Comfort for God's People
from a messenger of glad tidings
– Isaiah 40 on is being fulfilled
For this metanoia to be affective, it must be a stumbling block,
(as outlined in Rom-9) and be what
Archibald Cox called “The widest opportunity devised by man to effect a makeover without the use of physical or economic force”      
Ps: He happens to be one of the architects of our destiny; by converting gold to blood to back money.

- Most scholars accept that, for this makeover to be conquered in Peace mean that it will be done in the courts, and leads to the bankruptcy of the world banks, and I’m here to say this is a bloodbath. - It’s the paying off of the world debt that generates Paradise on Earth. 
- Looking at prophecy with my damage award awakens a message of Hope Eternal, changing fearful passages to benevolent images.

It’s impossible to avoid having to pay it, legally, that is, and it's said

If no one pursues the ridiculous, we will never achieve the impossible

- ‘All’ I’ve been looking for since exposing this liability, on Sept 28, 2006

is to get in front of a Judge to present it, and everybody is acting like fulfilling the Order of the Garter’s trust is a horror story. (Rom 7)

- If my case file doesn’t show utter sinfulness for what it is, then I didn’t succeed. 
- I have been hammering the system on all levels for years,

A Judge must ‘ eventually hold this file and decide that pursuant to Sec-11-D, of the Charter this case file is being sent to a judge to seize the matter, in order to seek remedy under The Supremacy Act of 1559.

- CATCH-22 - But no Justice will seize the file; On the grounds that it contains matter that are an insult to the courts, (or) it is being dismissed.
- This Act is still in force, it's where the expression "no one is above the rule of law"

The Court of Appeals dismissed it, for having no authority //jurisdiction, but before they sent me packing, they did 'address" this issue of who can do something about it. and this ruling was that the lowest level to seek remedy is with a Chief Justice's jurisdiction.

Ps: this story has just started, the 1st phase is almost over, & it's far from over
IN FACT: A NEW CREATION, AS GOD PROMISED, IS THERE FOR THE TAKING

I’ve been under a gag order, for over 3-years now, and the only excuse for this is stupidity, (Rom 11) – “God gave them the spirit of stupor, eyes so that they could not see and ears so they could not hear to this day”.

On 4/20/04, I went to Supreme Court, and was delivered to a Chief Justice,
Chief Justice Brenner, [and every judge since] 'refused to address' it to a tribunal, on the belief that at that time it wasn't a big enough insult to the courts, and
- therefore just beg in a pay as you go review in Appeals Court forever

In law, the soul function of a tribunal is to Act when [not-if] God's Manifest Destiny appears  

Ps:  Under a tribunal, it’s pure administrative law; under this mandate,
the tribunal MUST call my damages award ‘frivolous and vexatious’ or ‘address’ it. 
This appearance is called by Jesus in Luke 11 as ‘the men of the Nineveh’

Their decision is final and they hold the power to chastise this wicked generation, because they hold more Constitutional power than the Queen [in Canada].   

The only way they can pay such a colossal damage award is in Treasury Notes.
Treasury Notes are by definition created by God, [a fictitious creation of law]
and given to Kings to hold in trust and transferable to other Royalty.

- From the onset I've been saying that it's King George's registry that was defrauded and these treasury notes could be created and held by this tribunal in order to pay damages created before forwarding it to the next King's descendent

[Isaiah 3:7] The deliverer of the message insists that he not be made leader of people

That means King George's heir inherit these Treasury Bonds which are real once they land onto the next King 
Ps: The Commonwealth registry openly admits that they really don't know who the next King of the Commonwealth will be,
- they say that the next king may not necessarily be the King of England

Ps: In law, to fall back to this registry to correct a violation of the fundamental principles of Justice is called Manifest Destiny, and no court can ignore it; to do so breaks a Holy Covenant with the Order of the Garter

- Now, for this registry to ‘hold solid ground’ these bonds must pay off this Queen debt and the debt of all the other paper Queens. 
In other words: this tribunal must pay off all debt in the Commonwealth

