NOTE: there were 2 very big court date where the Jacob and Israel refused to seize the moment and proved themselves to be the lawlesss one of 2Thes:2
The first in Monday Aug 10th for a Breach @ 222 Main St [3rd floor] 9;30 AM
resulted in 'the courts holding back' to Sept 1st, @ 222 Main St
The BIG court date was Monday, Aug 17th where Judge Giardini did willfully and undertook absolute liality in calling me GUILTY & struck down every defense presented and IN SO DOING did violate Sec 15 CCC:
LEGAL INSANITY - for totally ignoring the harm created by omitting the obvious.

Now what's interesting [at least biblically] is THAT: when they pressed me to finish the trial on that day, I held back and asked and got time to prepare to the Crown's argument, and the Judge jumped on the offer and accepted it,
and that's why I didn't go directly to jail on Monday...
IN SO DOING: as to 2Thes2, we both held back & still not 1-angel knows what will happen. But I must point out THAT at face value it looks terrible.

- I was handed a written REASONS FOR JUDGMENT on August 17th and I advised her that
- I would be pressing my defense on what was omitted in this ruling AND
- I told her that I at least planned to file in Supreme Court Motion and
- she told me that this was not standard practice until after I was sent to jail.
- My intention is to try to file a Mandamus [as I did and got in Alberta]
This filing is guaranteed to cause a reaction & it will create a reaction AND
- What needs to be pointed out is the clock is ticking on a "last day" scenerio

t his Mandamus filed in this Supreme Court MOTION TO APPEAR on Friday at 800 Smythe St where I served 2 JPs and got this September 18th @ 10 AM court date

As i said to the JP's: It sure looks like 2Thes 2:7 is still playing itself out BECAUSE
"The secret forces of lawlessness [by authority] are still at work, and the one [still undetermined which one of us] will continue to hold back
until one of us is taken out of the away, and as I see it, this means they clearly are 'all the lawless one' without a rebellion... Or I'm killed
As I see it: Not much can happen unless I shrink from carrying the cross in pursuit the fulfilling of his wish to ignite the wall of fire of Zion
BUT what is inevitable is that what I'm doing will force the lawless one to be exposed, and this will result in my Lord Jesus destroying it
AND I need to point out is that it says Jesus is returning not Christ, AND Jesus died for all our sins, so that all can be saved, and it's NOT the coming of Christ here
The coming of Christ is this curtain of fire of Zion;. this prophecy reinforces that a rebellion will start by Judge Giardini being taken out of the way AND it's impossible to deny that sending my case to a tribunal would start a rebellion; AND by not sending it to a tribunal 'the lawless one' is all those who take oaths and this prophecy says you're destroyed for not loving the Truth - by not rebelling

IN OTHERWORDS: REPENT OR PERISH there really is no substitute
The beast is just a paper dragon - it's just a legal fiction of law
AND this dragon can't repent; BUT human being can & this is done by the students of the promise of Galatians starting a rebellion because
the lawless one cannot be conquered by Love until someone divides the house and Luke 13 tends to indicate that this starts when some Galatians rebel

As I see it: If not one student of the promise chooses to rise in indignation
OR no one thinks they are oath holder's to this promise of inheriting the earth
THEN- behold the power of a delusion sent by God for not loving the Truth...

This month featured a lot of new biblical prophecies to be revealed AND I highly encourage people to read the folllowing entries. Some are rehashes but most are new
it must be noted that it sure feels like fall [it's the end of summer] and this last series of events was what i thought would be THAT SUMMER [of Mat 24] because it really did start when the fig trees sprouted their shoots, but then summer's not over til 3 days after my next court date

The 1st prophecy lies in a question asked in 1Cor:4
NAMELY: "For the Kingdom of God is not about talk it's about power. Do you really want the Lord with the rod of discipline or do you want me to come in Love and with the Gentle Spirit?"
This answer is easy: Everyone wants the rod of discipline
Despair makes everyone think Revelations is the only way out
we are definitely the wicked generation [of Romans 7] and
we are all possessed by the spritit of death OTHERWISE
we would not be so fixated that Revelations must be fulfilled

