NOW a completely new 'old Skeleton' comes out of the closet
There's this old case file in Alberta that started in April 1st 2008
AND It's nothing but a 'hornet's nest of liability" ever since then
The Crown simply has no ground to stand on [Criminal Estoppel]

AND FINALLY: we go to 'trial' on Monday - June 14th in Calgary
The Crown desires 'to take me away' to jail for a while

IN CLOSING Here's my FINAL REPORT on my June 7th visit to
the BC Legislature [which includes a report on where I go from here]

- NOW I WENT TO THIS SERIES OF MEETING ON MONDAY
ALSO ON June 4th I FAXED this Notice to Appear in person
with The Sergeant of Arms of BC Legislature
and He Emailed me this reply [the same day]
warning me that he will arrest me if I go to the Deputy AG's Office

1st thing on Friday June 4th - I filed this Notice in order to Address
a Notice of Liability on the Deputy AG David Loukadelis
As outlined at the end of the last entry,
1st - I had to file with "The holders of the Instruments"
It now seems my last resort [at least on finding a remedy in BC].
