In order to familiarize yourself with my historical perception of this case, I attach 3 papers filed on this case.

App-1- [Sept 20th 2007] - At the confirmation hearing the special prosecutor Chris Johnson [which creates a liability pit of its own] confirmed that on file # 180671, Libby Davis was facing 1-count of violating Sec 336 CCC for refusing to redress or even address my abnormal birth issue and in so doing ‘the form’ dropped the ball. - My grievance with Wally Oppal was that he was ignoring a Sec 337 CCC demand to address my ID issue.
- By charging me with Civil Disobedience and barring me from contacting him, he is flying a kite, in order to bury the liability created from rigging my trial in file # 157479 and having obstructed Justice in file # S 115218 - and in a Higher Order the Office is obstructing the Elect from challenging the Act of Supremacy of 1559

App-2- [May 26th 2010] – I filed my defense for Civil Disobedience on my breach of a bail undertaking and I was served Particulars signed off by AD HOC CROWN. This time the new AG Michael de Jong, is refusing to accept any paperwork from me by going thru the proper channels, The Solicitor General holds a clear fiduciary trust to charge the AG with 1-count of violating Sec 336 CCC under a Sec 16 CCC for refusing to redress the liability created by Wally Oppal having destroyed me, by fraudulently entering me into the Gov’s Gen registry.

- There simply has not been a Solicitor General [TOP COP] to charge the AG till this week, and frankly, as I see it - it’s not a coincidence that you were appointed just after filing this NOTICE with the City of Vancouver.

App-3- [Oct 21st 2010] – I hand delivered this NOTICE to the City Instrument Holders and to the BC Legislature Instrument Holders [by e-mail].
It’s basically a notice to the affect of saying REPENT or PERISH.

- Especially in the light of a Warrant being issued in Alberta, it would be incredibly stupid to ignore that In a Higher Order, the form has created a 2Thes2 scenario or a Rev2 trigger, and the fact that failure to act when the one who is like Adam [of Luke 21:15] is pushing you to act, really does constitute a Sec 16 CCC violation.
[legal insanity: omitting the obvious and failing to see the harm created by omitting the obvious]

I’m pressing a clear choice between Luke’s version of prophecy being fulfilled or Matthew’s version of events occurring, and this divide in the path will be made before Christmas & apparently any resolution after that may be over my dead body, and I haven’t got the slightest problem with that.
To paraphrase Luke 19:35 lay down your cloaks, and fulfill Isaiah 54:4 “Do not be afraid – you will not be put to shame [as to 54:7] you can avoid a moment where God abandons you for a brief moment,
& [as to Isaiah 52] by making it possible for me to not depart with the articles of my Lord because [as to Isaiah 53] nobody repented.

- It’s a bullshit Nimrod belief to insist that every rotten thing in the Bible must be fulfilled – it’s an insult to the fact that every Nimrod is insisting that Jesus Christ didn’t even exist let alone died for nothing.

If no one can accept that as to Mat 23:15 you’re just dog-star-loving Nimrods who are twice as bad as the Ninevites, then go to Hell, because you’re rejecting the call from the west to fulfill every good prophecy of Isaiah and good 1st fruit

As I see it, because of my abnormal birth issue, I’m either forcing the AG to stop obstructing Justice or have the SG charge him, and nonfeasance forces the Instrument Holders to start a rebellion that triggers good first fruit,
and these footstools would never be put to shame.

BOTTOM LINE: Under Sec 337 CCC - Return my person to a lawful society by Certifying my birth and in so doing recognize that I’m ‘the nobody’ who says take this cloak and never make me leader of people [Isaiah-3]
