Open Letter to Joe Mercier:

1] In B.C. last week, a case against polygamy in Bountiful was dropped by the Chief Prosecutor apparently against the Attorney General’s directives.

2] It is self evident that after 3 judges can’t or refuse to drop my charges and step down from my case means that an attorney and or a solicitor General are pushing the judges and you to keep my case active, and frankly the only way anyone can find me guilty is through malfeasance.

3] As I see it the last judge who I faced at the pre-trial refused to seize the file, and that means another judge will appear before me. This is illegal and places my entire prosecution in disrepute.

4] I filed a mandamus and the judge said “The office can so nothing about my situation”

5] He’s right; the office has no arms, no legs, no mouth, no ears, and especially no conscience. It is evil incarnate.

6] Under Stroud’s definition of Colore Officii [1985] Human Beings are not responsible for anything; it’s The Office that did it: Black robed blue meanness.

7] In my case, that office desires to prosecute a Free Man a genuine [and probably the last] true Child of God. Who is firmly standing under the jurisdiction of the sovereignty and Supremacy of God, and defend God’s Rule of Law. Because The Office killed both and make all us sinners [those who hold SIN #’s] into warehouse receipts. Under the 1985 Bank Act by upholding the supremacy of parliament, which robbed The Constitution’s power for the office thru sec 33 of our charter now.

8] Because of the Sunset Provisions of the Bank Act the Colour of Office is defined as [DCL] “under duress of economic or military force” because the banks have this contract that says it must stop printing money if we automotons don’t do it’s bidding.

9] Now under the Supremacy of Parliament, there’s only one way to fight a bad law legally which is thru political activity, which is exactly what I am doing.

10] Now the office is just plain giddy that I can destroy the last Child of God and Democracy after all I want to convert The Office to Uphold God’s Creation. [And]

11] That last judge at Calgary’s Mandamus is correct: The Office simply can’t do anything about it. But a Human Being can, and God promises in [1 Cor 15] that a just Human Being with an abnormal birth will be like Adam and bring the dead to life. And that’s exactly what would happen if my Act of Supremacy Charter Challenge went to the S.C.C and I guarantee you the impossible would happen.

12] It’s impossible for The Office not to know I am God sent to perfect The Form, and The Office has known for at least 40 years that this carefully guarded secret, would change everything, in fact it’s impossible not to do just that Under Monotheism God is everything and he created everything. He called it “The Creation” and he conceived it before time began, and The Office upholds everything of substance, so why on earth is The Office upholding God? And as in The Lord’s Prayer “Everything on Earth would be the same as in Heaven if a man believed in my message that if The Oath of Office changed from upholding God [which man broke] to Upholding God’s Creation that life on Earth would be exactly like it is in Heaven.

14] I entered this test with a confidence that I could save every last one of you assholes, and it’s self evident that you all insist on proving me wrong.

15] What was made clear was that I simply cannot stop making offers until God says enough is enough and he reconcilliates with the rest of the world.

16] As I see it: Every time I offer an opportunity to send me to a higher court, you insist that I must beg for God given rights to get there. You have no idea how that simply is the worst thing I could do, so go to Hell.

17] If your destiny is to prove how bad Evil can get then who am I to argue with the mold maker? It is simply not my job to forgive you, and who can forgive anyone who refuses to say that they have done anything wrong?

18] I have had too many Oath Holders insist that they think I am the one who is crazy. Why else am I in an MDO cell block>

19] My solution here is the same as the last Judge who refused to sieve the file at your pre-trial confirmation hearing.

20] Send me to a 4 hour forensic exam. As I see it Rom 7:14 thru 24 is an accurate description of your collective mind set. And as to Rom 7:10, you went over the deep end when you abandoned the commandment that’s meant to liberate you: The Lord’s Day Act – Big M Drug Mart 1985.

21] You can do what ever you want. You can send me for a Forensic here or in Alberta. You can set the court date till after I’m released. But I strongly advise you not to gate me what I get out of here on Dec. 30^th.

22] Or you could drop the charges and send me my Party’s funds that Sec C RCMP robbed from me. That’s what the Chief Prosecutor did to the Polygamist of Bountiful.
