e-mail when I went to make a hard copy. The Coat of Arms would not copy over.

The Supreme Court of Canada letter head is graced with the Shield of Canada - [not theOrder of the Garter shield]
I cannot download it or copy it but it's embedded in the e-mail document
You can go to the website and it says they operate a defacto court system
BUT this is a total fraud from top to bottom - it's a perverted shell game
It's not as if i didn't know - I just need to go thru the motions to kill them all.

- This is my response to the Queen Council’s Registrar’s rejection

The Queen Council's Registrar words the statement in a way that says he got a letter that has something called a Writ of Mandamus in it - He refuses to recognize a Mandamus. This is admitting that he is responding to the last served document 'a letter'.[not the contents]
- he refuses to recognize a mandamus as a word in his lexicon.
IN RESPONSE: I recognize the fact that by definition and their use of words, the SCC refuses to recognize a Mandamus. [games over]

I DO NOT ACCEPT DE-FACTO LAW as fact, and as a member of the Loyal Opposition you cannot lawfully force me to, especially in the SCC, because it's agreeing to permit the Registrar to commit a crime of state

NAMELY: That in common law, Officers of the SCC are directly prohibited from rejecting a mandamus, against an Officer of a federal political party because it's the only Instrument left to uphold a lawful society,
- The Queen Council's Registrar insists that his decision is the final decision of 3 out of 3 witnesses; [bodies of government] IN FACT I'm insisting that this refusal to act on a Mandamus is final and irrevocable. [Heb 10:28on]
If not even one individual will rise to stop the state sanctioned right to rig anyones trial, then pay the consequences [Rome fell for less]

The Queen's Registrar makes it clear that he does not reject my letter.
The offer in the next paragraph is to beg the Crown to get permission to beg for the right to see if I can appeal a cold case file - then if the Crown says yes,
- then I can file for a leave to Appeal - in order to confirm that my Mandamus will never be heard - and then I get an offer to get a trial date if I beg for God given rights. and agree to beg a Judge that they had all have no right to rig my trial.
This final offer from the Registrar insists that I must beg Chief Justice Laurence Cannon and agree that he has the right to say no to me applying for the permission to file in the first place because I must first accept that I am guilty of a late filing AND I must accept a no if he says so. and there is no appeal and all of this is because I accepted this Registrar offer to say no to a mandamus.

The statute of limitations is 18 years on the offense of Sec 336 CCC
- but the Registrar insists that he can refuse a Mandamus THEREFORE
- he says, I must agree to let Laurence Cannon [who needs to be indicted in this offense] to decide if he will accept the liability to indict himself and most senior Officers of the Cabinet of Parliament and BC for various crimes of state.
I simply refuse to have a Mandamus converted into a requisition to see if I can file a Mandamus with one of the guilty Ministers who must be indicted.

FURTHERMORE: I must get this permission from Laurence Cannon who holds direct liability in this Appeals file # CA 033602,
- He shuffled from Minister Responsible for the Post Office to Chief Justice because he was holding the liability of charges of obstructing with the delivery of mail of the Loyal opposition that I pressed in this file, because he refused to take action against anyone in the Post Office for them intercepting lour mail et alone Grand Theft of my mail between one EDA and another EDA Not only that BUT
- IN LAW - He cannot rule on a case where he is guilty of covering up the charges of FRAUD against the CEO of Elections Canada in File # S 115218

By agreeing to this pervert Registrar's demand
- I agree to let the guilty call themselves not guilty
and that's the last word,
because there is no appeal to this appeal. AND after all I asked for it.
If I ask for a yes or no - means I give them the right to say no.
I refuse and I can because I'm filing as a Loyal Opposition of PARLIAMENT against my TREASONOUS leaders through the only lawful means available

If the SCC insists that there is no lawful remedy to tyranny
then that's just the way it is - pay the consequences

You create your own last day - By rejecting a Mandamus
