Motion #1:  Grounds of Belief:          We must fulfill the trust of recognizing Manifest Destiny
·         Which is to enable and/or Act on our ancestor’s Hope of returning to Paradise on Earth 

Basic Premise: The TRUST of the Commonwealth occurs by converting GOD to CREATION:

This ROYAL COAT OF ARMS was cast 700 years ago to seal a contract with our society; 

In Canada this contract is still in effect, because this Crescent is hung in our courts.   From the onset of this contract, the BAR (Barristers Accounting Registry) swore to uphold ORDER through countenance to defend the people, by upholding ‘perle gem terrae, under the creed of Dieu et mon Droit, under the rule of the Order of the Garter

Ps: ( In English)  the rule of law of the Land, under God and my right and ‘Shame on he who calls this evil’ - This trust is upheld across our Commonwealth & it’s the foundation of American case-law
  • I believe it holds the keys to a promise of manifesting destiny, of entering into our Golden Age

  • When this contract was caste, a common legal definition of God
    was agreed upon by all parties,
  • In law, God was defined as ‘Everything True and Pure’,
    and His Word is upheld in the Bible, 

They all understood that an agreement is to the benefit of all who SUBMITTED to our ACCORD
This social contract was broken when the BAR upheld that God is undefined.

 earthI believe Manifest Destiny occurs by reversing this ruling, in order to uphold a new lawful definition of
1-GOD, which (I repeat) occurs by converting GOD to CREATION:    
(Ps: there is only 1- Creation)

In defence of a common definition of GOD,
to uphold the original intent of our social contract

When MAGNA CARTA was caste it upheld the common beliefs of the peopleof an island called England, who believed that Prosperity could be achieved by all freemen being equal and upholding  ‘common ground’  They had no concept of there now being over a 1000 variations of Jesus Christ, let alone well-over 4000 Gods, let alone that this trust would be upholding the beliefs of a multi-cultural global society  

angelThe Truth is that the vast majority of religions uphold a ‘common belief’ that is greater than just Everything True and Pure, and that society would benefit greatly by expanding this definition, under common ground
In so doing we create a greater public trust and heal a world, to affect Peace on Earth.  Here’s my offering  
          [1] - We serve a GOD of Love who created Heaven and Earth to uphold Everything True and Pure -
          [2] - This God is created in one’s own image - [3] - God gave Creation as a gift for mankind to nurture
I believe THAT:       The ratio of religions that hold this common belief to be Pure would be over 1000:1
In so doing, society becomes the caretakers of Creation to uphold Faith in the bounty of God to provide
Imagine: We, as a society, become masters of our own universe, by turning weapons into ploughshares  

In defence of upholding r-v Big M Drug Mart’s ruling that the BAR’s concept of GOD as irrelevant
·         beaverSince 1985, Canada’s ‘legal concept of God’ is no longer the same God as the Church of England
·         The word ‘God’ cannot be found in any law dictionary and ‘love’ is not used in any law or statute.
·         In Canada, you can’t find the words Compassion or Fairness, but they appear in English case-law
o        To say that the 1-GOD of law cannot be defined is ‘criminal insanity’, as defined in our DCL
o        In Black’s Medical Law Dictionary, a Psychopath is defined as being ‘void of love’

My contention is THAT:    This new ‘God of Canadian law’ that was created by this ruling cannot uphold a GOD of love compassion or fairness, because our law simply does not recognize these words, and
·         Any semblance of this new ORDER being called a benevolent act vanished, when the police started enforcing the new unlegislated Part-9 of our new 1998 Police Act, and the courts enforced ‘it’
·         This God converted the law into ‘an Instrument of punishment’, because of our failure to serve ‘IT’

PROOF: Part-9 holds a founding principle called CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT, which states as its mission THAT:
 
 “There is an inextricable link between Democracy, the rule of law and police accountability.”
“Police must be authorized to do things that would be illegal for ordinary citizens,” and  
“Police must not be unduly fettered in the exercise of those powers.”
Ps: The definition of the ‘rule of law’ in this Part-9 appendix is USA’s <respondeat superior>
- We are all ‘commoners’ in the Commonwealth; it’s unconstitutional to be called ‘ordinary,’
Here: We are all equal before and under the law - There: They all must obey the rule of law
Furthermore: Using the phrase ‘those instead of these’ defines these powers as demonic.

