factor
limits how much THC you can get because you may be too impaired
or dragged out from the stone. I simply have no expertise to say
that cold THC is better- For me to make a claim that mine is better
because it gets you stoned is irresponsible when getting stoned
is considered an unacceptable liability to many people. If taking
a lot of inactive [not carboxified] THC is better remains to be
seen and personally I think there are uses for this oil
To my knowledge - this cold-infusion oil has not been
used topical [on the skin] and frankly I don't know if cold fusion
oil will take away pain like my carboxified oil does.
I've never made it or seen it - as I said others will be coming
out with new stuff because they were inspired by my oil.
Cold infusion THC oil cannot get you stoned and neither will the
heat-fusion oil get you stoned from just rubbing it on the skin
- BOTH are very healing because of the THC in the oil
NOW there is no research at all [to my knowledge] on whether cold
fusion THC oil is better than hot fusion THC oil - It only stands
to reason that one will work better than the other for different
conditions and there are lots of conditions out there. and I'm
certain there's a good reason for both - Both should work on something
because research shows that uncooked THC is a very powerful antibiotic
that works on super-staff virus and the new drug resistant virus
strains BUT then our cream also works on this and I will not make
a claim of being better without somebody else with good qualifications
confirming it
What I do know for sure is that our percolator process
and Rick
Simpson's recipe for making green oil
are guaranteed to take every molecule in the cannabis to 280-300
degrees Fahrenheit for long periods of time - If you
listen carefully to his instructions he says that he gets his
oil to 280 or so in order to boil off the solvent faster - The
flushing did not cause carboxification it's cooked with the heat
from rapid evaporation of the solvent
BY DEFINITION this is carboxifying [cooking] the THC /cannabinoids
in the oil, It's impossible for this process to not make a 100%
convertion of all the cannabinoids into <nor-carboxy THC>
and by definition this makes it very edible. Our heated honey
oil is exactly the same oil that was used on this rather dramatic
skin
cancer video and frankly all anecdotal claims
of oil working to cure cancer and alleviate pain come from carboxified
THC so I know for sure ours works and getting stoned is almost
impossible to avoid. when eaten or when you use it in a suppository.
Our raw material to make our honey oil is exactly the same as
Rick Simpson's oil - All we do is refine this crude hemp oil into
pure essential oils thru a centrifuge. and all the green is gone.
- as a rule of thumb one pound of bud will give about 60 grams
of Rick Simpson's oil and this will make about 20 grams of refined
honey oil IN OTHER WORDS our oil is 3X more concentrated.
Our oil is ideal for skin cream because it leaves no green matter
sticky film on the skin but this does not mean that this green
oil cannot be used for baking edibles - the green mass is not
a problem if you intend on eating it. Cooking Rick Simpson's green
oil into cookies is just as affective as swallowing a small amount
of his oil. straight up. and so can anyone eat our honey oil straight
up - it's just that the chances of overdosing with this concentrate
is really high
[CAVEAT] - Coconut oil has a maximum infusion saturation point
of 18 grams of resin per pound of coconut oil.- In my recipe I
use one 5-gram vial of oil and blend that into 2 lbs of coconut
oil and that gives me the equivalent of 3.1/2 to 4 ozs of bud
per 2 lbs of coconut oil and as you can see I could in theory
add 6X more honey oil than I am - From experience using 5 grams
of honey oil in 1 lb of coconut oil [2x stronger] makes a cream
that leaves a sticky film of oil on the skin - there is no sticky
residue from from my half as strong cream and the number one use
for this cream is as a skin ointment.
- This twice as powerful oil had no real increased ability to
take away pain in a topical rub application and it was twice as
expensive so I'm sticking with what I thought was best - and worked
with it
NOW if you use Rick Simpson's green crude as the base for making
cookies means all you need to do is blend 15 grams of green oil
to the 2 lbs of coconut oil [or whatever oil] and you will have
the same strength oil as I use. for my skin cream and a 2.1/4
to 2.1/2 fluid milliliters of this coconut oil seems to give a
very similar strength of stone as when i use 1.25 grams of carboxy
bud /trim per cookie. I'm the first to admit that the carboxy
cookies have a different stone than the nor-carboxy cookies BUT
you really have to be a connoisseur to tell the difference and
both work and i offer both and people like both From what I've
experienced they Holy Oil [nor-carboxy] stone comes on faster
and harder but it does not last as long as my baked shake cookies
[NOTE] 1 gram of water = 1 ml of water BUT oil is a lot lighter
than water
1.5 weight grams of coconut oil is about 2 fluid milliliters and
it's easy to make dose control errors by going from one to the
other because they are really not the same amount of oil
ANYONE who can make good green oil can make good edibles with
this oil by diluting it in coconut oil like I do AND anyone can
make any strength cookie they want AND this inconsistency in delivering
a standard dose is by far the greatest liability in edibles because
it's been for most bakers a situation where they lack the knowledge
to eliminate the many variables and quality control is left to
the intuition of the baker as opposed to the imperial information
needed to deliver exact dose control.
