- ON EXPLAINING THE CONVOLUTED NATURE OF MY ABNORMAL BIRTH
In order to give insight to the bigger picture at my next court appearance

First, it’s been a while since I’ve written on this issue and it’s high time to ramble on about this issue.
Second, it’s an issue as opposed to matter, and in law Authority simply has no right to use arbitrary power on issues, BUT they just can’t help it, especially when it comes to free-men. Our very presence intimidates them and that’s because of lore For this I need to explain with an example people can relate to.

In old western movies, there were these legendary characters called OUTLAWS, and as I explained to Justice of the Peace McTish: Not all outlaws were criminals and not all criminals were outlaws. He thought about it and then agreed with that statement.
- The wild-west ones came from the Civil War. At the end of that war, Commissioned Officers were given an offer that regular enlisted soldiers never got. These Officers were given a choice, because the war treaty was a compromise that took something away some basic Freedom. Most chose to accept being regular citizens and some chose not to. They were called men with principles, and a Colonel or Captain became leaders of ex-soldiers and upheld a claim of right [aka noble cause] and were portrayed as rebels, if they screwed up, they would be judged harsher for certain crimes yet we graced with extraordinary Freedom to pursue their claim of right.

History will show that there were all kinds of raids by Americans along the border with Canada and the Americans used the excuse that they couldn’t do anything about it, because of this outlaw status. In old westerns they were portrayed as bounty hunters who had a genuine right to hunt down and kill bad men and get paid for it.
An outlaw could be drunk and disorderly and be arrested for his misdemeanor AND in the morning the Sheriff had to let him go, and if he didn’t want him in his district the sheriff would take him to the county line give him a horse, some provisions, an unloaded gun and a case of bullets. The sheriff would apologize for jailing a free-man and the honorable thing to do was to accept the apology and go on his way. Now if the outlaw would not accept this apology, the sheriff had every right to shoot him dead if he tried to load his gun in his presence because the free-man had every right to kill the sheriff for jailing him, due to [for example] John Locke’s Two Treaties, and Tom Paine’s Common Sense [now that’s lore] .

In Canada, it was a more civil offer; my father was a commissioned Officer during WW2 and he chose to follow their principles, of not wanting to be a subject to a Queen who was not a True Sovereign and went back to being an accountant and raising a family and in English law that meant his children were not bonded to a war debt, and had to be treated under Commonwealth common law. As it was explained to me I was not a million dollar baby, I was priceless, and to avoid getting a Birth Certificate [if I could avoid it] AND when I was 38 years old I had an opportunity to do just that.

This happened when I filed for a Passport while living in Los Angeles, and on the Application form there was a question: “Do you want a Birth Certificate?” and I checked NO. The Canadian Consulate dragged me in and told me it was highly unusual to not want one “it was Free, so could I please change the No to a YES? And I said NO. I asked “if I was in Canada would they even ask?” and they said NO. As I expressed “so this is a landed status?” AND since I was OUTSIDE Canada they had to ask and out of respect for my now deceased father’s wishes my answer was a firm NO. - NOW in law that makes me a man of principles, a Free-man, with rights that regular citizen’s don’t have.
About 2-weeks later I got a Passport in the mail and this defaced Birth Statement, with a black bonded # 000665.

It really is hard to live without a PERSON so when I came back to Canada after being away 16 years, I bought one for cash for $100. by running for City Council and I ran under the honorable principle of abandoning Colonial Rule, then I did not cash the check and then as a Candidate and Officer for the Marijuana Party, and claimed the right to protect marijuana rights with a noble cause of ‘upholding God’s Creation, and it’s been an uphill battle all the way, and all this time I’m claiming to be a prophet on a mission from God.
- I was literally persecuted and jailed and denied real common law Freedom for complaining that the AG of BC had no such right; quoting Locke Blackstone, the BNA, and an endless string of Biblical prophecy.

For 7- years now, I’ve hammered the BAR and its de-facto [criminal] government and courts and due to a string of remarkable coincidences and craft I have had 3 Solicitors’ Generals, a Chief Electoral Officer, and a Chief Justice resign over my pressure to be recognized as a Free-man. In Biblical sense I fulfilled the prophecy of being relentless, and fearless to the abuse of Office by perverts of the law. AND now I can and am doing something about it because I’m now lawfully an adult; I’m no longer a child of God under the fiduciary trust of the AG. I’m seeking my Free and clear title to being a Son of God and demanding recognition to holding a noble cause and claiming my lawful right to protect the RUBRIC of the Marijuana Party and form Compassion Clubs throughout Canada by upholding God’s Creation as God’s new Covenant [contract] with mankind, under a Claim of Right to protect anyone who wants to be a constituent of our society by ‘issuing’ them full protection under Sec 39 CCC to be governed under Commonwealth common law and be free from prosecution under de-facto law.

It’s self evident that Authority cannot claim to know that I’m fulfilling Manifest Destiny, Jesus Christ claimed to be the Messiah by fulfilling a few hundred lines of the Bible and I can genuinely claim to have fulfilled in excess of 200 pages of end-times prophecy and in law I can defend beliefs the majority in power consider wrong or false.

Commonwealth lore, upholds under a claim of right of the Order of the Garter and a Masonic claim of right under Albert Pike [Civil War General] for the USA that as to Romans 3 they could do evil so that good could result, and that means they either repent at my teachings or perish. This court is under a Sec 337 CCC demand to do Good, and surrender to Love and fulfill the trust of the Order of the Garter and we must accept what Archibald Cox called in an epic legal paper that consent of the governed holds the wildest opportunity devised by man to affect the make-over without the use of economic and physical force and accept by his closing statement that at least this legendary American blue-blood did it all for Good to result

even when the wrong is not the challenge to existing society.”

“Past generations have made a mess of things, ours no less than our fathers’. The hope of mankind is always that a new generation may begin to make the world over quickly. The wrong, in the simplest terms, is the damage to the foundation upon which rests the best, if not the only real, opportunity for the making-over.”

AND my BOTTOM LINE is found in the last line of Heb 10 39 But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved.
