Attached is a NOTICE of non compliance served onto the SCC Registrar by e-mail on Monday Dec 20th
This NOTICE outlines the directives to my Official Agent
and outlines the basic issue before the SCC

Written response to 2 telephone calls by Marc Boyer to the SCC contract receptions who is obviously upholding a foreign and pagan oath to perverts of the law

I called the SCC shortly before noon Ottawa time and
the same unconstitutional rude lady answers.
She tells me they need more paperwork from me -namely- she wants transcripts of the Appeals Court case ---- and I cut her off

- I tell her I will not accept an offer to delay - she starts arguing saying that she's not prepared to give me a file # without going thru the loops of complying with more paperwork - and I refused
AS I SAID they will try to get you to agree to an extension

My offer was open the file then I'll do whatever the judge wants at a hearing
- she got frustrated and she refuses to do this and slams the phone on me.

I called back a couple minutes later and again she insist that a verbal confirmation is all I'll get and that answer is 'no' to everything, and I can only talk to her. l asked her if she 'understood that she was served a mandamus'? - she said yes- I told her: "under Sec 337 CCC deliver my person to a lawful society" [by this i mean a lawful not a defacto court room'].
- I told her to deliver a written answer to my mandamus to my Official Agent.later this afternoon. - She said she understood and we have an agreement and i hung up.

- in law the SCC is bound to deliver a written and final response to my mandamus
- in law there is no such thing as a precondition to accepting a mandamus
- This God hater's final position was I must appeal [beg for God-given rights] I will not

This God hater and I agree to disagree
- We agree that if she will not deliver a file # and court date on a mandamus that it's the last day - because there is no appealing of a bad ruling by the Registrar of the SCC
- OTHER THAN the only option is Peacefully telling the ushers to do their duty and force the Registrar to deliver a file # and a court date

I'm told my Official Agent will appear around 3PM to get a written response to my Mandamus

The issue is: we get handed a file # and court date or we do not.
Refusing to deliver anything in writing today by the SCC is
compliance to evil incarnate.

UPDATE: from my Ottawa agent at 4pm from the SCC on Dec 20th

When he arrived at the SCC he was given a run-aound and eventually told that the bitch who had been served THAT: she never forwarded the paperwork to the Registrar. THIS CONSTITUTES A CRIME OF STATE

Every level of administration has this new level of bankster security called DIRECTORS who uphold a new Nimrod world order agenda
- their sole job is to be a road block for stopping someone just like me -
- I need not feel picked on - the DIRECTOR at every level screens everything before anything gets to the one who holds an oath to the Office.
They simply swear to the banksters and act like bankruptcy trustees
There is simply no way this director can justify stopping a Mandamus and ethics or the law are irrelevant when I'm challenging the very fact that bamksters rule because the oath of Office is not Supreme.

This is happening at the Highest Court in the land
and there is simply no appeal process to a perverted form.

I'm creating a last day scenario and who knows what happens?
They simply reject the new Covenant and prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is no such thing as an oath holder who loves God

Here's a REPORT from my Agent in Ottawa [filed Dec 21st]

The next time I went, was on Dec 6th, where that lady who called herself an Instrument holder was not there, and so i went up the chain of command until I got to Rosa, who said she had talked to you (begrugdingly). Though she would not sign anything or give her name number or serial number (lol)

Yesterday [Dec 20th] i went right to Room 156, Record division of the Registrar, and arrived just as Rosa was trying to make a speedy getaway, and then I ran into Natalie Des#%$# 9 something) her Director.

She said no documents had been received (Rosa corrected her that she had been given the Mandamus, - then I demanded the written response that had been conveyed by phone to Marc Boyer.
Where she stated that they don't accept Mandamuses , but that the
documents are still being worked on.
I stated that the Registrar is liable for any misactions or mistakes of your experts. I said ADieu and promised to return as long as it takes to get a reasonable response. [they are stalling and they have no such right]

Then I called Marc and talked to the secretary of the Usher,
she said the Usher can do nothing at the SCC, whereupon I explained in 10 minutes how i saw the situation (SCC inaction misaction),

At this point everyone became agitated and when I asked who i could take my demands to i was sent an empty stare, (like deer who had never heard of Injustice in this Godly Domain of Canada) and the guards made body language that i was no longer welcome on their turf the Senate.

The Agent went to the wrong Ushers of the Black Rod to tell them to do their duty
[The Ushers of the Black Rod of Senate are not the same thing as the Ushers of the Rod of the SCC [differtent oaths to different paper queens]

The only thing in common is their oath to Masonic demon worshippers

So to dot the I's and cross the t's he'll go talk to the Ushers of the SCC and if they don't do anything then there really is no way to appeal their own deliberate perversion of the law.- it's like fucking for virginity
The SCC is the last word and in so doing the BAR creates their own last day