My solution is print my dose controls and stick to it and hope
that people use it in making their edibles
[At least I'm establishing is a dose that is a lot stronger than
most baked goods out there]
There is no such thing as an industry standard and I'm offering
one. This means anyone can make a claim to make the same strength
cookie as I do by following my dose control standards OR
[for example] they can claim to make a 50% stronger or 50% weaker
cookie than the standard people will adjust there dose on their
dose controlled product -
The easiest way to claim my quality is to buy my Holy Anointing
Oil-7 and follow my recipes and this baker can legitimately claim
that they make exactly the same thing that I make. Anyone can
make anything they want with my oil and get consistent results
every time. and that's how you keep a good business. The cannabis
baking industry really lacks and needs a standard dose
Anyone can do the math on the cost of making oil and see that
baked goods offer really incredible margins if you grew the cannabis
and did all the steps in between. to get it sold at retail prices
The market supports a $5 retail price for a strong cookie and
frankly most cookies out there are a lot weaker than mine So my
dose standard is actually raising the bar.
- I personally see not much movement in this retail price for
cookies because the cost of making a cookie with my Holy Anointing
Oil-7 is not the most expensive part of the equation in making
a cookie [the wage you should pay yourself as a baker to bake
that cookie always was the greatest expense]
- Anyone can do the math on the information I'm providing on making
Holy Anointing Oil and see that you can get just over 10 -500ml
jars to a pound of bud/shake and that 2,000 per pound. by charging
a wholesale price of $200 per jar
- If anyone thinks this is charging too much can make there own
hemp oil or honey oil
We respect that we cannot undercut the price of the supplier of
the raw material and it's simply bad business to undercutting
a fair price for the oil. because we can. Everyone who supplies
us with trim appreciates that we will never be the one to not
charge a fair price for this honey oil.
ANYONE can go buy the coconut oil and buy our 5 gram jar of honey
oil and make 2.1/4 [500ml] jars for about $200. [with our wholesale
price for honey oil] but then after your value added time and
labor you'll want $200 for your jars of oil if you sold them to
someone else too.
The best price we can give is FREE honey oil if you provide the
shake.or bud - It's a simple transaction you give us
the trimmings of a large fresh crop and a week later we will give
you half the oil we retrieve from this trim. Our minimum batch
size is 20 pounds of leaf/bud/trim - If you need more than one
crop to get that much trim then dry it and store it until you
have at least 20 lbs of trim.
- On this size of batch it pays to chromatographically test that
batch because with this data we can make sure it's exactly the
same strength because we can adjust the recipe to be as if 100%
every time by adding 2,5 grams of honey oil per 15 ozs of coconut
oil instead of a whole pound of oil if the readings were a little
low than 95% pure in that batch. Huge Irregularities can be caused
if there is hemp seed oil from a seedy crop in the batch [for
example] this non stone oil will significantly affect the purity
level of the honey oil because you can't really separate it from
the honey oil - we get very consistent dose levels by using this
data and with these readout we can show why purple kush is not
the same resin as you get from timewarp or whatever strain it
is. We have the equipment and the expertises to offer strain specific
honey oil but it's gone within a week or as as soon as it's made.
- At our end we can make a good living by just being the supplyer
of 500 milliliter mason jar to bakers My preference would
be to do just that and anyone can read that this has been my game
plan for 10 years now. Until then I'll bake cookies
A baker can make 250 cookies with one jar and this means each
cookie costs the baker about .80 cents wholesale in oil and this
makes the cost of the whole cookie under $1.00 [before labor]
The most a commercial baker can shave off this price is by doing
everything in house and that will get you another 25-to-30
cents per cookie cost saving [by eliminating my value added services]
- at $5 per cookie that's $1250. worth of cookies from a $200
jar and anyone person can bake and wrap 250 cookies in a 6-8 hour
shift in a small home kitchen and if they really need the extra
60 dollars to do it all themselves in house then they can and
I can't stop them.
NOW the logistics of selling that many cookies every day becomes
a problem but cookies freeze and the shelf life for a frozen cookie
is at least 6-months BUT if you're doing cakes /brownies with
this means they got to be sold in 4-5 days because after that
they will not pass any best before date..
Anyone can buy from a compassion club a jar of our Oil at a $60
retail price and make 50 cookies
That means this person is making a $5. cookie for under $1.50
each [including all the flour eggs etc]
In real terms a professional baker has a $1 lower material cost
by buying in bulk and doing all the value added labor over a retail
home kitchen baker's material cost [before labor cost]
I personally don't see a rush to destroy the $5. retail cookie
price because the market is simply not there to attacked any 10,000+
cookie a day baking operation. In the mean time my Oil offers
a Compassion club an opportunity to standardize their dose control
and have a good cottage industry that can only grow by not wandering
from making consistent quality goods.
- Any group or anyone can have a good cottage industry by buying
my 500 ml jars and make a consistent product and this ideal of
me being the provider of baker's supplies is exactly what I expressed
as my goal in this venture 10 years ago.
There is a genuine opportunity here for people to start small
and dream big
