As I said: this charge is God-sent,
on the solid ground that it proves TYRANNY
there is absolutely no ground to proceed and It's a true litmus test of whether what happened in BC is systemic

BASIC CHARGES: - charged April 1st, 2008
1] 1-count of possession for the purposes of trafficking [PPT] of less than one ounce of personal medicine.
2] 1-count of possession [only] of what they called cannabis resin, which were actually just cookies..
3] 1-count of possession of over $5,000, which I must now prove was not gotten as the proceeds of crime,-[$ 6,750.]

EVENTS LEADING UP TO THE CHARGES: I needed to go to Ontario to get in the face of the Registrar of Ontario, so I took all my necessary documentation on my IDENTITY issue and brought about 30 lbs of 'political literature' that promoted compassion clubs across Canada.
1] I bought a 1-month bus pass that allows me to get on and off anywhere and go anywhere I had 2 pieces of luggage- a small back pack and a small gym bag [both carry-on luggage]
3] I got off in Golden for breakfast and the bus left without me, which meant having to wait for the next bus to Calgary that came 8 hours later, and arranged to have my bags dropped in Calgary.
4] When I got to Calgary Greyhound Station I was escorted into the Security Office & charged

FROM THIS POINT ON THERE IS TOTAL TYRANNY:
- Total lawlessness by police, supported by the Crown
- in order "to enforce all laws not yet passed"

1] There are 4 Officers and not one of them has a name or a badge # and they tell me they don't need to give that information
- They hand me a 1-page pre-written charge/ticket sheet, and
- I'm told that a dog smelled pot in my luggage, and sign here.
- I'm told that badge # 45348 [on the charge sheet] is this guy,
- but he refuses to prove it, and refuses to sign it before me.

2] They now tell me that they are not going to bring me in to for identification finger-printing and/or standard booking procedure
- Now, with this news, I want to go to jail, because they refused to give me a receipt for the money they were confiscating,

Because, if they booked me they would give the money to Sheriffs, who would release me with my money, at a Show Cause Hearing,
and I called them on it!
This bozo cop actually asked "What's the matter, don't you trust us?"

3] They admit to having read my IDENTITY ISSUE documentation and they admit that under "The Identification of Criminals Act" that they had no jurisdiction to act.
- So, I sign this 1-page charge sheet "under duress of enslavement", and they object to this, so I tell them to bring me to jail, which they refused to do.
From the very beginning, due to procedure, they have no ground to proceed

4] When I filed a complaint in the next day inVancouver at RCMP
E-Division - They said that this action was taken by what is now called:
RCMP C-Division & it's the Headquarters for CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT & the home of a perversion of law called Part-9 of The 1998 Police Act
which I've been itching to attack, and it's served to me on a platter

- Now this 'new' RCMP - C Division does not have a listed phone number,
& in fact RCMP Edmonton or Vancouver Offices can't find their # either.
- In law, our Charter [sec 24] says it's against the law for any government agency to have an unlisted number, by the fact that we can communicate with the head of any Canadian Corporation, Therefore 'undeniably'

that means that this RCMP C-Division is acting
"outside Canada" [a legal term]
- They are in charge of border and transportation security and that's now under NATO control, under CIVILIAN OVERSIGHT which has the exact opposite function of civilians overseeing them
- My charge sheet says they are @ 7575 8th St NE Calgary, and had I not gone there myself, - I would have never known this because it's simply not listed in public record that I can find...
- [I'm not kidding you, when I say THAT] When I went there, and started asking questions, a security guard told me to go away or else, then threatened that they would call the police, & then forced me out of the bulding when I laughed at him, saying 'please do you're the criminals'

5] In law, they 'swear allegiance' to NATO, and therefore can be like a security guard for their boss who holds jurisdiction over the border and transportation stations, [like Bus Stations- are now 'maritime jurisdiction']
Imagine that! History is repeating itself the Gestapo/SS were also transportation police, working 'outside' Germany, maritime jurisdiction
They have no constitutional right to write a charge because they do not swear allegiance to the Queen. [unless you want SS police back again]

6]FURTHERMORE to add insult to injury, 3 weeks after they charge me the Supreme Court of Canada ruled that dog searches of luggage at bus stations are unconstitutional... So, I call the Crown in order to see what they are going to do about my case now, and nobody wants to talk to me. I get a short answer of "put it in writing", so I fax it to them

For the next 2-weeks of pestering I get the following run-around from every one that goes like this: " Hello I would like to speak to the Crown Council who is responsible for holding my file. [answer] There is no one holding your file
[then I say] Thank you, so you have dropped the charges. [answer] no we are not dropping the charges [to which I answer with] You can't have it both ways
After 2-weeks nobody will hold the file and nobody will drop the case, so i write a letter to the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General of Alberta.

- After a week of stalling and lying, they tell me that they can't find a CERTIFIED fax of 4 pages, and again I laugh at them, because they're trying to tell me, that the AG and the Dep AG don't have a fax that saves the last month's worth of transmission, and they tell me it's been erased.
- So I fax it again from Canada Post CERTIFIED FAX services, and now they actually admit that they have received it and I can't expect an answer, because they haven't had time to review it yet
- I make it clear that, that can't be done without someone at the Deputy Attorney General's Office, or the Attorney General's Office to 'being responsible' for holding the file, and it's self evident that is the problem - accountability has been totally removed and in so doing destroying the form

Nobody at either of these Offices will talk to me, So i'll keep you posted as it happens

Repealing the Lord's Day Act Court ruling can only be done by a tribunal. It was done to manifest Destiny and now that it's being presented, the beast within them desires to extinguish the true colors of the rainbow itself

But then you have to look at the upside to this coin.
- the prophecy of the end being a big surprise will occur, and frankly this 'surprise' occurs by refusing to repent, once too often. to what God called the 'Gentle Spirit'

At best I am offering the beginning of tribulations "good' and if I fail there is tribulations "bad",

- I'm convinced that the destroying angels only offer mean and merciless deaths, and equally so we are not even close to seeing Jesus, because none of the prerequisites are here, other than the sign of Jonah to repent at the teachings of John Solomon that created something greater than Solomon, which is this corporate beast, [dead thing] that rules the world in this new world order

2 Tim 2 says there will come a time when 'we the the people' will simply no longer put up with sound doctrine, and this is inevitable, which occurs from just being shown the new Covenant,
which is exactly what's being offered; the offer is to take it with grace; you can't stop it...
