I'm in court Monday and Tuesday Nov 9th on a very stupid breach charge that the AG simply cannot drop and this file has dragged on for 4 years of court dates.

This case has everything to do with STRAWMAN rights and the fact is that they seem irrelevant and/or insignificant is because that's the only way Authority could ever have stolen them.

SO: I'm offering this very brief rundown of events leading to this court date
- Nov 8th - 222 Main St - 9:30AM for a Confirmation hearing and a trial date the next day

1st - Starting in 2006 - I harrassed the AG for at least 6-months prior to the creating a disturbance charge, BECAUSE [1] I needed to talk about the Libby Davis file & since she dropped my ID issue with his interference means he had to deal with it. - I was busted for selling pot in Grandview Park 2 hours later and my video of me selling pot in that park had just been released and was going viral [over a 1/4M hits]. I was asking to get busted and 3-years later the creating the disturbance charge, I got what I wanted and so far this file has taken down 2 Solicitor Generals because it has everything to do with strawman rights
[and that's how powerful they are]

[2] I also needed to address my Reasons for Judgment - from the BC Appeals court that proved that this same AG had rigged my trial - and I wanted a new trial in the SCC. My defense back then as it is now is that thru Peaceful Civil Disobediencel I did what I did because I had no other choice BUT to address the issue at a court date, in order to draw attention to the fact that the AG is accountable to the rules & regulations under the Supremacy of Parliament AND the only thing that is directly prohibited even in this really unconstitutional form of Demoracy is to trample on a Loyal opposition of a federal party who is upholding the party RUBRIC. It's one of those MUST NEVER DO crimes & I've caught them. AND this challenhe happens at a confirmation hearing. [Nov 8]

[3] At one of my Confirmation hearings in March of 2007
I had subpeonad the Sol Genenal John Les and in court he witnessed me ripping a new asshole out of Judge Rommilli over my ID issue and then the judge blurted out "who cares if we have rejected the Supremacy of God?" I was escorted out of the court room and John Les who was in the court room was marched infront of the judge by the Sherriffs, and the very next day he resigned over bullshit alegations of an impropriety done while Mayor 6 years before. He resigned rather than impeach a Judge. I got 2-years probation and a no go to see the AG

[4] While at my Confirmation hearing on Judge Giardinni's court, in June 2007 I filed with the Sol Gen on the improprieties of an unelected AG in my file and the new Sol Gen resigned during an election over speeding tickets. Now their solution was to not appoint a new Sol General for over a year now. because it's too easy to shoot them down, especially because of my abnormal birth and these strawman rights that people think are not important.

[ 5] I file this NOTICE with the City of Vancouver [on Oct 21st] where I file a Sec 337 CCC demand to fix my ID under the City's Commonwealth Port of Call Charter because I insisted that this be my Commonwealth Port of Call. In this letter I bitch that the whole process in my case is in contempt because there is no Sol General. On Oct 25th I get new court dates of Nov 7th and 9th AND I get a certified letter saying I'm getting a warrant to go to jail issued on my Alberta charges,
- AND - Rich Coleman gets appointed as the new Solicitor General.
This NOTICE gives a good synopsis and over view of where my case sits

[6] I file this NOTICE with the new Sol General on Oct 27th and on Monday Nov 1st, the Premier annouces his retirement.
This asshole has so many skeletons that I can't say if it's of my doing this
- but due to coincidence of timing, I assume i had something to do with it.

[7] I filed a complete set of papers and hand deliver it to Paul Hancock [and had a good talk with him] I call him on Friday [Nov 5th] to get my letter [as to the October 21 deadline] and I find out that Paul Hancok has resigned. [not retired - not vacated - not on leave] The Mayor's Office and senior City lawyers refuse to give me a letter or any explination

I cannot interpret this activity, I'm not losing any sleep worrying about what they do next
I just know that something is going to happen.
I may be in jail for a FEW WEEKS and other than others reporting
no reports will be happening from me til I get out [ no net in jail ]
All hell could break out BUT THEN all Heaven could break out too...
THAT'S JUST THE WAY CHAOS IS...