[Isaiah 4:1] ‘Seven wicked sisters will want to hold one man. They’ll take care of their own just take away their disgrace’ 

This damage award is growing exponentially and , it's still a default judgment
- This means that the bill b by Jan 08 has a total with 22 zeros after that    (Ps: that’s a lot of money) In perspective: there’s (an equivalent of about) 7 to the power of 27-zeros grains of sand in planet Earth.
- This means a small basket of this would be worth a dollars [Fulfilling Isaiah 40 prophecy].
- Now, I can ask my friends to throw into this pool all the worthless paper money they can muster up With this total, we divide it into this kilo of sand and the next day everything is adjusted to ‘normative’, where everything in the world is precious, and it now pays to fix this planet

4:2 ‘In that day’, Paradise will begin
and we can take a 2-cent ticket to Paradise and go straight to Isaiah 40 : 
But my dread is great, because to reject this offer is dozens of curses, in the chapters between 4 and 40

In law this registry, to hold solid ground, must pay off all the debts created by [and since] WW-II, which means

Paying off all the fraud created by this liability held by seven wicked sisters,
[the factored paper Queens] and that means paying off all debt, because it's backed by a fraudulent debt, created by legal fiction that no longer upholds the grace of God to endorse Treasury Notes,
- but now bow to Satan, who demands that we the people be converted to warehouse receipts,

Isaiah 40:1 Comfort to all God's children
-    2 Speak tenderly to Jerusalem, and proclaim to her that her hard service has been completed, - that her sin has been paid for, that she has received from the LORD's hand double for all her sins
-   In a Higher Order these treasury notes to King George’s registry fulfills Manifest Destiny, as defined by law
Ps: before transferring Her bond, a tribunal must pay off Her debt, and this creates a benevolent twist to to a lot of prophecy, like this.

I ‘m here to fulfill the return of Paradise on Earth,
we will redistribute wealth, by paying off the entire world’s debt, and
As to Rom 8on - conquer with Love, and liberate Creation from the bondage of decay to the glorious freedom of the children of God.  
I’m a messenger, the stumbling block predicted in Romans, sent to deliver a message of good tidings of metanoia, and the glory of the imminent return of the Kingdom of God through the intent to fulfill the prophecy of Isaiah. 

My immediate concern is that tribulations (Mat-24) is at our doorstep, if they don't comply with manifesting their destiny

- Refusing to surrender to a totally unknown of a total about face is what is being presented by my Act of Supremacy Challenge,
- Failing to seize a moment unleashes so many Biblical curses
It's this fear that grips those in power - they can run but cannot hide

 Isaiah 40: 12 Who has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, or with the breadth of his hand marked off the heavens? [my damage award is]
     Who has held the dust of the earth in a basket, or weighed the mountains on the scales and the hills in a balance?  13 Who has understood the mind [d] of the LORD, or instructed him as his counselor? 14 Whom did the LORD consult to enlighten him, and who taught him the right way?  Who was it that taught him knowledge or showed him the path of understanding? - 18 To whom, then, will you compare God?  What image will you compare him to?
(My God is a consuming fire - Romans 10 )

You can keep all your gold jewels possessions: nobody gets robbed. 
Life goes on with a metanoia ‘change of mindset’  that I call Paradise on Earth
now; everything in the world is precious -     

Imagine: Hope well placed by the hand of God will make it happen.       

 Nobody has to rob any bank, and the banks will never rob you again;

In fact, I’ll give lots of money right back to the banks, by paying off every loan in the world, in so doing, we’ll witness a makeover with ‘consent of the governed’, and our TRUST well-founded in the ‘new Creation’ of our Golden Age with faith.

