AND No Mayor or AG of BC can interfere with a federal matter because they cannot interfere with a federal matter, and this defense got me passed the BC Appeals court 2 years later, and this Appeals court ruling gave me a guarantee of going straight to the SCC [which the AG blocked when he had no such right] In law and in fact violating this right constituted TREASON charges because AGs keep insisting on subverting Sec 1 of the Charter: the Free and Democratic rights of our party.
