My Federal Court rejection document has this strange Coat of Arms on the letterhead & the Federal Court of Appeals [which are in the same building]- share the same Registry Office, [in Ottawa].
- On the north [main] entrance this bullshit coat of arms is beside the Federal Court of Appeals and the Coat of Arms of Canada hangs beside the Federal Court
- On the south entrance the coat of arms are reversed
- so it appears that I came thru the back door.
The concept that they are interchangeble is pathetic.
- nobody in the registry knew what this new crest was either - But they all agreed that the FCC and the SCC crests had been converted in 2008 [in other words on Steven Harper's watch]

The Order of the Garter does not hang in any federal Court of Appeals
- Yet the real Queen's Coat of Arms hangs in every court room in Canada -
- All this was done under the Sunset Provisions of the 1985 Bank Act that forced 3 elections in 2 years because the Liberals would not comply with the bansters' ultimatum. THEN Within the 1st - 100 days Harper gave from 'sea to sea to sea' to NATO and I pressed a charge of Treachery on Brian Mulroney and Harper back in 2008 [this change of coat of arms has everything to do with this]
and it's an international crime called TREACHERY that needs to be heard in The Hague or the UN

Constitutionally, The BNA Act of 1867 makes it impossible for the Crest of the SCC Supreme Court of Canada to quietly change from one crest to the other - AND this change happening just after Harper got in is a smoking gun
To put it in perspective - To change the flag took 6 years - to change these Crests would take 10 years of fully transparent process to be legal
- For it to have changed without barely as whisper can only mean sedition
- if no one in authority rebels over this - then face the merciless death of Heb 10:28
No one gets how important this is & [as to 2Thes2] it's proof of being in a powerful delusion sent by God for delighting in wickedness, and refused to love the truth and so are destroyed.

There's these quirks in the Federal Court rejection

Marc Boyer v Marc Mayrand, Chief Electroral Officer and others
- I never charged or added "and others"
- it's actually an open door to file in the Federal Court of Appeals
and again I must emphasize I'm not in a begging mood
Appeals means beg and I will never beg for God Given rights
- By filing in any court with a bullshit caot of arms [to me] seems a mute point because every court room in Canada has this Crest of the Order of the Garte in it have all screwed my Royally [literally]
BUt it does not take a more than a cover page to file my mndamus in the Federal Appeals Court. So why not

Basically, I'm went to 4:20 Rally at Parliament Hill and I'll file on Thursday in the Federal Court of Appeals - by then Quebec will have no excuse for not giving a yes or no answeer on pressing charges and sending the Sheriffs to arrest Marc Mayrand