 Her ROYAL COAT OF ARMS graces our Canadian courtrooms, in order to recognize THAT: 
Canada is founded on the principle of the Supremacy of God and the rule of law
Ps: by definition, we accept that there is more than one rule of law at play in our country…

Our courts & police MUST uphold our Constitutional rule of law as Supreme

lockeJohn Locke on defining TYRANNY:  AS usurpation is the exercise of power, which another hath a right to; so tyranny is the exercise of power beyond right, which no ‘body’ can have a right to.
It is a mistake, to think this fault is proper only to monarchies; other forms of government are liable to it, as well as that: for wherever the power be:   Wherever law ends tyranny begins     (Sec. 199-203).
NB: Our law /law dictionaries don’t recognize the word tyranny, Ps: as if it is irrelevant to law and order

Neither Locke nor Jefferson had an answer to tyranny other than return to ‘consent of the governed’

Black’s 7th defined it a as greater understanding (standing-under) of Roman & especially feudal law  
o        Ps: these societies upheld slavery, and using humans as collateral under Sec- 338 CCC  
Since then, the BAR upholds that we are violating the social contract, for our failure to serve their God
  In so doing our Supreme Court ruled that we the people want to serve the Economy instead of God  
o        The judges clearly laboured and lamented that they did this ruling under duress, because

No 1 can serve 2 Masters:    
We all MUST serve somebody, (and my God cannot uphold your God)

o        In law, the principle of the Supremacy of God has evolved after 800-years of case law precedent.  
        In law, the definition of God is still ‘Everything True and Pure’, (caveat) as upheld by today’s society  
o        In practice, letting lawyers define God is like letting the fox take care of the chicken coop

-Ps: ‘The principle of the Supremacy of God’ has been a victim of a departure from principle  


  Ps:  We the people also believe that - No 1 can serve 2 Masters:  
We serve a God of love  
angel·         Our image of God has clearly evolved across the last 800 years, we no longer hold common ground  

·         We have chosen to serve a God of love, and with a good conscience, we cannot ‘serve’ your God,   ·         This belief has evolved into a concept that there MUST be a clear separation of Church and State

The unique difference between the BAR and religion is that they have very different roles in society

·        god ‘Virtually’ all religions serve a God of love, and the BAR upholds God. The BAR serves the people  
o        Upholding Prosperity (profitable business) simply can not be administered under a God of love  
·         Ps:  CREATION is Everything, and the BAR is now bound to uphold Everything Pure and True,  
·         Returning to Paradise is ‘the living tree’, on ground that unites us all, under a common trust  
·         In ORDER to uphold a clear separation of Church and State, the BAR must not uphold any 1- God.  
·         The Oath of Office upholds Creation; & the Oath to the BAR uphold positive law under CREATION  
·         Colore Officii is administered by understanding  the 2- definitions: I-in God, and 1-in Nature.

The burden of upholding CREATION and making a profit will affect the return of Paradise on Earth

I believe the Hope of Mankind lies in our common belief in a God of love
Ps: love is all we need  
Imagine:   Our Commonwealth society would be upholding the common trust of
CREATION IS MY RIGHT    And, when placed in its American mercantile law context, would mean IN CREATION WE TRUST  
In so doing, we totally redefine the meaning of PROGRESS in our society to, in effect, Manifest Destiny.  

 I believe that what is happening in this world today is a manifestation of the law of Nature

As defined by John Locke    his substantive restriction means that not only must laws be duly en­acted and fairly administered, but also that the laws themselves must not violate the "natural rights" of individuals that exist by the "law of Na­ture." This law of nature is understood to transcend human society and to exist independently of the positive law of any given state.

·         Locke’s law of Nature is steeped heavily in Scottish lore, which believes that this day would come  
CREATION is so simple and yet so complex a solution - but frankly what do we have to lose?  

To put it mildly:
newton For the BAR to uphold CREATION instead of God changes the destiny of mankind

      ·         By converting 1-word, every Oath by all public Officials automatically changes to upholding Creation  
o        The impact on government would mean that we would have
true consent of the governed  

peace The biggest impact would be to PROSPERITY,
prophecy upholds that it will last a Millennium  
·         Business, with its industries and resources, MUST now pursue and make a profit by fixing Creation  
The trust is to harness all our resources to return our Earth to be a Garden paradise, everywhere

Under this trust:  We all benefit from the huge profit to be made by  returning Paradise on Earth.


IN CREATION WE TRUST - redefines PROGRESS as we know it today,
guru by fixing a fundamental flaw to a common belief that is no longer - that the “infinite bounty of God’s Earth will always provide”, until this idea is ‘redressed’, our ‘culture’ can’t stop,
let alone control, the exploitation /rape of Earth’s bounty.
     Ps: God will always provide, the world is facing a new Millennium because we asked for it  

Imagine:  By upholding Creation, we would have a vibrant economy that would channel our love, & in so doing, changes the prospect of doom by nurturing our Earth into Paradise in 1- Millennium  
In Creation we trust, holds the key to Peace on Earth,
& in the end the love we take is equal to the love we make