The tribunal can constitutionally, on a default judgment,
force the banks to accept redemption (payment)
 
Isaiah 41: 1 "Be silent before me, you islands!  Let the nations renew their strength!
Let them come forward and speak; let us meet together at the place of judgment. 
(All God’s children are being invited to a Banquet)

41:2 "Who has stirred up one from the east, calling him (K. George) in righteousness to his service?   He hands nations over to him,
-.......... (like the seven wicked sisters the paper Queens of his Empire)
and subdues kings before him (by holding the new trust in His registry).
He turns (all nations) them (debt-free) to dust with his sword, (justice) to windblown chaff with his bow.  3 He pursues them and moves on unscathed, by a path his feet have not traveled before.

This path to metanoia, offers a creative new notion to Redemption - upholding Creation and the paying of all debt fulfills all of this  

42:4 Who has done this and carried it through, calling forth the generations from the beginning? (the men of the Nineveh) I, the LORD -with the first of them and with the last—I am he."].  I am just a messenger of future glory; Rom –8

Rom 7:  To recognize utter sinfulness for what it is.  Abandon the disgrace, there is no profit in destroying Creation Rom 9:  Ps: As sons - ‘In the mindset of upholding Creation’, is about to spring on everyone in authority really soon
Rom 8:  The House of Israel is being called on ‘the love that lie between the lines of illusion, never speaking truth…
Rom 13: You are being called to follow the law, to escape the fear of the one, and to surrender to love by upholding Creation
Mat 24:   The good news is that prophecy says that they will comply, and I say: the Kingdom of God is there for the taking

- The basic Truth about metanoia, [change of mindset] is that:
We can all thank God for a simple thought that's unwritten for a Millennium, and it's not a 'born again feeling' it's 'an awakening'

- ‘if’ simple Pure answers to life can be quashed from the ‘cosmic conscience’, when once shown become self-evident, then God Almighty can be held to deliver on his promise of delivering a path of awakening in Peace, and understanding.    
I’m here to say that it will become apparent to everyone ‘in the blink of an eye’ real soon

-     Ps; your news gag-order creates a liability, when
God wants us to pray for his chosen ones - who is hearing it?’
-      It also means everyone has forgotten our state of stupor:
- The message is hope:  all past sufferings will seem insignificant compared to the glory that will be revealed to us [Romans 8]
They say you can't handle the truth: This truth sets us all free[Romans 13]

Isaiah 42: 1  "Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight;
1 - I will put my Spirit ‘on’ him and he will bring justice to the nations.  
2 He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets.
3 A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out.  In faithfulness he will bring forth justice;
The form is preserved by upholding Creation
everything changes, and nothing falls apart,

Isaiah 42: 4 - He will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth.
In his law the islands will put their hope."-       Ps: it’s this line that upholds this hope that metanoia, the promise will appear in the Order of the Garter first

  - What’s wrong with adding Canadian values as the 1st new branch of the tree of life?

Romans 9   What is so bad about founding a new world based on upholding Creation? -  IN CREATION WE TRUST conquers all, with the Spirit of life
I sincerely ask:  Who will say that God Almighty cannot be held to His Word to deliver on a promise, before we self-destruct? 

-         What is really important here is that all I can do is ‘present the opportunity’;
I am not the one making the choices - ask yourself - if you were this close.
Time to realize it’s all within yourself no one else can make it real…
It’s the message of Hope that sings a new song

Imagine:            Rom 7:17 By upholding Creation, every one with riches can
"Share in the glory" by being a nice guy, by being a good manager of projects of hope well founded to better your little corner of Paradise.  What’s wrong with this?

in IN CREATION WE TRUST it pays to run large watershed reclamation projects that return bounty in a land of a garden paradise.  It’s not an overnight event. (But the change of direction is) 
- It’s a gradual return to an agrarian life, where the real profit is a better life for everyone.  We will need cities to support the countryside, instead of draining the hinterlands.  Upholding Creation means making a profit by bettering it.  If this isn’t a good about face then what is?
This metanoia will be like it occurred in Nineveh, except

He is sending one greater than Jonah and there is lots of help from everywhere,
Romans 8on says there are lots of predestined, who wait in patient anticipation for an awakening, into the Creation itself in order to be possessed in the Lamp of the Body

Isaiah 42: 10 Song of praise to the Lord  Sing to the LORD a new song, his praise from the ends of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you islands, and all who live in them. 
11 Let the desert and its towns raise their voices; let the settlements where Kedar lives rejoice. Let the people of Sela sing for joy; let them shout from the mountaintops.  [break a publication ban and rejoice]
12 Let them give glory to the LORD and proclaim his praise in the islands.