AND as to prophecy: this choice is being pressed and it answers Solomon's question in Eccl 9 No one knows if it is love or hate that awaits them.[oath takers] They all share the same fate
- What needs to be pointed out is that it's impossible for Romans 13 or Isaiah 2 thru 4 and isaiah 40 thru 45 to be fulfilled and John's Revelation to happen as well

Virtually all Biblical prophecy [especially Romans] says it will come down to oath takers being challenged first. [and everyone expects them to fail]
AND I am here to confirm that God will have mercy on 'them' all [Rom 11:32]
By 'them' I mean: we the people, who love God: the meek will inherit the earth
AND God promises that he will save us from evil, and that;s exactly what all oath takers must face: repent or God will save the world from evil men [2Thes:3]
All oath takers bare the same fate on the testimony of 2 or 3 witnesses [Heb 10]

I can show really compelling proof that I'm Abraham's seed of Galations 3
AND I have a damage award that pays all debt in the world [as to Isaiah 40]
AND it's impossible to refute that I'm delivering God's new Covenant [Rom 8-on]
AND I am just a human being with the abnormal birth [of 1Corinthians;15] and as to Luke 11:29 I.m 'the one' saying: Repent at the teaching of Solomon because Jesus Christ is about to appear in full splendor, exactly as to 2 Thes:2

As I said to the Crown at our last discussions: You turned down a perfectly legitimate offer to fulfill Isaiah 2 thru 4 last October thru December and
[now like birth pains] We find ourselves in a sudden life or death face off.
AND Frankly if they can't see it, only strengthens the prophecy that
"you are under a powerful curse sent by God for refusing to Love the Truth"
But then this is rebuked in Rom 10:18: where it says "Of course they know"

The Gentle Spirit can conquer with love in the blink of an eye in what's called METANOIA [a total about face in how we think]
The Gentle Spirit destroys the evil in mankind, by triggering a mountain of fire that will not burn you, [Heb 12] As opposed to facing my Lord with the rod of discipline who destroys evil men. - Either way our time has been shortened [Mat 24]
As I see it: the chosen must choose to grow up or be destroyed

GOD'S PROMISE IS NOT ABOUT being destroyed
GOD's PROMISE IS TO DELIVER US FROM EVIL

AND Frankly I haven't met anyone who does not think the worst as inevitable. Let alone anyone who thinks there's any hope of Love conquering all without a bloodbath first

I can't see why anyone wants a hornets nest of ugly prophecies to happen But I'll start with the 2 big prophecies that have just appeared in June of 2009

But what is undeniable is that
AUTHORITY is being tested to surrender to Love and Love will conquer all.

NAMELY: My claim that Daniel's 70 sevens has shown it's ugly face
and this is important because Jesus said in Mat 24. 15"So when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination that causes desolation,'[b] spoken of through the prophet Daniel —let the reader understand [that this is the precursor to fulfill the beginning of the end: a shaking like the world has never seen, & will ever see again]

Now this is important to me about 2 Thes:2 because it means that
For the prophecy to go much further means I might be dead soon.
[as to 2Thes2] - the one who comes after me may not the Gentle Spirit
As I see it: I'm either swallowed by the belly of the earth [as to Mat 12's Jonah]
OR I'm killed and Jesus warns not to kill this messenger in Luke 12
OR I'm put away [sent to jail] at my next court dates [Aug 10-and-14]
OR my case file goes to a tribunal, which divides the House of Satan
and Jesus destroys the evil in men, as opposed to destroy evil men

BECAUSE if I don't get my case file sent to a tribunal means that [as to Jesus' question in Luke 11]
- the lawless one simply cannot be divided and I gladly face 2 Thes:2
BECAUSE IT SAYS: but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way. 8And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.
