Here's
my Mandamus that I filed with the SCC
[Supreme Court of Canada]
Under new rules that are supposed to make the SCC more
accessible to everyone in Canada they now have a procedure called
MANDITODY
E-FILING
-
This WRIT
OF MANDAMUS needs to be backed up by real paper documents
BUT due process starts with this electronic filing
BY
following this procedure on this SCC webpage which
states THAT:
you may either contact the Registry by telephone at (613) 996-8666
or by e-mail at registry-greffe@scc-csc.gc.ca,
or consult our E-Filing FAQ.s
I posted this
UTUBE video last week that gives a good common sense
explanation of this case
This
EMAIL filing is supposed to be short and to the point and it's
understood that real paper documents must follow shortly thereafter.
MY filing consists of the 4 basic legal papers to start any motion
and
each document is just one- page each
It MUST be noted THAT: A
mandamus can only be used when there's solid proof
of criminal behavior [as I have] that crimes of state are being
covered up.
The COVER PAGE outlines who is
being served and offers basic info
The WRIT OF MANDAMUS is where
I express the nature of the charge
The OUTLINE gets to the facts
outlined in chronological order
The AFFIDAVIT consists of
my religious expression

I'm the 1st to admit that the SCC has never been filed a Mandamus
BUT in law they must undertake my mandamus because in law they
must
The Ist road block to filing occurred with the Registry
- They refuse to admit to the obvious that they got the E-FILING
So I fired off this
NOTICE to the Registrar of the SCC
on Nov 26th
- in law if they acknowledge that they have received it means
they are bound by their oath to deliver me a court date, so they
act like they never got it

We live in such dark times that
everyone has something to repent.