Ps: Singing a new song is a reference to a joyous metanoia
(change of mindset): We return to the mindset of the ancients.

42:13 The LORD will march out like a mighty man, like a warrior he will stir up his zeal; with a shout he will raise the battle cry and will triumph over his enemies.
42: 14 For a long time I have kept silent, I have been quiet and held myself back

Isaiah 42:11 Then a reference to many others joining in and then in Isaiah 12
the metanoia is accepted throughout the world. 

- These warriors are outlined in Romans 8-on, where more than Conquerors save creation itself from the bondage of decay. 

My message on Romans 8 must be understood.  (in meta4)
You must get God out of jail, by reversing Big M Drug Mart,
and redress the Lord’s Day Act to uphold Creation.
The reality is in metaphor
- It all started with LEXICOGRAPHY: the perversion of words
Israel violated the Act of Supremacy with the 1985 Bank Act
then Jacob converting of the oath of allegiance in 1993
then robbery occurred with Part 9 of the 1998 Police Act
which leads to filing on what can only be called a de-facto government
As to prophecy they only go from bad to worse

- This reverses the perversion of words
(as the Egyptians did in Exodus 11) [there's nothing new under the sun]
- This enslaved everyone to serve the economy, under duress (colore officii), where systemic arbitrary use of power creates a slave-master society that is literally hell-bend to destroy creation for an even greater profit to the bitter end
-           This planet will not stop imploding until we stop backing money with blood.  It’s totally irrelevant whether you want to argue the point or not; it’s simply unholy, it’s tyranny: an abomination of taking what you have no right to take
The Banks say don't worry about it: "it's just a fictitious creation of law"

. We are being given an opportunity to avoid a bloodbath
This occurs Peacefully, by following the law, when we and the archetypal form drop back one registry, which means we break the bond to blood backing money, and we move on with only a ripple in the structure. 

Containing consent of the governed during this transition period is a curse of living in interesting times (which arose from an event like this).  God did not send you a white elephant, he is giving everyone a little lift of Spirit of life, and sending among us the embodiment of a saint and an ancient to make it happen; they are called Sons of the living God. 
Who will call a path of Love Faith with Hope Eternal an impossible dream 
 
        Isaiah 42     But now, like a woman in childbirth, I cry out, I gasp and pant.

15 I will lay waste the mountains and hills and dry up all their vegetation; I will turn rivers into islands and dry up the pools.  16 I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them; I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.17 But those who trust in idols, who say to images (grand illusion weavers), 'You are our gods,' will be turned back in utter shame. 
- Ps: But there’s these big caveats:
- The truth will set you free:  Ignorance of the people is no excuse; the people must be informed; print or perish, literally

Ps: I’ve been seeking remedy though lawful means of my choice for over 3-years now (Sec 11 Charteright),

-NOTICE- Matthew 24      The flight of the elect took place on Dec 21st 2006, and this just delayed a shaking, like the world and of the heavens has never seen and will never see again’ - (Ps: just like Jonah; “see it didn’t happen”). 
- Had Jean Pierre Kingsley held the trust of 'addressing'
one hard question, of what rule of law is Supreme?
(Had he answered /repented by just saying the truth), then
We would've had this shaking somewhere around Christmas;
but he chose to resign.

 -          Faith is certain of what you do not see.   The glorious big gong of Mat 24 did not happen, but clanging cymbals (Corinthians 13) occurred to a lot of people who witnessed a visit from the flight of a whispering angel since then; may be called pre-destined to be in the Sonship.  The gore and the horror of Revelations simply do not have to happen. 

God is Love (that’s it) It's a singularity to behold
any image that God Almighty is angry or sad or punishing is a grand illusion of a great deceiver
